Just five minutes from downtown, it is located on the airport road with a view of the Cancun skyline on one side and the majestic beauty of the open Caribbean on the other. There is access to the beach via the stairs along the patio and cliff area on the north side of the patio.
This is a great location just south of the downtown (restaurants, shops, Playa Norte), but close enough to walk if you want to. Golf cart(s) are available to rent for the day or week by request.

Upper Villa
The round marble table in the dining room separates the sunken living room with TV (w/cable) from the well-equipped kitchen . A/C in Living room and kitchen. Sliding glass doors lead from the living room and the master bedroom to large terraces. Adirondack chairs provide comfortable seating for enjoying morning coffee, or afternoon cocktails, while watching the waves. The master bedroom has a king bed, A/C, and a full bathroom. There is a cutout in the shower, so while bathing, you can still enjoy a view of the sea. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds, A/C, and a full bathroom. There are two balconies on the street side, one from the dining-room, the other from the Bedroom both have amazing water views .
