The main floor features a comfortable, open layout with two bedrooms. The primary suite includes a king bed and private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the second bedroom is furnished with a cozy queen bed. Downstairs, a large private lower level offers two queen beds and ample room to spread out, relax, or enjoy a movie night with the home’s extensive DVD library. Furnished with warm, thoughtful details, this home is designed to make you feel right at home.

Step outside to find two covered decks where you can soak in the stunning views of the Never Summer Mountains, grill your favorite meal, and enjoy the calm of the surrounding forest. A hiking trail begins right in the backyard, offering adventure literally at your doorstep. Winter Arrival:
Please be prepared before beginning your drive to the mountains! Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended. Although the main roads are usually plowed well, many residential areas require traversing steep hills on dirt roads that are not as maintained. Keep in mind that chain and traction laws for non-commercial vehicles can be put into effect at any time. We do not advise driving Berthoud Pass in a front-wheel drive vehicle unless you a comfortable putting chains on yourself. Weather and driving conditions may change rapidly. We will not accommodate refund related to weather or road conditions, please plan accordingly.
