The major reconstruction projects are finally complete. The game room, gym, pool, lobby, elevators and grounds are built better and more beautiful than before. The building and grounds are back in great shape, awaiting your visit. The pool and cabanas have all been reconstructed and the result is beautiful. This unit is in a condominium complex. Use of common amenities is permitted for guests and controlled by the association.
Enjoy the unique tropical beauty of the Florida Keys from this end-unit condo. From the private balcony you will see breathtaking sunrises & sunsets. Scan the horizon across the turquoise sea for sailing and fishing vessels, sea birds and dolphins. Spend the day beneath the swaying palms at the oceanfront heated pool or sandy beachfront.

Enjoy the complimentary use of our Abaco 135 tandem 13' kayak during your stay. It's perfect for light tackle fishing or exploring one of the nearby mangrove islands. * Kayak seats/ backs are not provided. the kayak can be used without them, but seat backs are strongly recommended. Bring your own kayak seat backs for the best experience.

Grab your fly-rod and fish the flats from our private beach. These are the very same flats frequented by Lefty Kreh, Mark Sosin, Jose Wejebe and Flip Pallot and are world renowned for bonefish, tarpon and permit fishing.


Your stay will be very comfortable in this Tropically decorated amenity filled condo with a private bedroom, complete with cable TVCR with views of the ocean and bay. It converts to two bedrooms via a retractable wall in the living room. This accommodates two adults and also has a DVD player and offers views of the ocean from the sliding glass doors. In addition to the private bedroom (king bed) it also has two semi private captain's bunks that are just right for kids and teens. It has a fully appointed Caribbean decorated kitchen , and dining area, and all the other conveniences to make you feel right at home on your tropical vacation. Coin-op W/D located next to the elevator.

The concept of 'Just bring your toothbrush' definitely applies here. Every convenience you could possibly want is here including a frosty central A/C system, and an elevator. For your entertainment there are two TVs & books.
Smoking is prohibited inside the unit.

Payment can be made via credit card directly through VRBO.
Conveniently located at 200 Wrenn St. on the ocean opposite Coral Shores HS athletic facility.
Wi Fi is available privately in the condo and publicly in by the pool.

The host was very responsive and accommodating. The property was very nice and had everything we needed for our stay. Beautiful views, and the the pool was perfectly heated for the cooler outside temperatures.

The condo is in a great location. View is beautiful. I didnā€™t care for the timeliness of the check in instructions as I did not get them until an hour before check in time. Everything else went smoothly and we had a wonderful time.

Very nice condo in a great location. Ocean views off the balcony. Saw a small nurse shark swimming off the small beach, so neat to see! Also a big iguana at the pool!

Problems

The filter in the heating and cooling unit was full of black mold, the ceiling fan in the bedroom is about to fall off and the toilet runs constantly. Also the kayak was so full of water we could not use it but fortunately we met people at the condo who let us borrow theirs. Please see photos of the filter.

This place was simply paradise. It was perfectly accommodating for the two of us. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The pool was so nice and the view from the beach was amazing. Definitely would recommend to others coming to the Keys!!

Everything at this condo was as described. It had beautiful views from the balcony. And the pool was great! The condo itself was clean and had everything you needed plus. I definitely would recommend this place. Also close to a lot of restaurants and activities. 5 stars all the way.

Florida Keys

There were a few minor things that could have made this an all around excellent experience. It was, however, still quite amazing. The unit was very nice, the common areas were excellent and the people could not have been more friendly. While having the view of the high school athletic field right off the balcony would not appeal to some, we enjoyed watching the afterschool practices and the weekend games. And of course just being in the Florida Keys was exciting.

Wonderful place to stay- we will be back!

We loved everything about our stay at Seagulls! The host was communicative and passed along helpful information about the restaurants and activities in the area! The property was quiet. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner every day out on the private patio. School started the Wednesday of our stay, but any noise from the football field was non-existent. We are looking forward to returning next year!

Great Florida Vacation

This place was fabulous! Great view, private beach and pool. Near food and stores we didnt have to go nowhere to enjoy ourselves. The complex is quiet and neighbors were friendly. Awesome experience.

I still canā€™t believe we found this little slice of heaven! We had a phenomenal time and really appreciated every aspect of our stay. The condo was clean, light,airy and practical ā€¦ The area is perfect blend of views, accessibility and amenities. We ate on the balcony every morning before going to the gym, hanging out by the amazing pool and then spending our day exploring! One of the best vacations weā€™ve ever had and it all started with renting this placeā€¦

It was everything we knew it would be

Think is our secret time staying here. Lou and Jeanette are the best. Always a clean and attractive, well appointed space. Beautiful ocean view, watching the sun rises, and it's a short drive to many of Islamorada's best fishing and entertainment spots. We particularly enjoyed Robbies, and Lorilai's. Hog Heaven was an unexpected bright spot for great late night food and music. The condo is right next to the high school, but any noise or activity while we were there was minumal and actually pleasant. We can't wait to come back again!

GORGEOUS SUNRISES

Would rate this property 5 stars if we had use of the balcony as listed/pictured. Due to the balcony structure project going on for several months now we were not able to use it for our entire 2 week stay. Aside from that everything else was great about the property, the pool, the friendly condo community, gorgeous views. We really ended up enjoying watching all of the sports on the high school athletic field in the evenings.

Great property, adorable condo. Wonderful pool, beach ain friendly community. The only real downside was work on back patio from last hurricane. Woke us up 7ish on weekdays but will be done soon. Overall we loved it šŸŽ‰šŸ’œ

The property is AWESOME! Very clean and well maintained! The first 2 statements are about the Sea Gulls Complex! Construction going on outside the condo side we stayed on. Our balcony couldn't be used-at all! Not even safe to open the slider to step out!

Beautiful place!!!

Everything was perfect!! View us beautiful! Yes, you can see the football field but a lot of the ocean too!! The property is so peaceful and gorgeous. The residents are just lovely. Everyone was so kind! The condo is decorated beautifully. Its a little bit of a walk to elevator but not that bad at all. The bed was by far the most comfortable bed I've ever had at a VRBO. The kitchen was perfectly stocked. I wish every kitchen was supplied like theirs. We do a lot of cooking and it very important to us. Islamorada is our favorite place to stay in the Keys! Now this condo is too! Will definitely stay again!!

Mixed feelings

The property at this price point is pretty good. However thereā€™s still major repairs being done to the balconies and that left us uneasy about sitting on it. Otherwise the pool and grounds are well kept. This unit is on the far side of the elevators and could be difficult to access for people with disabilities (I am disabled) and concerning the high school that ā€œbacks up to the propertā€ itā€™s more like next door and not back door with a very clear view of the football field. That wasnā€™t a problem for us as we have 4 children and 7 grandchildren that all were into sports I played 10 years coached 15 years and now I get to be grandpa and sit in the standā€™s LOL so if youā€™re good with the cons like I said at the price itā€™s fine. Iā€™d probably come back if Iā€™m down there again. OH AND DID I MENTION THE SUNRISE!!!!! Beautiful from the balcony

Won't be back

WARNING - AUGUST 2023 - CONSTRUCTION IS STILL GOING ON at the ENTIRE COMPLEX. And will be for probably several months. The complex is shoring up every balcony on every floor. This unit is on the 6th floor. 12 units on each floor. The noise between 8am and 5pm during the week makes sitting outside unbearable. This was not disclosed until 3 days before arrival - which is 57 days past being able to cancel! Place was not not clean. Sleeps 2 adults plus 2 kids? ha ha ha - if you want your kids sleeping in a converted closet on narrow bunk beds. won't be back.
