Villa Cara: Beautiful modern villa with gated heated pool & air con.

Villa Cara is a great secure base for a holiday in Lanzarote whether you are a couple or a family seeking a perfectly sized villa. It is a semi-detached luxury villa that has a private terrace and pool area that receives all day sunshine. There is off road parking on the gated drive.The terrace/pool area is secured with a locked pool gate for child safety. The heated swimming pool (approx 9 ft by 18 ft) is located in the back garden. Sunloungers and pool towels are provided. There is also a shaded corner with a comfortable sofa to relax on away from the hot midday sun. This villa has a sunny south facing aspect.

The interior is decorated to a very high standard with quality fittings throughout. The kitchen boasts granite worktops, oven, hob, washing machine, iron/ironing board, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, & coffee machine. The dining room has seating for 5 guests. If you want to dine Al fresco there is a second dining table under the covered pergola on the patio, next to the brick built BBQ.

There are two newly refurbished bedrooms in Villa Cara. The twin room located next to the main bathroom consists of two single beds, locker, wardrobe, dresser and mirror. The double room has a newly built ensuite with hairdryer, built in wardrobes (security safe provided), lockers, dresser, mirror. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms.

The family bathroom has a bath, shower over the bath, bidet, toilet and sink unit. There is a hairdryer & hair straightener in this bathroom.

The cool lounge with corner sofa, TV with Sky Channels/ DVD player/ free decent WiFi & it overlooks the patio & swimming pool area.

Villa Cara is a very child friendly villa as it provides a secured pool gate so you have maximum peace of mind.
Also provided free of charge is a travel cot, high chair & potty. Welcome pack also included.

The Management Team for this villa live close by and are always at hand should you need anything throughout your stay. If you are staying for ten to fourteen days the villa will be cleaned mid stay and you will receive clean towels and linen. For longer stays the villa will be cleaned once a week with towels and linen changed weekly.

Car not essential - bus service 200mtrs away, Shop 10-15 min walk, beaches are only a 3 minute drive and a 20 minute walk will take you into the beautiful village of Playa Blanca. Catch a taxi to the superb Marina Rubicon, with a range of bars, restaurants and shops.
There is a small supermarket a 10-15 minute walk away. Taxi's are very reasonable, a couple of euro will take you to the the town centre. There are excellent supermarkets in the village selling fresh fish, meat, fruit and the usual array of products.
