Very nice house, amazing location

Anna Lias home was a perfect decision for us. We (family with kids) enjoyed our time in costa rai. The house is very clean and well equipped. Anna Lia is a very nice host and gave us a warm welcome. The beach is just 2 minutes away and more than wonderful. I am quite sure that we will visit costa rei again and we'll try to get this beautiful house again. Many thanks Anna Lia for this wonderful holiday.

Best vacation destination

The house, the facilities, the environment and the proximity to the beach are perfect. We enjoyed the warm evenings on the beautiful terrace and after a wonderful BBQ we liked to retreat to the lounge area. Not least the great outdoor shower have rounded everything, The landlady of the house has prepared us a warm welcome and was, whenever there were questions, ready to help us. Even on the day of departure she was on hand and we could say goodbye. Thank you dear Anna it was great.

a very nice house in near of the beach

We (6 persons) had a very nice and comfortable stay at Anna Lias house. The rooms are big enough and clean and the interior is perfect to have a great vacation. The outside shower and the large terrace is very nice. We get enough towels (also for the beach) and bed linen, so that we do not have to use our own. Anna Lia is very friendly and for greeting we get a big plate of fresh fruits and a bottle of wine. We are sure, that we will come back.

Vacation like an Italian -- lovely authentic Italian beach bungalow!

Vacation like an Italian! Lovely authentic Italian bungalow right near the beach, with plenty of indoor-outdoor living space for a family with several kids. The garden was beautiful and the beach gorgeous. Centrally located near the beach, but also shops and restaurants in Costa Rei. At the same time, it is a lovely quiet spot to have time away with your family. There are endless possibilities for day trips to gorgeous beaches or hikes. Anna was an amazing host and greeted us with delicious Sardinian pastries and wine and even booked us reservations at a local seafood restaurant that we really enjoyed.

Wir, d.h 4 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder , verbrachten 2 Wochen (Ende Mai bis Anfang Juni) in dieser wunderbaren Villa.Anna Lia hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns alles wissenswerte gezeigt. Die Villa wurde komplett renoviert, insbesondere die beiden Bäder sind sehr schön gestaltet. Für uns ganz wichtig: Hervorragende Fenster mit funktionierenden Fliegengittern, Klimaanlagen in allen Zimmern und tolle Betten in denen wir alle sehr gut geschlafen haben. Das haben wir in anderen Villen schon viel, viel schlechter erlebt.Eine zweckmäßige Küche erlaubt es auch größere Mahlzeiten zu kochen - etwas mehr Töpfe und Pfannen wären super, aber das war nichts Neues für uns und wir hatten passende Untensilien im Gepäck.Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und auf der Terrasse ist Platz genug für 6 Personen - allerdings wären 2 weitere Liegen angemessen.Die Lage der Villa - ca 80m vom wunderbaren Sandstrand entfernt - ist natürlich insbesondere mit kleinen Kindern super, da man schnell auch mal ins Haus zurück kann bei Bedarf.Der einzige Punkt der uns nicht so gefallen hat war der sehr kleine, enge hauseigene Parkplatz der für 2 Pkw schwer zu nutzen war. Aber das ist in diesem Teil der Costa Rei wohl meist so.Alles in allem eine tolle Villa die sehr zu empfehlen ist und wir kommen bestimmt nochmal zurück.

Sehr gepflegte Unterkunft an top Lage. Ideal für Strandferien mit der Familie

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und verfügt über einen grosszügigen Garten mit einer grossen Terasse und einer Outdoor-Dusche. Der schöne Strand ist gleich um die Ecke. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundliche und zuvorkommend. Wir sind mit einem Baby und einem Kleinkind angereist und die Vermieterin hat freundlicherweise die nötige Ausrüstung (Babybett, Hochsitz, Strand Spielzeug) zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle Lage, 3 Fussminuten vom Strand weg. Kleine Supermercatos und Restaurants in Fussdistanz. Sehr gute Innenausstattung und grosse Terasse. Die Kommunikation mit Anna Lia war stets unkompliziert, sie ist sehr zuvorkommend und herzlich.

Traumurlaub

Wir durften in Anna´s Haus zwei wundervolle Wochen verbringen und haben uns von Anfang an super wohl gefühlt. Es ist ein tolles Haus mit allem was man im Urlaub braucht, hat eine traumhafte Lage und eine sehr liebe Vermieterin. Hoffentlich können wir dort mal wieder hinfahren.

Besser gehts nicht - einfach nur ein perfekter Urlaub

Meine 3 Töchter, meine Frau und ich hatten einen phantastischen Aufenthalt in Anna Lia's Haus an der Costa Rei. Anna Lia hat uns mit köstlichen Früchten, Wasser und Wein begrüßt und war im Vorfeld stets hilfsbereit bez. der Urlaubsvorbereitungen. Auch während des Aufenthalts hat sie immer rasch unsere kleinen Problemchen gelöst und war stets mit Rat und Tat zur Hilfe. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und insb. für einen Aufenthalt mit kleinen Kindern empfehlenswert. Es ist in ca. 2min Gehdistanz von einem wunderschönen Strand entfernt und alle Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in ca. 5-10min zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir werden sicher wieder gerne in diesem wunderschönen Haus an der Costa Rei urlauben! Mille grazie!

Sehr empfehlenswert

Die Toplage zum Strand und zu diversen Restaurants und Supermarkt ist fussnah. Das Haus ist Top ausgestattet, sehr sauber und sehr komfortabel. Alles funktioniert perfekt. Die Aussendusche ist vollwertig mit kalt/warm Wasser. Die Terrasse und der schöne Garten, die ruhige Hauslage hat unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Anna war ab Buchung bis Abreise sehr bemüht und korrekt. Danke Anna!

