Our resort suffered minimal hurricane damage. Our pool, hot tub and pool deck are open !!

Direct 8th floor oceanfront condo with stunning 180 degree views of the world's most famous beach. Take it all in on your private balcony or walk directly out of the lobby to the largest pool in Daytona and down onto our beautiful beach.

This is Harbour Beach Resort, an eight story resort in the best location on the the strip, not too close to the crowds, but close enough to the pier and Ocean Walk to walk. Harbour Beach is a beautiful facility and lacks the noise and rowdiness of other 'resorts'.

Your 1 bedroom condo unit contains a fully functional kitchen complete with 4 burner stove, oven, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, blender and toaster. All cooking and eating utensils are provided along with pots, pans and flatware. The only thing you will need are groceries. The living room provides a 46' LED TV, pullout sofa and dining table and floor to ceiling sliding glass doors and windows. Step onto your private balcony and enjoy a glass of wine while relaxing in the provided seating area.

A separate bedroom contains 2 full size beds. And a word about beds. We have found over the years that nobody enjoys their vacation if they do not sleep well. Our beds use 10" memory foam mattresses. We change our mattresses at the first sign of wear. You will sleep VERY well. The mattresses are supported by an articulating base which is motor driven to allow you adjust your back angle when you feel like reding or watching TV. We even have another 50" TV in the bedroom. Off the bedroom is a full walk-in shower and lots of cabinet space.

This condo has hardwood flooring throughout, freshly painted interiors and fresh bathroom renovations. The unit can easily sleep 2 to 4 adults and 2 children

The resort has its own fitness facility and free wifi throughout the building. Free parking is provided.

Take the kids next door to a fun city playground complete with rides, climbing bars, water games, picnic tables, and swings

You are minutes from Daytona International Speedway, Shopping Malls and a short 70 miles from Orlando. Oh and by the way, you can even watch NASA launches right from the beach

Breathtaking views with everything you need

The ocean view from the condo was simply breathtaking. Waking up to the sound of the waves crashing and being able to enjoy a cup of coffee while admiring the stunning view was truly a treat. The balcony provided the perfect spot to relax and unwind, while taking in the picturesque scenery. The condo itself was equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the living area was comfy and well-furnished. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the area. The location of the condo was also ideal. It was conveniently situated on the beach, allowing easy access to walks along the shore and water activities. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, making it convenient to explore the local area. Overall, our experience at this ocean view condo was nothing short of exceptional. The charm, cleanliness, and outstanding view made it a memorable and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing and picturesque getaway by the ocean.

Small but Comfortable; Nice Location; Beautiful Pool

This is an older complex near the Daytona Beach Pier. It's a small unit, but well laid out - would be perfect for a family of four with younger children. Location is very good. Near all of the activity and restaurants, but not too busy on the beach (at least in March). The pool is heated and beautiful. One of the nicest of anywhere we've stayed in Daytona area.

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit. Location was ideal for us, beautiful view from the balcony(we even saw dolphins swimming by), just what we expected from the photos. Steve was great to work with. We have booked to come back again in February. No hesitation to recommend to others.

Get place to stay!!!!!

I just want to say this is one of the best places I have ever stayed in Daytona Beach!!!! Loved, Loved, Loved the pool it is so clean and plenty of seating. Also met mayor of Harbor Bay Resort "JJ" He will answer any question you may have. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Communication with Steve was wonderful. 5 stars plus!!!!!

Great stay in a great condo!

This property checked all the boxes for our family stay in Daytona. The location of the building was close to everything we wanted to do. The 8th floor location was great to overlook the beach and watch the pelicans soar by. The owner, Steve, was extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed and was quick to address a minor issue. We enjoyed the hotel’s pool and hot tub and of course the beach. The kitchen is tiny and a bit limited for real cooking but we were able to heat up a lasagna dinner and eat in. It would be crowded for 6, but was perfect for our party of 4. The beds were comfortable and we had no complaints. I wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Family summer vacation

When first arrived in unit it was dirty we steamed mopped it before putting our stuff down, notified host says he would send his cleaners later that evening but we said no due to we were already cleaning so we could put our stuff down and in place bags on floor, we didn’t want anyone coming into room for our stuff was in the room. We went and bought groceries for two days came and stock refrigerator, next day food was not cold but Luke warm, texted host to let him know refrigerator wasn’t working at all, says would contact appliances contractor , host never got back with me, I checked in with him said he couldn’t get anyone until Monday cause the weekend, I won’t be there past Sunday , he said we could buy ice and put our cold foods in a cooler, I also told smoke detector was hanging down from wall. I know things happen, just felt host didn’t accommodate us for our inconvenience . The chairs on balcony wasn't safe to sit in due to torn seats and safety we were told in booking description parking was free This was not disclosed at first only one parking pass never asked if we needed more for there were 6 of us and two vehicles . We were told we can park in a paying park lot somewhere off site. this was a trip we do once a year with family and we are not close. I requested for our inconvenience and advertised unit, the pool area wasn’t fully opened as said . I hope VRBO will help in this matter.

Beach vacation

The location of the condo is perfect. The condo itself could use some updating. Our condo was not clean when we got there, but housekeeping came shortly after. You could tell that they rushed through cleaning, so I finished cleaning myself. There is not enough parking for everyone that stays at the facility and the overflow parking is across the street. It is a very busy street and unsafe to cross. Elevators broke down a few times during our stay. I found it easier to go to laundry mat than to try and use washer and dryer on the premises. Usually at least one washer or dryer broke down during our stay.

Great Beach Views

If you are going for the beautiful ocean views & sounds, this is the place! Weather turned colder than normal so heated pool & hot tub are a plus for sure. Steven was great to answer any questions quickly & condo is exactly as advertised. Hope to go back when weather is little warmer to enjoy the beach.

Affordable Oceanfront

This senior, AZ couple mostly wanted to have a full, straight-on view of the Atlantic Ocean for our October week in Florida, & THAT is EXACTLY what we found at The Harbour Beach Resort, #811 condo. Yes, the 8th floor unit is quite small & older (built 1975), but there was a fairly-quick-responding elevator (which was cooled), a nice, big, clean pool and a comfy bed, lots of drawer space & was sufficiently furnished to meet our needs. We found a plethora of fun activities & great food opportunities nearby. And again, the oceanfront, balcony view is to die for. Our few issues were graciously received & promptly addressed. We felt the last-minute rate was quite fair. The resort was well-maintained & we felt safe at all times. We found nothing here to dissuade us from a future stay. Linton, a Harbour Beach staff member we met, was friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. Thank you, Steve, for assisting us, being patient, kindly answering questions & giving instruction as these two old people continue to work our way through this whole "VRBO thing."
