Our 2025 updated beachfront condo is designed to serve adult couples longing for the sounds and views of a Gulf Shores' beach experience with the added benefits of 55-inch & 50-inch HD TV's, updated seating & dining furnishings, keyless code entry (no need to pick-up keys; go direct to condo), relaxing balcony amenities, a Delta HydroRain combo rain-shower shower head with corded detachable handle, Keurig coffee machine and more! Our condo is on the 3rd floor (nine story building) with quick access to elevators and stairwells often not found in larger condo complexes. At Seacrest, you will not experience lengthy delays or congestion associated with getting to and from your condo or to the beach just 30 yards away.

The condo's balcony is equipped with observation chairs and a small dining table. Dolphin sightings from the balcony are a routine occurrence during both early morning and twilight hours.

Please note that we strive to promote a consistent, positive rental experience for adult couples only. If you are interested in a rental to use for families with children, large groups, parties / events, college weekend gatherings or anything requiring use of the condo for more than 2 occupants, we encourage you to look for other accommodations.

The living area is very comfortable including a sofa (queen sleeper), chair, accent & coffee tables, ceiling fan, and dining table with chairs. The living area opens directly to the balcony providing a direct view of the beach from the living, dining, and kitchen areas. Living space privacy is afforded between the kitchen / living area and the bedrooms / bathroom by a pocket sliding door.

Our unit has porcelain wood tile throughout, including the oceanfront balcony, as well as accent rugs. Our kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, utensils, linens, ice maker, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. The pantry with shelves is conveniently located in the kitchen for storing your groceries and the additional cupboards provide storage for cooking essentials. A washer and dryer are located directly in the condo unit. Storage drawers for personal items and clothes are located in the main bedroom, main entry, living area, etc. Plus, hanging storage is available in the main bedroom as well.

Other comforts include complimentary password protected WiFi, & cable TV with select HD channels.

The beach provides access to a beach lounger rental service, amazing views, shore fishing, and a family tradition of nightly crab hunting on the sandy beach.

The pool and jacuzzi area on the property are well equipped with lounge chairs and a shaded gazebo. A shower is provided for your convenience before entering the pool or returning to our condo. Bathrooms are conveniently located at the pool area.

The Seacrest complex has an updated lobby with a covered canopy for loading & unloading, as well as an on-site security guard. You will find carts in the lobby to use when you arrive and depart, as well as two (2) elevators. Restaurants, shopping, and amusement parks are within a short distance via both car and by foot.

This condo is also OUR PERSONAL 'home away from home' as we are committed to maintaining an atmosphere for your enjoyment while you stay in our NON-SMOKING, NO PETS condominium located directly on the beach of the Gulf of Mexico. We want you to have a positive experience and we value guests that will not only feel at home, but respect our condo knowing that we just don’t rent it… we use it ourselves on an ongoing basis.
