Family vacation

Location is great, beach is in your back yard. Place is nice and great view to the beach. Love staying here and would recommend.

Very nice condo, great location to the beach and to all the stores around. Place was clean very roomy and we had a great time. Will stay again in the near future.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect step right out on to the beach. It has a pool as well so that was nice too. I have stayed at this location several times and im never disappointed.

Wonderful Stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was honestly surprised at how clean everything was. The furniture was nice and comfy. Loved the view and parking was perfect. We had everything we needed and then some! If I wasn’t planning to relocate there I would have booked it for the next year.

The view and sound of the waves from the balcony was amazing! The place was so clean and beautifully furnished and decorated. It had plenty of space and lots of extra organizational touches. The kitchen was well-stocked and the beds were comfortable. We loved being close enough to walk to the pier and nearby shops.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. Host was helpful and answered questions in a timely manner. Location was clean and was convient to attractions and beach. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

Beautiful spot on the beach

We love staying in Garden City, but this is probably our favorite property to date: right on the beach, easy walking distance to the pier. The kitchen is a usable size, and they have everything you could need. Nicely decorated and very comfortable. We’ll definitely stay again when we bring people with us.

Memories to last a lifetime

Spent our time here for our sons senior spring break baseball trip! This place was perfect. Every detail so well thought out. The home was everything and more. We will certainly book again. Thanks for the memories

Family Vaycay

Our entire family had an amazing stay! The condo was perfect for us! We enjoyed mornings on the balcony before a fulfilled day at the beach and pool, both of which being steps away which was great with two little ones under 2 years old. The condo was beautifully decorated and comfortable - felt like home! I especially appreciated all the small touches such as the coffee pods, the starter sets of paper products, the beach chairs and toys, and the beach towels! We definitely hope to return again soon!

Relaxing and comfy

When we arrived at the condo it was warm and inviting. The beds where made and the place was clean and comfortable. They had everything we needed to make our vacation memorable. The locker that they had came in very handy we did not have to drag up ou stuff from the beach which cut down on the sand. I would highly recommend this condo can wait to book for next year!

2nd Year in a row!

Perfect location to enjoy with family or as a couple. The owner is very thoughtful in decorating as there are several mobile device chargers, wall decor that doubles as hooks, and shelves in locations that serve a purpose. The condo is clean with very comfortable furniture and the balcony has a perfect view of the ocean. Until next year….

Perfect Family Getaway

Donna's place was perfect for our annual family beach getaway (2 adults, 12yo, 4yo and 5yo). The place is beautifully decorated and has new comfy furniture and beds. There are plenty of extras available with a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of beach and bath towels, little extras like a few pantry items and coffee. The view is amazing, it was my favorite spot in the house, and you are only steps away from the beach. Donna exceeded expectations when we had a TV problem and she immediately fixed it for us. I would highly recommend staying here!

Reviewer Comments: This is an older condo, but so very comfortable and it a great location, the view from the deck is awesome, this is the second time we have stayed here and will stay again, only drawback is the parking is very limited and a few of the permanent residents were not very friendly about parking situations. but that's the only bad thing about the place.
