Sleeping accommodations include one king, one queen, and two double-sized beds. Complex amenities include an elevator and full-sized heated swimming pool located under the building. Parking is limited to ten available spaces and are assigned as followed; units 101, 201, 201, and 202 have one assigned space under the building, penthouse 301 has three assigned spaces in front of the building on the right side (south), and there are three unassigned spaces in front of the building on the left side (north) which are on a first come, first served basis. Conveniently located close to some of the best area attractions, Garden City Beach is directly south of Surfside Beach and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. One of the most renowned attractions in Garden City Beach is the Pier at Garden City. Other points of interest include Marlin Quay Marina and restaurants Sara J's Seafood Restaurant, Gulfstream Cafe, and Original Sam's Corner.

Just south of Garden City Beach is Murrells Inlet, a seaside community considered the "Seafood Capital of South Carolina" and home to some of the nation's best golf courses.
