The Grand Chalet is situated on a 2 1/2 acre parcel of private property with no other rental properties that adjoin this property, the creek runs the full length of the property, it's easily accessible during the winter months and is a perfect setting for weddings, family reunions, and large groups, it's conveniently located only 2 miles from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge and just minutes away from fantastic hiking trails, there are several back roads from this rental that take you to different points on the parkway which is a huge plus that will help you avoid the traffic. The property is 6 bedrooms , 5 1/2 bathrooms , and has an open and spacious floor plan, it is situated on 2 1/2 acres and has a very large yard for outdoor activities, it is street motorcycle rider and pet friendly. This fully loaded chalet is in a country setting that is private and not in a cabin community, it has more than enough activities for young and old alike and offers unlimited high speed internet.

Just wanting to kick back and relax? You can do that in the large family room located on the main level where you can enjoy the stone fireplace, flat screen cable TV, grab yourself a refreshing beverage from the wet bar or maybe a snack from the well-equipped kitchen, featuring all stainless steel appliances, double ovens and beautiful granite counter tops and all the kitchen utensils you will need to make cooking a meal for large groups a breeze, table seating for 16 and bar top seating for 10 with additional seating available, the main floor is also where you will find 1 of the 2 master suites with a large master bathroom that has a deep soak tub and a walk-in shower, the laundry room, and a 1/2 bath are also located on the main floor.
On the 2nd floor are 5 of the 6 bedrooms, each with adjoining bathrooms. At the top of the stairway is the open sitting room that has a queen sleeper sofa, electronic dart board, puzzles and board games that will keep everyone busy, also located on the 2nd level is the large game room with a pool table, card table, foosball, air hockey, cable TV, Video Games , Stereo and 3 Queen sleeper sofas .
If you prefer being outdoors you can head outside to the covered veranda and enjoy your meals which has a retractable bug screen to keep the bugs away, tabletop seating for 18+, wrap-around porch with Rocking chairs , you can fire up the BBQ grill and take a dip in the hot tub, rock in the rocking chairs, or lounge in the hammocks while taking in the beautiful scenic view and listening to the sounds of the creek running through the property, or maybe even get a glimpse of the owl that sometimes sits on the porch pillars , or the riding stables beautiful peacock that occasionally wanders over, the chalet is also within walking distance of the Ponderosa riding stables, which is always a big hit with the kids , they have horseback trail rides , a gem mine, fishing, atv rentals, it also has a free petting zoo and playground, approximately 1/2 mile away is Smokey Mountain Ziplines.
Traveling with a baby or toddler?
To make your trip just a little easier we have provided a high chair, 2 booster seats,1 baby gates, infant tub, pack and play, 1 regular stroller ( available upon request) 2 umbrella strollers, children's books, movies and you don't have to deal with packing your own, in addition to that, also on site is 3 small tricycles, 3 Little Tyke Coupes, child picnic table and chairs, giant checkers, and a Little Tykes toddler wagon (wagon, strollers, folding chairs and ice chest can be used off-site) and much more to keep the little ones entertained.
When you are ready to hit the town you won't have far to travel, it's only 2 miles (4 min.) to the main Parkway in Pigeon Forge and all the great attractions like Dollywood, Splash Country, Tanger Outlet shopping mall, go-cart tracks, arcades, Ober Gatlinburg ski center, amusement rides and restaurants so much more.
The location of this Chalet makes for an easy access ( via back roads that can keep you out of heavy traffic )to several different areas on the Pigeon Forge Parkway as well as Wears Valley, Townsend, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smokey Mountains National Park.
The Grand Chalet is motorcycle friendly with paved and well-maintained roads (no steep inclines) all the way to the property , it sits on level ground with plenty of parking for cars, trucks and motorcycle trailers.
All this and more make The Grand Chalet a prime vacation rental and location.

Pigeon Forge community center is located near by, for a small fee you have access to an outdoor pool, indoor pool, tennis, racket ball, weight lifting and workout gym, basketball, volleyball, and bowling alley (separate fee), the Pigeon Forge Library is located right next door to the community center.
