Apartment 2 P 15 minutes walk from the historic center

Why did you book an apartment without air conditioned if you need it so much. ?For information, as I tall you there are parkings all around Aix. You just cannot cross the old Center by car. The center is pedestrian. You can reach it by bus if you don’t want to walk 15 mn. Concerning the furniture we chose to furnish the apartment with antique furniture . on the other hand the bed, sofa and kitchen are recent as in the photos of the ad. Finally we would have appreciated it if you responded to our messages, especially regarding your arrival time, emptied your bins and washed your dishes before leaving . Hope that next time you’ll choose a place who fit you more nicely. Regards

I'm very sorry for the disagreements you may have felt. As you write it, the apartment is situated in a residential neighborhood and the area is very safe. The street is lit and I told you that the apartment was situated at the end of the path (40 meters). The taxi should have dropped you just in front of the apartment. I was here to welcome you but you dialed two wrongs numbers because of the french dial code. Anyway, if you have walked into the path just a few steps, the light would have be on automatically. There is actually an electric gate but also an intercom and a bell and I was here to welcome you. Concerning the smell of smoke, the apartment is non-smoking but It is possible to smoke on the terrace outside.

Désolée que l’appartement ne vous ait pas satisfait. Je me permets en toute bonne foi quelques précisions. Cet appartement n.est pas un appartement familial mais un 2P pour 2 personnes.Il est possible de profiter d.une partie de la cour par laquelle nous sommes obligés de passer pour rentrer chez nous. Nous vous avons proposé davantage de chaises pour vos filles et petite fille.En revanche une terrasse à l’arrière est en jouissance exclusive, entretenue malgré vos dires, certes entourée de murs vegetalisés qui apportent fraîcheur et intimité. Notre buanderie ainsi que la table à repasser sont à disposition en partage, nous vous avons invité à l.utiliser mais vous n.avez pas donné suite. La rue d’Italie (rue commerçante du centre ancien est bien à 15 mn de marche, le cours Mirabeau à 20mn selon tous les GPS. De plus, 2 autobus à proximité desservent de nombreux quartiers d’Aix. Je précise que lorsque l’on coche la case terrasse sur la plate-forme elle ne propose que terrasse en bois. Bonne continuation

Il arrive que l’electro-menager tombe en panne. Désolée pour ce désagrément. Heureusement que nous avons pu le remplacer rapidement.
