Amazing time in Rocky Point

The house was amazing. We had plenty of space for our group. The kids and teens loved the garage of activities, the arcade games and the proximity to the pool and beach. We had a blast and will definitely be back!

Perfect Stay

The house was amazing! Very spacious and the view was great! With the games and the beach so close we always had something to do! We will definitely be back to this rental!

Family Spring Break

House was amazing! Location in Costa D was perfect for us. We usually stay closer to the beach but wanted to be a bit back this time. This house had views that were spot on! Had everything we needed. Definitely staying here again.

Perfect place for the 6 of us for our trip to January Jam 2025!Host was always easily accessible. Check in was a breeze. Easy walk to the beach and surrounding establishments. And for 3 couple traveling together, house was perfect with each bedroom having a large bed and the house has 3.5 bathrooms! Would definitely book again!

The house was absolutely beautiful, better than the pictures. Host was extremely responsive and had the house fully stocked. Came with boogie boards, beach chairs, tent, umbrellas and a wagon to help bring everything down easily. Perfect for our large family. Would stay here again!

Great layout, great location, wonderful amenities!

We've been vacationing in Rocky Point for almost 40 years and this is by far our favorite rental to date. Besides being absolutely gorgeous, this house was very well stocked with all the necessities and had so many extras as well. The garage full of games and beach items was above and beyond anything we've experienced in the past. It made for an amazing and memorable visit and will be first on our list for our next stay in Rocky Point.

Beautiful house on a beautiful beach!!

This house exceeded our expectations! We love to travel with our dog so it was nice to have him there with us. The house is modern, clean, and walking distance to a store and restaurants! The beach is only a 3 minute walk from the private backyard trail. Our family felt very safe staying at the Costa Diamante subdivision. It was monitored 24/7. We will be back next year!

Living above it all

This is an amazing home in a double gated community. The house accommodated 4 couples and each room was nicely decorated and with great size beds. The living room and kitchen area was very welcoming and open. The outdoor living area and views were just amazing. The only issue we encountered with the property was that the outdoor furniture was weathered and torn, plus there was no sweeping done out there, so dirt/sand was everywhere. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Paradise getaway

This rental was amazing! From the spacious bedrooms, gorgeous views, and amenities! We always had something to do! We cooked in some nights on the spacious deck, we were close to restaurants on days we didn’t want to cook, the kids could roam freely from the beach back to the house to play games. The adults and kids all had a great time! We will be back to this rental again! Thank you for making it wonderful!

Completely dialed in rental

Just returned from a relaxing extended weekend @Sandy Beach. We appreciated the attention to detail. Unlike othe beach houses, this rental was completely equipped. We didn't need to stock a thing. Laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, propane for the grill, RO water and even a separate water dispenser were all supplied. Would definitely rent here again.

EXCELLENT PLACE !!!!

The property owners we're actually at the house going over the final details before check in making sure the staff does everything they're supposed to do. I had the opportunity to meet these folks and all I can say is I am very impressed. You do not need to bring anything to this place. They have everything. Right down to a wagon and a pop-up tent for the beach. This house is so kid friendly, safe and secure with every modern amenity you could ever ask for. I will rent from them again and again and again!!
