It was a lovely stay at Waikiki North. What a great location on the north end to have all the amenities at our fingertips and just a short walk away from everything. The 2 bedroom was great for us with plenty of room. Great communication with the owner and the process and check in was so easy. The fireworks the last night were exceptional. Best seats on that balcony! Thanks again for a great vacay.

The pictures on Vrbo are beautiful, and in person as well. Close to everything and within walking distance. Trolley passes helped get us around other places. Enjoyed staying there. Owner very attentive to our messages. We enjoyed our stay. Would recommend whenever possible. Fireworks on Friday, we saw outside on the lanai with nothing blocking view.

The patio was huge and the views from the room were nice. The apartment was stocked with what we needed. There are a bunch of grocery stores and lots of food options close by which makes things very easy. There were several issues outside of the unit owner’s control that impacted our experience. The main pool was closed for maintenance the one day we had open to use it which was a bummer. At least one elevator was out of service at any given time so we needed to wait for 5 or 6 elevators and 10 minutes.The whole area was way more crowded than I expected (my fault for not researching more), but if you are looking for serene over the holidays this general area is probably not for you. The unit itself could use some updates. The main shower tub caulk was very moldy and the air vent was caked in dust. There were only 3 beach chairs and the beach umbrella was missing a part to keep it standing stable in the wind.

Nice place with beautiful views! Can’t beat the location. Walk, ride the bus or Uber everywhere! Nicely furnished and the owner was quick to respond to inquiries! Would stay here again!

Enjoyable Location

The property was clean, well equipped and met all our needs. It is a fantastic location for the Friday evening firework display, next to marina for fishing and whale watching trips and the lagoon for children. The Ilikai has a more relaxing atmosphere than the Hilton next door.

We have extended family and we've been using when dates are available and we strive our best to bring this property to the higher standard and make all of our guests' comfortable stay. Travelers' friendly & helpful reviews really helping us to determine what other improvements should be done for our future guests. We also have excellent housekeeping service when travelers need additional housekeeping services. This property is in outstanding location with right on the ocean front with wide open ocean & lagoon view, specially amazing firework view in every Friday night. You can even watch Hilton's nightly luau show from your own lanai. Beautiful view from balcony

Beautiful view down to the lagoon from condo balcony. We were front and center from the balcony for the Friday evening fireworks and avoided the traffic jam after the show. Walk to the beach and many beachside restaurants. We have a wonderful stay

Hotel atmosphere

It's a beautiful hotel setting. Restaurants and shops on site. The valet parking is cheap at $45 a night and the convince is worth it. We saw turtles in the bay. But definitely wear shoes in the water, it's rocky.

The unit was more then I expexcted. Our family travels often and we like trying off brand resorts. This unit was one of the better places we have stayed. Loved the layout and amenities. Kirk family Vacation - Waikiki

Overall our stay was excellent. The 2br 2bath apartment met all of our expectations and was well kept. The view was wonderful and we could see the fireworks without obstruction. The apartment is located the perfect distance from the elevator...not too far when carrying things and not so close that you are constantly hearing riders. Again, overall, our stay was excellent. We would definitely stay again!!!

This condo will give you what you need, it is not ocean front it is ocean view and a shower curtain needs to be put in the master bathroom so water does not get all over the floor.

This property is situated right on the ocean front that there're no other buildings between the ocean & this building. There're buildings surrounding areas but not in front of this particular building. Master bathroom bathtub is covered by fabric shower curtain at all times preventing water splash out to the floor. I personally double checked the curtain that was installed during guests' stay. But we do appreciate and highly regard guests' comments.

It was very clean and the owner was very nice we would stay there again. Just one thing we could not get the second bedroom tv to work. But that was okay because we were not in the room long enough to watch tv.

Great place! It was not clean when we checked in. Black hair in the drains of both baths. Toaster and microwave did not work.

Thank you for the pointing out. The place was deep cleaned before your arrival. Microwaves and Toasters shouldn't be used at the same outlet same time, resulting in the socket breaker shutting down to prevent electrical overload and possibly fire. We reset the breaker which was in a halfway-off position and they work now normally. The traveler failed to report it during the stay, while we could have resolved the issue if we had known about it.
