The elevator needs some work done on it. There was a couple of times it didn’t work.

Very clean, great location, 3 bedrooms, beautiful kitchen, partial view of ocean. We were only here a couple of nights but would definitely return if we make it back to the Garden City area. Only thing missing is a pool for guests.

This condo was absolutely beautiful. Very clean. They provided towels and the kitchen has everything you need if you choose to cook ( we are out) . The back patio was good size and you can see the beach from it. Very nice area. There isn’t a short of restaurants if you choose to eat out. Will definitely book again if we are headed that way again.

The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen well appointed.

Wonderful space and location!

This is our second stay at this place and we will always go back. The rooms are decorated so nicely and the kitchen has all the cookware we needed. We loved taking just a few steps to get on the beach and a short drive for dinners and shopping. The beds are super comfy, breakfast on the balcony was lovely, and there is a lot of storage for personal items. There was some sand on the floor when we arrived but that can be expected. Don’t pass up this rental!

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The realty company emailed the day before we arrived to say our beachfront could possibly be undergoing renourishment and be closed in front of our condo during our stay. When we got there, the beach access was closed and blocked off with a lot of huge pipes, dumpsters and heavy equipment. The equipment ran all night and beeped constantly. We had to go somewhere else to access the beach. We got this unit specifically because it was beachfront for one member of our party who is 8 months pregnant and not able to walk far. Whoever rented our condo before us put either fish or shrimp down into the disposal, and the unit smelled terrible. We had to immediately buy white vinegar and let it sit in the drain to counteract the odor. One of the bathrooms only had a tub/no shower, and another one had a clogged drain that my husband had to clean out because the shower was filled with 4 inches of water after we used it the first time. That's not what he wanted to do on vacation. Also, the elevator was broken for about 24 hours during our stay, and we had to climb several times from ground floor to 3rd floor with many bags, coolers, groceries, etc. The unit itself was otherwise well furnished and nicely decorated. Very disappointed in the realty company for not disclosing the information sooner about the beach being closed off.

Our stay was ruined.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off the interior of the condo was fine. It could have been a little cleaner. There are 2 big issues. One and the biggest my wife and 2 kids, 7 and 9 got stuck on the elevator the first day Saturday. Had to call 911. The next day the elevator repair guy came to fix. Sunday I got stuck on the elevator and had to once again call 911. They said it would be fixed Tue. Well it wasn't fixed for 4 days and our disabled grandmother was not able to leave. It ruined her trip and did not allow our kids to experience it with their grandmother. The other part is the parking. There are not enough spots and we had to park down the street multiple times.

It doesn’t have a pool but we never use a pool when we’re at the beach anyway so it was perfect for us. The ONLY negative thing I could say is that there’s not a lot of parking but we figured it out. Reviewer Comments: For a condo that can sleep 6-8 guests, it would be nice to have more seating in the main living area, which comfortably seats only 5, with one sofa and two chairs. The kitchen could use a few more basic utensils and cookware/bakeware, specifically a large salad bowl and a griddle for pancakes and grilled cheese. These few things would make it absolutely perfect!

Beautifully Furnished, right on the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place has been very tastefully renovated. We had everything we needed for a comfortable and elegant stay. There is an even better view from the porch than the listing shows. Incredibly convenient beach access and location. Walking distance from Conch Cafe, River City is a short drive. Note that there are really just two showers, one bath has a jacuzzi tub and does have a wand that you can use to wash your hair.
