Private, clean, and comfortable, this 550-square foot suite offers peace, quiet, and natural beauty close to the historic battlefields, monuments, and museums of Gettysburg. Less than a mile from the Oak Ridge battlefield, National Park Service station, and Seminary Ridge, we offer a secluded getaway when the day’s sightseeing is done.

A spacious deck with chairs, patio table, and flowers leads to a private entrance. The entryway has a café table and chairs, perfect for morning coffee. A large mirrored closet provides storage, and wall maps display the action of all three days of the Battle of Gettysburg.

The kitchenette has a sink, ample cabinet space, and all necessary appliances and conveniences: refrigerator with freezer, Keurig coffeemaker (ingredients provided), microwave oven, bowls, plates, silverware, pots, pans, teapot, and hotplate.

The living area features a comfortable suede loveseat, propane fireplace, ceiling fan, writing desk with lamp, and smart TV equipped with streaming services. The bookcase has cabinets and drawers for clothes and other personal items. The suite has free wi-fi.

The bathroom has a combination tub and shower, a large vanity and mirror, towels of all sizes, and hair dryer. Body wash, hand soap, and air freshener are provided.

The bedroom, admitting morning light through east-facing windows, has swinging French doors. The bed is a comfortable queen-size with Memory Foam mattress. Linens are provided. There are nightstands and reading lamps, digital alarm clock, bureau, and mirror. On the wall is an adjustable heating-and-cooling unit.

Please note that this suite is most suited to individuals and couples (1-2 people). But we have accommodated families as well, and offer inflatable mattresses in all sizes at no extra charge.

For each stay, we assess an equipment fee of $20, and an administrative fee of $15. The suite is cleaned before each guest arrival, but we charge no cleaning fee.

The minimum length of stay is two (2) nights. Maximum stay is three weeks (21 nights). Stays of seven (7) nights or more receive a 40% discount.

We don't permit pets or smoking in the suite. Service animals are permitted.

No firearms of any kind are permitted on the property.

Check-in is 3 pm. Check-out is 12 pm. We are flexible on both, depending on guest needs and other circumstances.
