Luxury House With Large Communal Pool, Close to Marina and Beaches

We are sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the bedding during your recent stay. We take great pride in ensuring that our accommodation is of the highest standard, including the bedding. We regularly inspect and maintain our bedding to ensure that it meets our guests' expectations for cleanliness and comfort. This is the first time that we have ever had a complaint of this nature, but rest assured I have asked our housekeeper to look in to this. Our reviews in general and in particular with regards to housekeeping have always been very positive, as franked by the fact that the last review was kindly titled "spotless". Should you decide to stay with us again in the future, please don't hesitate to contact me direct or contact the housekeeper, using the numbers we provided for you before your trip, so that any problems can be cleared up for you immediately. Thank you for the review. We continually refresh the soft furnishings, bedding, towels and shower curtains etc. and so are surprised to hear you were not entirely satisfied. If you had contacted me whilst you were at the house, I would have asked the housekeeper to look in to this straight away. This is the first time anybody has mentioned such an issue. As other reviews demonstrate our housekeeping is generally commended, but rest assured we will take your comments on board and look in to this further.

Thanks ever so much Katie, we are driven to ensure clients have a great time and we are always happy to hear from such reviews confirming that we have got everything right. It's great to hear that the weather was good for you in April. Many people do not realise just what a great climate the island has. We often visit in the winter and are amazed to be on the beech until times when it has long since gone dark at home. I'm glad to say that well over half of our clients are now regulars. Whilst we do our bit, I'm sure that you will agree that the position of the property, the wonderful cliff top walk to the marina/town and the beautiful safe family resort contribute also. I've been besotted by Playa Blanca for over 15 years now, having previously been someone who wouldn't go anywhere twice. The way the resort has developed giving the wide choice of quality restaurants, along with the many options in terms of beeches from commercial to protected, means we will never get bored of returning.