Great place!

This house is really perfect for a great family vacation. Everything was as described or even better. Very clean and well equipped. the garden is ideal for kids to play. The location is wonderful, really just a small walk to the beautiful beach of Costa Rei and also to the village. Anna Lia is very nice and everything went very well without any complication. We already plan to come again :-)

Das Haus entsprach unseren Vorstellungen, war alles nötige vorhanden. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegter Garten. Super ruhige Lage, das Meer war nur in ein paar Schritten erreichbar. Strand und Meer sehr sauber. Wurden von AnnaLia sehr nett empfangen und war zur jeder Zeit erreichbar. Die Unterkunft werden wir jedem empfehlen. Werden dort bestimmt wieder einmal Ferien machen.

Little piece of heaven

Just wanted to write a brief review to say how much we enjoyed our stay in Costa Rei in Anna Lia's house. She was so welcoming with wine and local sardinian pastries, and everything was as described on the site, with lots of time for our children. Everything was in walking distance, with shops, restaurants, the sea and beach, we couldn't ask for anything more for a relaxed holiday with the children! You can do as much or as little as you wanted there. Missing the Sardinian sunshine, sea and food already!!!

Wir waren schon ein paar mal an der Costa Rei, aber dieses mal hat es uns besonders gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr schön und gepflegt mit einem tollen Garten. Die Lage ist super , Strand zu Fuß erreichbar und auch alle Geschäfte und Restaurants. Wir wurden von Anna sehr nett empfangen. Wir werden dieses Domizil auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen auch gerne wieder. Helga

Sehr schönes, sauberes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus mit tollem Garten. Ruhige Lageund nahe am Strand gelegen, Einkaufsläden und Restaurants zu Fuss erreichbar, tolle Vermieter! Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder. Anna Lia ist super nett und alles hat auf anhieb geklappt! Wir sind begeistert und würden wiederkommen!

Замечательное как само место Коста Рей так и расположение дома. Все в пешей доступности - фантастическое море, огромный пляж с изумительным песком, магазинчики, рестораны, сам центр Коста Рей. В доме идеальная чистота и домашний уют, есть все необходимое. Самое же лучшее в этом доме - это сама хозяйка Анна Лия. Она вам поможет во всем, если что-то нужно. Замечательное как место Коста Рей, так и само расположение дома, особенно для отдыха с маленьким ребенком или для людей в возрасте. Огромный пляж, изумительное море, наличие магазинов, ресторанчиков в пешей доступности (жаль что нельзя разместить тут фотографии этого райского уголка). Самое же прекрасное это сама хозяйка Анна Лиа. Она создала в доме поистине домашнюю теплую уютную атмосферу. Мы прилетели ночью с маленьким ребенком, она даже позаботилась о том, чтобы у нас с утра было все необходимое на завтрак и молоко для ребенка, и огромные два блюда с фруктами, овощами и выпечкой, хлебом, причем не из магазина, а с отличного рынка, за все это великолепие она не взяла с нас денег, было очень приятно, конечно. Она готова была примчаться в любую минуту, чтобы помочь, если что-то было необходимо. У нас не было машины, Анна даже возила нас в магазин, показала, что где находится, довезла тяжелые сумки. Мы чувствовали себя не как в арендуемом доме, а как будто приехали в гости к близкому родному человеку. Анна спасибо вам огромное за ваше радушие. Пишу на родном русском языке, потому что так выразить свою благодарность на английском или итальянском не смогу. Надеюсь гугл-переводчик сможет перевести все, что я хотела передать путешественникам.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus in perfekter Lage

Dieses Haus ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben dort zwei wundervolle Wochen verbracht. Es liegt nur 80 m vom schönsten und feinsten Sandstrand entfernt. Meine Familie meinte, dass sie so ein Wasser bisher nur in der Karibik vermutet hätten. Selbst beim Schnorcheln könnte man locker 15 m weit sehen! Im Haus fühlt man sich gleich wie zu Hause. Die Betten sind wunderbar bequem mit sehr guten Matrazen. Es gibt mehr als genug Handtücher und Bettzeug für jeden inkl. vielen Strandhandtüchern, die man dann nicht von zu Hause aus mitschleppen muss. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet mit Kaffeemaschine (Filter) und den typischen kleinen Espressomaschinen für den Herd, die es überall in Italien gibt. Der Kühlschrank ist riesig, vor allem mit einem übergroßen (3 Fächer) Eisfach. Am besten fanden wir die große uneinsehbare Aussendusche, die sogar mit Warmwasser war. Einfach perfekt, wenn man vom Strand kam! Auch die große Terasse haben wir gerne genutzt. Kann man ja auf den Bildern gut erkennen. Anna-Lia hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen inkl. Willkommenskuchen und Wein und zwischendurch auch mal ein paar sardische Früchte vorbei gebracht. Alles perfekto! Gerne kommen wir in den nächsten Jahren wieder!

schöner Urlaub!

Sehr schönes, sauberes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus, Warmwasseraussendusche (genial!), ruhig und nahe am Strand gelegen, Einkaufsläden und Restaurants zu Fuss erreichbar, tolle Vermieter! Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder! Tanti saluti a Anna Lia e Gianni

E' stata proprio una piacevole conferma delle recensioni lette. Casa pulita e ben tenuta, proprietari gentili (anche i vicini di casa sono stati molto cortesi e disponibili), location fantastica. La casa è vicina alla spiaggia ed al centro di Costa Rei raggiungibili entrambi a piedi. Spero di riuscire a ritornarci, la consiglio vivamente.
