Welcome to our home located on 10 acres of breath taking nature views! Located just 17.5 miles from Zion National Park and an hour's drive from Bryce Canyon. We are kid and pet friendly, with space for everyone. Our home offers ample privacy for groups of friends or families, with plenty of parking available for vehicles and ATV trailers. With views in every direction, and an expansive dark starry sky at night, you'll be able to immerse yourself in the beauty of southern Utah.



The Space:

Situated on 10 unspoiled acres, Zion Vacation Home offers privacy, seclusion, and convenience. Step inside and find a quaint and comfortable cabin with a fully stocked kitchen, and a dining room with a panoramic view of scenic red rock mountains. A master suite featuring a king sized bed is on this level as well.



Master bedroom- king size bed, full bathroom, and mountain view

Skylight room, located upstairs- queen size bed and full bathroom

Cowboy room - two twin beds, full bathroom, private entrance, and private deck.

Zion Rec Room/bedroom-Open loft-style- full bathroom, and private deck.

The Cowboy room and Zion room are connected

Extra - Pull out couch (twin bed) in the living room



Zion Adventure Home has everything you need to feel right at home, but if you'd rather spend time outside, we don't blame you! Head out to the large, beautiful front porch and relax while you take in the amazing, unobstructed views. Venture across the property to the gazebo and take in the starry night sky. Keep an eye out for all kinds of wildlife such as deer and elk that visit the property often.



Guest Access:

Guest have access to entire home and outdoor property. Entry instructions will be sent prior to your arrival date.



The Neighborhood:

Located on 10 acres with easy access to Hwy 89



Getting Around:

This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon.



Kanab, UT is 20 minutes away. Page, AZ airport is 1.5 hours away; St. George, UT airport is 2 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3.5 hours away. Get around in town mostly via car.



Other Things to Note:

Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date.

Pet Fee -$175.00 one time per stay

Up to 8 guests - 25.00/night each additional guest after 7 guests



No indoor smoking



Guests shall see to their own security while on the property by locking doors, windows, garage doors, etc.



Please remember that this is not a hotel but a home that we open to guests. The cleaning fee is only for the turnover (cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, bedrooms, washing towels and linens, cleaning windows, mopping floors, and vacuuming) and does not include excess cleaning. Guests agree to leave the house as close to their arrival, kitchen dishes washed and wiped counters and appliances.

Please place all garbage in the designated outdoor container.
