Tile floors, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. 3 large flat screen TV's for your viewing pleasure. Large balcony partly screened. The guest bath has a soaking tub and the master bath a beautiful tiled walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a king sized 4 poster bed, with spectacular views of the ocean through sliding doors which open onto the balcony. The master bedroom has a 4 poster king sized bed with a view of the ocean through a glass paneled door that opens onto the balcony. Both rooms have nice size closets. The unit is approximately 1,200 square feet. Amenities in the unit for your convenience include; an ironing board and iron, a microwave, blender, toaster and coffee maker. The unit is stocked with bath and beach towels for your use. Its all here for you, all you need to do is show up and enjoy yourself. It doesn't get any better.....

Amazing Condo on the Ocean

We have stayed in this Unit for many years we feel it is one of the best Condo developments in the Keys It has amazing Views and in a good location to do what ever you want to do. We will Continue to rent this condo year after year.

The best Condo in the Keys

This place is amazing! The ocean views are amazing the sunrises are Fantastic. We have been staying in the Keys for about 15 years and we keep coming back to this unit. The Owners were very helpful and accommodating.

Great place to unwind!

Beautiful view--spent a lot of time on the large balcony watching winged wildlife fly by and the minimal coastal activity. Beautiful sunrises over ocean. Great place to unwind! Condo very clean and comfortable. Property comfortable. No issues.

Great condo for our family of 4

We spent the holiday week in the Keys and this condo was perfect for our vacation. It is updated and provided everything we needed, including a wonderful view! While this is not a location where you can walk to activities, we did find it a good location for running (or walking/biking), as it is just off of old highway which has a ped lane so we were able to easily and safely take some nice runs.

Winter getaway

Upon arriving at the condo we were VERY pleased with its cleanliness, furnishings, spectacular view, and well supplied with everything needed to prepare meals. The deck was perfect for coffee in the morning and relaxing in the afternoon and evening. The grounds of the condo are well maintained and in a quiet setting. Convenient location for shopping, restaurants, and lots of outdoor activities. Will definitely try to get back next winter!

Great location, absolutely perfect.

The property is undergoing renovations since hurricane Irma, but we were not affected at all. The unit itself is perfect, very clean and has everything you need. There were 4 of us and we were very comfortable. Geri was awesome through the booking process and very helpful!! Thank you for a great week!!!!

Bad beach

Caution tape and balcony bar supports were ugly and disappointing. We were told balcony was partially screened but there were no screens and bugs ate us up. The sargassum was ugly and smelled. It felt like the balcony was leaning so we didn’t feel too safe. I know owner can’t control bad beach or construction of building supports but we should have been told. This condo was old. We will not return.

Nice oceanview. Wonderful pool.

Upon arrival, we had a code to access the lobby and another code for condo. We did not receive visitor wristbands or key fob. We couldn't access the pool or small exercise room without them. Apparently, I missed completing a registration document required one week prior to arrival. It would have been nice to get a reminder. We did receive items needed two days later. Very nice oceanview with a huge balcony. Condo was clean. Master bed was very comfortable. Nice to have ceiling fans. A/C worked great. Nice livingroom TV with local network channels. Good internet. Washer/dryer just down the hall for $2 per load. Pool was very nice, clean and heated. Lots of beach towels. Tiki hut was nice for a shaded lunch. Not a swimming or walking beach. Perfect for kayaking. The TV's in both bedrooms did not work. Host contacted. No resolution. The drawers in the master bedroom dresser and side tables need to repaired. There should be a shade for the master bedroom glass paneled door that goes to balcony. Plus the window shades are falling apart. Also, we booked a few weeks prior. It would have been nice to know the whole other side of building is under construction and they start weekdays at 7am sharp.

Peaceful, picturesque ocean view, accessible to a plethora of excellent restaurants, ELEVATOR, beautiful pool, clean exercise room and game room, safe, friendly residents. A very much needed respite. Perfect.

Quite and relaxing

Sitting on the balcony every morning ,was so peaceful. Location is great. Day trip to Key West easy. Full time resident are very nice. Only thing is make sure you call the property about access to lockbox for building entrance before had.

A great place to stay!

This condo is in a great centralized location. It had a lot of good restaurants and things to do around it. The pool was warm and the residents all seemed nice. Although we did not use the community room there looked to be a lot of things to do on a rainy day.

Beautiful setting

Amenities are great. Location great. Owners respond quickly and are eager to help. Negative is property manager not accessible on weekends, mornings or evenings.

Broken from the start.

