No long hauls to the pool or the beach - pool is outside the back door and beach is a 3 minute walk past the shower, so you can rise off when coming back

After renting this property - you will never rent another condo

- No splitting Friday/Saturday without owner consent - there is a MAXIMUM 10 people (8 adults) as overnight guests and 12 people overall including visitors to the property - All guests and visitors need to be listed on the rental contract - no exceptions.

The house is amazing! Perfect location, house was clean, owner is very responsive. For the beach there are folding beach chairs and a wagon to use. Neighborhood is always quiet, lots of security, they are always wanting to see your bracelet to keep outsides out. This is the 3rd house in costa diamante that we have stayed at and this is our favorite. 3 patios for people to spread out and also have a different view.

Great thanksgiving by the beach

Very nice property close to the beach, pool, and hot tub. Renting was super easy thanks to thorough instructions. Thomas was very helpful.

Perfect vacation home

We spent four nights at Coconut House and we had a terrific time! Thomas was very helpful, not just during the booking process, but all throughout our stay. He always responded in a timely manner - or faster - to any questions that came up. And he was definitely right about the house - it is as lovely as the pictures show. There were a total of 9 of us (5 adults and 4 children), and we all had plenty of space. The main living area is bright and spacious, with enough furniture to make it feel cozy, but not too much to clutter the space. From the balcony, you can easily watch the kids playing in the pool, and it was a great spot to mix cocktails and relax. The kitchen had all we needed for making breakfasts, and the BBQ provided for us in the afternoons. We lacked for nothing. It's pretty easy to spend day after day here, lounging, eating, drinking, walking, sleeping and really taking it easy. It was very nice to take the very brief walk to the beach (2 minutes), spend the morning there, and then stop for swim in the beautiful swimming pool on the way back. And then do it again in the afternoon. The low tide is amazing, with the beach extended another 100 yards or more, exposing tide pools and all kinds of marine life. Low tide is a great time for walking the beach, too. The swimming pool is definitely bigger than it appears in the pictures. The spa is really nice, too. Overall, this was a great vacation. Having the perfect place to stay contribute it to it immensely. We are thinking of going back next year, and we would book this place again without hesitation. The following are the things that we found would make this place even better: 1. The mattress in the master bedroom is somewhat uncomfortable. The bed, a platform bed, makes a lot of noise whenever someone turns. If you are a heavy sleeper - no problem. 2. The kitchen is pretty well stocked, it just needs a couple of big spoons to serve soups and stews. We couldn't find any. We needed to get sugar, but this was a small issue. 3. The bedrooms lock. If you lock yourself out, good luck. Fortunately, the two times that happened, it was the front bedroom and it was possible to get in thru a window. If it had been the master bedroom, I'm not sure what we would have done. Maybe there is a key for these bedrooms, but we didn't find it. Might be a good idea to have one. That's all. Coconut House was the perfect place for our vacation in Puerto Penasco!

Perfect in every way!!!

This modern updated house is amazing with everything you could need. Owner is friendly and accommodating. The house is close to everything including down town, in a safe and quite gated community with friendly gaurd staff. The private brach was perfect, we were the only people down there most days. I wouldn't rent anywhere else!!! This will be my go to home in rocky point forever!!!

A Diamond in the Rough.

Our family stayed here for a week in June 2014 to celebrate our daughter's high school graduation. What a perfect place to celebrate! The house is beautiful-inside and out. The construction was just completed in the spring so we were able to test-drive the new features. This newly built house has everything you need, state of the art kitchen, outdoor gas grill, HDTV's, game stations, Tempurpedic beds, hammocks, washer and dryer...you name it this place has it. The beds are sooooo comfortable, you have to decide whether you are going to stay in bed or go to the beach. Eventually, we made it to the beach. Overall, the location was great, the accommodations were amazing, and Tom was brilliant. He created a masterpiece. Definitely, a hidden treasure.

Great House!!!!!

Tom was great to work with and truly cares about you having a good trip. The house was very nice and Costa Diamante is a perfect location, close to everything! Really like having the private home, it has a beach area and pool with jacuzzi but without having that condo feel of the resorts. The guards were very friendly yet professional. Will definitely be returning to this house!

Comfortable, sophisticated getaway home

If you want the comfort and amenities of a five-star hotel but in a beautiful beach setting, then look no further. Stocked kitchen, granite countertops, beautiful patio with a huge sliding door, outdoor grill and wet bar, upper deck for relaxing, gorgeous bathrooms with plenty of light, and comfortable beds. Not to mention, super easy access to the beautiful, quiet and secluded beach (1 min walk) and you go right by the pool, which makes it great for rinsing off and relaxing (the pool is gigantic with tiered steps, and doesn't exceed 4 feet...you can lay out on the top step). You go through two guardhouses so it's secure and the guards are friendly - even offered us a menu for ordering pizza when we got in late. We even got to watch some college football on Saturday via satellite! Above all, the owner Tom is a great guy to talk to - passionate about his house and the area and will give you all the right tips on how to enjoy the house and things Rocky Point has to offer in order to make your trip as fun as possible. Don't look anywhere else.. your vacation starts here!!

You will not find a better place to spend a vacation in Puerto Penasco!

The house is brand-new and the details were all very well thought-out for a beautiful result. You really don't need to bring anything except bathing suits. We didn't bring groceries and shopped at the local businesses and even at the Sam's Club and grocery store that is in town. The house is very well-situated in the housing complex so that your walk to the beach is a short stroll and we usually included a quick swim in the pool before going back up to the house. The guards at the gate speak good English and are very helpful. We had the beach all to ourselves the majority of the time - beautiful, sandy beach with warm, clean water. If I tried I couldn't think of a single thing wrong with our trip except that we should have stayed longer! You cannot go wrong renting this house!

Wow - once of the nicest homes I've stayed at in Rockypoint

Really good communication. The owner responded quickly and with lots of information. Clean and well stocked home and the kids loved the bunk room with playhouse. Pool and beach were clean and nicer than any of the other places I've stayed in at Las Conchas. I'd definitely stay again with the family! I wish we could have brought the dog, but the owner recommended a nice place to board her. Getting into town was a breeze and I recommend the pineapple pina-colada from the guy in the green van

Basically, anyone who has stayed in this house has really loved it. It is my personal home and I've mostly rented it to friends and family so far - it is perfect for two families to split and have a private escape for a weekend or a week

You definitely will be in relaxation mode quickly when you rent my house!
