The condo is great for 2 couples, or a family of 4. We have 2 levels and 2 full bathrooms on each level. The loft has a king bed and big bathroom, and the main level bedroom has 2 twin memory foam beds that can push together, plus a full bathroom next to it. Each bedroom has a tv and DVD. The lanai has a great ocean view and pool view.

Kihei is very central to everything. We have nearby farmer markets, grocery stores, movies, and restaurants. Easy access to snorkel, hike, windsurf, kite, or just sight see!

Kiteboard directly in front of Luana Kai when the tide suits. Luana Kai has a better kite launch than Maui Sunset: fewer palm trees, private parking and private beach access(Less crowded!)

The beach in front of Luana Kai is sandy. Perfect to relax and build sand-castles on. The beach has no waves due to reef.

Enjoy your Maui condo tucked away from the bustle of Kihei surrounded by lush tropical flowering plants and trees. Quietest of the 3 largest ocean side parks in Kihei, the only park with regulation-size tennis courts. Pool, beach, putting green, tennis courts, and close Maui activities.

I had a wonderful time with my family at this lovely rental. We had a beautiful view and we’re super close to the pool and barbecue area which we enjoyed utilizing. The condo was the perfect size for a family of four and there was literally every possible thing we could need, including equipment to bring to the beach and to pack of picnic, etc. there was even a good amount of leftover sunblock and kitchen condiments from previous guests and we also left a bunch of pantry items that we didn’t end up using so people tend to pay it forward that that have stayed. The only thing I have to complain about is those dang roosters! I’ve stayed in the Kihei area before and didn’t have a problem with being woken up by roosters but I saw many of them just hanging out around the resort and apparently they sit right up on the roof right outside the loft window and every night it would start crowing as early as midnight until the sun came up - that was honestly so infuriating and it ruined my sleep, but thankfully, the kids did not hear it in the downstairs room. Other than my disruption of sleep, it was a great stay, and if I knew it would be quieter (no crowing) I’d come back.

Beautiful property with gorgeous view of sunsets at night. Pool and hot tub were well-maintained including the entire property access to the beach was literally steps away from the condo. We would absolutely stay again.

Glad we booked a 2 bedroom!

We loved our stay at Luana Kai! The suite was as described, spacious and well equipped for 2 adults and 2 teenagers. Beautiful view of beach, grounds and pool from the lanai where we spent a lot of time. I had originally been looking at 1 bedroom condos with a sofa bed, and my husband reminded me that teenagers like to sleep in late and leave their stuff everywhere, so we found this great 2 bedroom condo!I was happy when we arrived to find that there was adequate dish soap, paper towel and even laundry soap, as I thought we'd have to buy those from the listing description. The fridge had lots of leftover condiments, and many spices in the drawer, so didn't need to buy all those either. It was so convenient having our own laundry machines, and the barbecues in the pool area were always clean and at least a couple available when we needed one.The only suggestion I would make, would be some sort of blinds or curtains for the sliding door, as the late afternoon sun really heated the condo up. The breeze through from the sliding door to the window in the front bedroom was great at cooling it off after sunset though, and several fans were available also.We loved that the location was so central to everything around the island, but still having a beach right out front to walk or splash in the water. This was an amazing accomodation for our trip to Maui!

This was a very clean condo. Advertised photos were accurate. It was warm upon arrival, but cooled down after opening the windows and screen door (late May). There are ceiling fans in each room and two portable floor fans. The furnishings on the deck are comfortable with a great view. The complex is very well maintained with a clean pool and nice staff.

Great Stay!

This condo is beautifully decorated. Comfortable with a great view. It has everthing you need for a wonderful time. Very well stocked. We did not feel air conditioning was necessary and we were comfortable with the breeze and fans. Grounds and pool kept in excellant shape.

Great retreat

This was a great location, short walk to the beach and beach combing. The pool was really nice, and clean, as well as the hot tub. Family friendly, no problems having children out and about playing, though we had none ourselves with us. Just all around, relaxed, and well run. The grounds were being constantly maintained (in a good way). Sitting out on the porch in the morning before the pool opened was really nice, good size walk-out lanai for each condo. Just had a great time, and would stay here again. The condo was a two bedroom, the loft bedroom was so charming. This was perfect for our party of three, and we didn't feel crowded at all. We could have had another friend or two join with the space and layout. Loved it.

Kihei adventure

Beautiful condo. Parking was good. Condo complex was quiet even though there was a nice community pool with jacuzzi.The lanai was large and accommodating with a great lawn and ocean view.The only problem is no air conditioning in the downstairs bedroom. Kihei is too warm to not have AC in every bedroom. TV in that same bedroom didn’t work. We would not recommend this unit only because of the bedroom with no Air conditioning. We did not sleep well and it’s WINTER.

Great Location, Ocean view, & Pool

We stayed in this Kihei Condo for 3 nights in September 2024 and the weather were great, particularly for using the pool & hot tub. Kihei is centrally located on Maui and this unit has an ocean view. Plenty of parking on the property. The unit was not cleaned upon our arrival and the owner offered a partial refund for the inconvenience.

Great Location for Maui Vacation

We stayed in the Condo in March of 2024. We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage daughters, so the loft master bedroom and second bedroom with 2 twin beds were perfect for us. It is an older condo, but it is well maintained and furnished. The balcony view is great, overlooking and pool and has a view of the ocean. The condo is north facing, so it stays relatively cool because it doesn't get beating sun like the condos across the courtyard do in the afternoon. We did not pay the additional charge for the A/C, and were comfortable the whole trip with using the supplied fans. Its only a short walk to get to the beach, which was beautiful to watch the sunsets and see lots of turtles basking in the sun during the day. Condo was well equiped with Beach chairs, coolers, boogie boards and umbrellas - everything you need for your day trips to the beach. The only negative my daughters had, was that the wifi was a little slow. Great condo, great communication with the owner - we would definitely stay there again.

Nice family vacation

We stayed at your lovely property with our granddaughter and her husband. The condo was in a great location and there are beautiful views from the lanai. The unit was comfortable enough although the twin beds are in terrible shape and definitely require new mattresses. The blowdryer was broken and not usable, the umbrella was not useable either as it was broken and the “ok” button on the tv remote was broken as well so we could not watch tv. I sent a message to the host about these issues, after we arrived, and did not receive a reply. These issues did not stop us from having a great vacation but I mention these details so they can be addressed for the next visitors.

Peaceful with a great view

The cleaners left as we were pulling up. Besides the walk up, the property was overall a good experience. The view of the pool with oceanfront backdrop was beautiful. Plenty of kitchen utensils and extras (Beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. Walk is not too far from Azeca Shopping Center but would recommend renting a car. Checked in on Sunday when the office was closed but super easy to find Leslie (after office hours check in person). Would return if in Kihei again.

We wanted a breathtaking oceanview, tennis, , and lovely grounds, amenities and wonderfull garden. We can windsurf or kitesurf right in front of our condo, with less crowds, since it has private parking. The drive to the 'kite beach' in Kahului is only 15 to 20 minutes, and Kihei offers many more ammenities than Kahului or Paia. We prefer to weather in Kihei, since it is the dry side of the Island.
