Super Espaçoso Estilo Mexicano Ocean Front 4 Quartos Casa em Isla Mujeres!

Lovely Mexican Style 4 bedrooms Casa. Located in Isla Mujeres Punta Sur, offers amazing Sunrise & Sunset views!

The Casa offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms that sleeps up to 8 guests.

The downstairs rooms have a connecting bathroom that connects both rooms. One room has a queen bed, closet with a safe; the other room has 2 singles beds and a door that connects to the downstairs gated patio.
The house offers a fully equipped kitchen with everything you may need to make you feel at home, all appliances, coffee maker, microwave, etc.! The living area has Cable TV & a dining space that seats up to 6 people.
On the second level of the house, you will find the 2 master bedrooms, each one offers a full bathroom, closet and ocean view balconies with chairs. One of the rooms has independent access from the side of the house in case you do not want to disturb the downstairs guests when coming back late at night.

There are huge garden areas in the front and the back of the house, there is a parking space in front of the house that is secured by the entrance gate. The back patio offers a big pool with a couple of sunbeds as well as a shaded Palapa area with a bar and table & chairs for a nice meal outside. There is also a full bathroom outside in the Palapa.

Really large upstairs terrace for Sunrise or Sunset views!
Walking distance to the South Point. 25 minutes ride in a golf cart to downtown or 10 minutes in a taxi. 15 minutes in a golf cart to the supermarket or 7 in a taxi.

If you have a large group of friends or a big family this is the perfect space for you! Do not hesitate and contact me for rates and availability! We can also help you to secure your golf carts, airport transfers, scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, masseuses, etc!

The house was perfect! Walking distance to punta sur ruins. The view was spectacular and perfect for families! I would stay here again! Morning coffee and sunrise were wonderful here!

Awesome stay! A great house for when you want to be together as a group and have your separate areas of the house to escape to. No complaints! Only minor improvements that could be made: TV’s in bedrooms, and put another blanket on the beds… otherwise fantastic! Thank you!!!

Amazing Time

We absolutely LOVED our stay at Casa del Sol. The house has a special charm to it. The pool was warm and clean and the house had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again!

Great Escape

The house was perfect for our family vacation! Spacious for the 8 of us. Lovely area, close to Big Sur, the views were amazing and we enjoyed the area. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Quiet beautiful scenery

We arrived on March 7th and stayed until March 23rd. This house was perfect for our friends that joined us. First week we had 8 people and second week we had 6 people all adults over the age of 40. We enjoyed the pool, palapa, grill, kitchen to make most meals at home. The comfort of the livingroom. We all sat in the common area in the morning ahd enjoyed our coffee before starting our day. We had 3 golf carts parked comfortably in front. The beds were comforable and clean. The bathrooms sre clean. The management company was very respinsive when needing more water. I would definitely recommend this house.

This was a cute little place on the south end of the island def quite a distance from the core downtown but also an oasis in the backyard. Loved it !!

Amazing!

It was the perfect week long vacation for our group of 8 friends/ partners! The layout made it easy for us to enjoy privacy and also be together. Hanging out by the pool when we felt lazy was amazing. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. We could cook at home when we felt like it, and go out when we didn’t. We thoroughly enjoyed the nearby restaurant/ waterfronts and went to the north end lesser than we expected! Overall, 10 out of 10!

Excellent property

The house was very pretty and unique. There was plenty of room for every family member to be together or have alone time. Nice pool and grill/bar area with seating.

Excellent Stay!

This house had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the spaciousness of it! The air conditioner in the kitchen went out and they were very quick to fix it and had it fixed and running by the next morning. Communiction was excellent and we had such a great time! Thanks for hosting and we would definitely stay again!

Beautiful location w/beautiful views

I would say communication was great they set up our shuttle to and from the airport and had our golf carts at the property upon our arrival. When we arrived to the property the concierge was there waiting and went through the house with us. The first night we were tired we got in around 9pm ish and we had traveled starting at 3am lol the next day I noticed things to not be the cleanest, the fans in the rooms had alot a lot of dust build up on them, the lamp covers are very stained, the sliding doors in each room upstairs don’t lock. There were ants in the kitchen like 10000s near the kitchen window onto the counter and since we didn’t see them at first they infested anything we had left on the counters so that was a bummer. The showers do not hold much warm water at all and the pool was freezing so it wasn’t used. These things are not HUGE things to make it so our trip was ruined by any means the house is a nice size the bedrooms are also great sizes. I just think they need to put a little more effort into cleaning to me it seemed like it’s just wiped down and then the next family comes. I kept finding rat poo in the kitchen and in our bathroom ie we are from Mexico so we get it but not everyone coming would be a custom to that other then that this house was great the management was also great and very responsive! We really enjoyed our time thank you so much for hosting us!!! We made a lot of memeories!!

Very Nice

Very roomy, we were 6 adults and it was very nice to have our own space. Well equipped kitchen. The pool was very nice. Would definitely stay again.

Family Vacay

The house was amazing! Very spacious, lots of lounging areas. My family spent alot of our down time at Casa del Sol, whether theyni were hanging out in their rooms, relaxing in the pool or watching tv, it suited us just perfectly! The views from every room were amazing!

Perfect Location

The property was well suited to our needs. We really enjoyed the backyard with the pool and pool house. It was nice that every room had their own bathroom. The area was quiet but had some excellent restaurants within walking distance. 10 out of 10 recommend

Not what it looks like but not bad at all.

Let me just start by saying after the first couple days we absolutely enjoyed our stay, would we stay again? Yes, now knowing what we were going into. To start the photos in the listing are at least a few years old, the house is not yellow, it's all the brown color and all the green vines are gone so the front looks much different. The property management team that met us was lovely and the owners we ended up dealing with were magnificent. The a/c worked amazingly in every room, the kitchen was stocked well and a great size and the pool was incredible. However, the cleaning team is incredibly lacking and the house needed a few things fixed. The security gates were off and thrown in the yard, which the owners had done as soon as they were aware, the one suit upstairs, couldn't open the sliding doors because they would fall off, the other suit didn't have anywhere to unpack your things, all the bedding consisted of was a sheet and an empty duvet cover no extra blankets and no part of the kitchenette in the one suit worked but the fridge, which was fine. The BBQ was a little hibatchi style and was full of water and totally ruined, there are several chipped and loose tiles on the main stairs and I don't recommend using the washer. On the plus side every room had lots of towels for pool and shower, the beds and pillows are comfy, and the shower had pretty decent pressure, it's definitely not a new house but it is large with lots of space and on a gorgeous part of the island.