This place would be perfect except for the fact that stuff kept breaking by no fault of ours. The toilet in master bathroom was clogged before we got there. I have Ulcerative Colitis so 4 people using one bathroom wasn't a good option. Took 2 days before that was fixed. First time opening freezer door the handle fell off and a piece of plastic tab was laying on the floor next to it. The floors made your feet black. TVs were complicated to use ,with 2 remotes each. They should have laminated instruction cards for each. Toilet flush arm to chain broke off on Tuesday not fixed till Thursday. Had to pull chain in tank to use it. Other than that the view was great and pool was good. No swimming from beach with the protective rocks all along it. And grills weren't usable as they make you think. Also bring or rent your in kayaks. Luckily we found alot to do outside so we didn't have to deal with these problems constantly. Owners really don't seem to care they just want their money. All their voicemail boxes were full every call made. Condo Mgr never answered phone either.

Fabulous view!

We learned it’s difficult to find any “beach” in the keys but found this little gem. With a beach to look at but pretty much not something you would swim in. We arrived on 12/2/2021 for two weeks. The part time “property manager” was out that day and we had no FOB and no way to access the pool or game room/library until late the 2nd day when someone sitting in for her got her on the phone and programmed one for us. (After a VERY long time and our help) She said she sent us a key code, but she didn’t. All was well until we came to the condo from the pool on the second week and the push button lock didn’t work!!! No car keys, no money and locked out! In our swimsuits. I tried the “property manager “ and again she didn’t answer, I tried the owner, who’s voicemail was full!! Helpless again. FINALLY! After the 50th or so try, we got a light and got in!!! Changed the batteries and it was ok. Too much wasted time on our vacation!! The unit was great, the customer service was not.

Exactly the Property we Desired

We searched for a nice condo in a quiet location with a large balcony for our vacation. This is EXACTLY what we wanted. The condo is as advertised and the location was perfect for us. We did, however, have a problem with the property manager which required multiple phone calls and texts. The parking pass and the key fob wasn't provided until the day after we arrived. No apologizes were given for our inconvenience.

Peacefull

Condo was great! Clean and quiet! Exactly what we were looking for. No noise, relaxing. Beautiful location, nice big balcony, with beautiful views of ocean. The grounds were clean, pool was warm. Location was great. Stayed at a resort last time, this was much better! I cannot even describe how satisfied we are with every aspect of this rental!

Paradise!

What an amazing experience and blessing from the owners to share such a breath taking condo! First time to Keys and couldn't have been more pleased...owners are extremely nice and responsive...views are amazing and definitely the place to be for breath taking sunrises over the ocean and island. 5 stars all the way and hope to be back! PS ..do the wave runner/snorkeling tours!

Waterfront with Bedrooms for "All Adult" Stays

We loved our time here, and it was so nice to find a waterfront place that had bedrooms without twin beds or bunks to accomodate our party of all adults! We would definitely consider returning here. My ratings above for the check-in process and communication were strictly about the onsite managers, but the owners were wonderful and very responsive! They helped get us into the condo and settled even though the onsite managers had not done what they were supposed to have done. The issue caused a little frustration and mild inconvenience at first, but the owners assistance and response overcame any overall negative feelings.

Location, Location, Location..... Islamorada is simply a slice of heaven. For those of you, who have already been here you know exactly what I mean. For those of you who haven't, try to imagine blue waters for as far as the eye can see. Restaurants with the most imaginative menus, with offerings at every price point. A relaxed atmosphere. An eclectic mix of people from all over the world. Entertainment, outdoor activities, swimming with dolphins, diving & snorkeling the beautiful reefs, deep sea fishing, back country fishing, shopping, biking, kayaking, parasailing, spas, the list is endless. All this and an active and vibrant artist community. From Islamorada you can take a scenic drive south to Key West for a fun day of shopping, drinking, eating and celebrating life or head north to South Beach in Miami for some more shopping, drinking, eating, celebrating and celebrity watching. Islamorada is easy to reach from either Miami or Ft. Lauderdale Airports, making it very convenient to get to from anywhere in the world. What more can I say..
If you haven't been here yet, you need to come and see for yourself why people who visit Islamorada come back over and over again, year after year. Islamorada is a place that everyone should experience..

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Oceanfront, Spectacular ocean views.... The complex is always clean and well managed.... The owners in the building are very friendly and the guests staying here have always been the nicest people. The pool is very clean, it is wonderful to be swimming and looking out at the ocean or playing tennis and looking out at the ocean. There is a fish cleaning station, grills and tiki huts located along the oceanfront, so you can clean and cook the days catch and enjoy dinner under the stars. The complex is located far enough away from the Overseas Highway that there is no traffic noise at all. The Winn Dixie is a short drive away for supplies. There is a beautiful heated pool overlooking the ocean, with outside showers, and indoor bathroom facilities. There is an exercise room, an office and a rec room with wifi and more. There are 2 coin operated washer and dryer units on each floor, 2 elevators in the lobby, 3 stairwells and an open parking lot conveniently located just outside the lobby for easy access to the unit.
