The townhouse is the private back unit of a two-unit townhome located right in THE heart of serene & surf-centric Capitola Village - just one block from the beach!  Capitola Village has a scenic wharf, charming shops, award-winning restaurants and assorted pubs - but is only a short distance from the world-class surf breaks of Pleasure Point and all the amenities and services of 41st Avenue.

The entire apartment is located on the second floor above your private parking garage.  The main room features a features two sofas (one which pulls out to a queen bed), a large flat-screen with Apple TV, a desk, a dining area for six, and a sliding door leading to a small patio.

The kitchen has granite tile counter tops, a dishwasher, a gas stove, a microwave, and all basic kitchen appliances and supplies. A washer and dryer in a laundry area off the kitchen.

The master bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, a dresser and a large closet.  The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, a dresser and a large closet.  There is a queen size pullout couch in the living room.

The private and secure garage offers 1 parking space for unit #B.

Capitola Village is a historic and atmospheric little coastal town with plenty of surf spots, boutique shops and a whole host of restaurants and entertainment outlets for young and old alike. The town is flourishing yet retains its distinctive and quaint character, beloved by families, dog-walkers and surfers

There is so much to do here with access to amazing surf spots for beginners to advanced, wide open spaces for swimming, paths for long romantic walks and Capitola Beach for sand castle building and soaking up the sun.
