Capitola Condo in Village with Two Private Parking Spaces & Close To The Beach!

We are centrally located in the Capitola Village with 2 covered parking spaces, a rare and convenient find in this location!

We are a short 2 block walk to the beach and steps away from our front door to restaurants, shopping, wine bars, coffee houses, and entertainment! If you need to get to a grocery store or pharmacy, it is just a few minute car drive.

Our condo is very spacious at 1250 square foot condo and comfortably sleeps 7. Our home has been recently updated with all new furniture, paint, flooring, washer, and dryer. Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a primary suite with a queen size bed and secondary bedroom with a bunk bed (full on the bottom and twin on the top). There is a 4 piece bathroom and a separate vanity for the primary bedroom. Ample storage space is available in both bedrooms. The downstairs hall closet is equipped with all your beach needs including chairs, toys, boogie boards, mats, towels, and sunscreen for your convenience.

Upstairs is the living room, dining room, kitchen, 1/2 bath, laundry room, and 2 patios. The pull out sofa in the living room converts to a full size bed to accommodate 2 additional guests. The sizable kitchen boasts granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and is fully equipped to prepare a gourmet meal, margaritas, or simply reheat leftovers. We have 2 flat screen TVs, a 42" in the living room and smaller one in the primary bedroom with WiFi internet and cable. Enjoy the dozens of board and card games in the living room for the entire family. Kick off yours flip flops and relax on the front balcony, enjoy the fresh air, glass of wine, a meal, or whatever your heart desires. We sincerely hope that the location, cleanliness, and beach themed decor makes this your dream vacation!

Our whole experience at this property was wonderful. Check in was easy, and the property was very clean and welcoming. The kitchen was well supplied. The balcony was great and the closeness to all the restaurants and stores couldnā€™t be beat. I would definitely stay here again.

Ideal Location

This condo was very clean and had plenty of space for the four of us, was ideally located, and had a comfortable balcony with some nice views of the area. There was some noise from neighboring units and people throwing away trash behind the complex, but nothing that would be a deal-breaker. Parking was super convenient.

We had the best time staying at this property. The hosts were accommodating and communicative across the whole process. The place was clean and quaint! Being SO close to the Capitola village is so ideal. Couldnā€™t have had a better time!

Fantastic Location

This condo is awesome. It's located right in the heart of Capitola and is walking distance to the beach and shops. It comes with parking which is great for the area. It comfortably slept my family with space for the teenagers to spread out.

Awesome rental

Perfect location within Capitola. 5 minute flat walk to beach, passing all the stores and food. Rental comes with beach chairs for at least 4, beach umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, and beach towels. All you need is a wagon to lug it all to the beach and you are set for the day. Nice Italian restaurant next door. Kitchen is stocked with all you need including coffee, thank you. Convenience store 1 minute walk. Covered parking for 2 cars included. Capitola shot off some fireworks and tons of people filled downtown. However, we were able to view the fireworks from the deck! Thank you for the excellent stay.

Santa Cruz visit

This was a small, but cozy and welcoming property. The owners were good to communicate with. It was nice to have access to beach chairs and towels, etc. Location was great! short walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach as well as a short drive to Santa Cruz and other destinations.

Perfect place in Capitola Village

This property was wonderful for several reasons. To begin, having 2 designated parking spaces in the village is worth more than gold. The location of the property is ideal, walking distance to the beach and all restaurants and shops but also far enough from the busy beach front. We absolutely loved our stay.

Capitola by the Sea

This unit is in a great location and has two parking spaces which is a major plus! The queen bed in the main bedroom was super comfy. The kitchen is fully stocked and having the washer/dryer in the unit is a nice bonus. The unit has nice beach supplies available (umbrella, chairs and toys if you have littles) My only complaint is the WiFi was not working a few evenings even after restarting the router but did work each morning and during the day. This did not interrupt TV functionality. I would definitely stay here again

Comfortable stay in perfect location!

The location is amazing! Steps away from all Capitola Village has to offer. Beds were comfortable and so was the living room sitting area. Nice large balcony. Kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

We have lived in the Bay Area our entire life. Our entire family enjoys going to the beach on a regular basis. We love the Capitola Village so much that we would regularly rent out a condo and stay many weekends a year here. When the opportunity came up to own a condo, we jumped on it. Now we can enjoy everything the local community has to offer and we can give many others the same opportunity to come out and enjoy the local area too.

You are in the heart of the Capitola Village! With the beach less the 2 blocks away, the wonderful restaurants and shopping all around you, how could you go wrong. We have made our home feel comfortable and relaxing. You can enjoy the full amenities of the kitchen. Our home is perfect for that romantic weekend get-away or that week long family vacation. Do not forget about the many events and special attractions throughout the year too. Where else are you going to have 2 personal covered parking spaces to enjoy while staying here.
