Newly constructed home features a pool and sliding glass doors to off the kitchen to the pool. Very private if you require this. Features a detached guest cottage out back which is also available. The home sleeps six and is gated for absolute solitude but close to all activities. The home is less than one year old. The access is gated and is the last home on the street so if privacy is important this is the place. You can see whales breaching from the deck and watch the sunsets daily. Also follow the trail to a 15 minute walk to the beaches to watch the surfers.

Everything was awesome. So blessed to have found this place. San Pancho was so inviting and the beach was so good. Lots of great restaurants too. Town winds down at 10pm. Olivia’s restaurant and bar was our go to everyday. Spent most of our days on the beach and always had great service and shade by the staff. Especially Luis our server. Can’t remember the umbrella guy Chupi or Chuki he is also awesome and will be keeping you in the shade. Patricia the VRBO owner and helper Lalo were always around if we needed something. Just ring the bell. The view is so awesome, pictures don’t do it justice.

We had the most incredible experience at this property in San Pancho. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The home itself is even better than the photos!Patricia was an exceptional host. She was warm, kind, and genuinely gracious, making sure we had everything we needed while giving us complete privacy. You can truly tell she cares deeply about her guests comfort and experience.We left feeling refreshed and already dreaming about our next visit. If you’re considering a stay in San Pancho, do yourself a favor and book this place. It’s pure magic.Highly, highly recommend!

Incredible View

Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The place has an incredible view from the house and pool. Stunning view from all rooms. Very charming Mexican house. Host is very accommodating. Would definitely stay again. Lots of places too eat in town. The Aragorn Bake and Brew has great beer, food and sourdough bread!!!

I'd rather keep it a secret..

Second year staying at this property and I can't say enough good about it. It's lovely, airy, well designed and well maintained. It's far enough from town to feel like a peaceful getaway and close enough to wander down whenever you'd like to be a part of things. Look forward to next year.

Everything in the house functioned as advertised and the host and assistant were very helpful (stayed next door). We have stayed in San Pancho many times, but never right in town. Although in town, this was high on the hill, providing a great vantage point looking over the boisterous town below. The house was very comfortable and spacious. The pool area, sun deck and balconies gave many options of where to relax. Bedrooms were very comfortable with good beds, lots of hot water in bathrooms, A/C worked well. The only negative is that some of the furnishings, outdoor cushions, awnings, pool furniture although are useable are nearing end of life. The host is very attentive so I am sure she will have these replaced soon. If you are 65 you may want to ensure a golf car rental or car as the walk up to the house is quite steep and over dirt and cobble stone. We enjoyed the walk down to town, but after 2 return trips on foot up the hill we opted for a cheap and affordable taxi back up. Also advisable if you were drinking in town. The area is very safe. Your car is secured behind gates. We locked the front door while away but left the rest of the house unlocked. If relaxing at home is your thing, this property is a good option. The beach is near, but we are not beach people, Restaurants are great in the center of town, San Pancho is expanding, but way more relaxing than PV. Whale watching ang golf at Litibu are a great options. Taxi transport is cheap. We would come back.

4 days in San Pancho

Patricia is the perfect host from the first welcome and detailed explanation of the villa to helping with any questions or issues We hired a golf cart from Patricia and in the summer heat for us was perfect The Billa is just as add says perfect get away quite yet close enough to town and beach Would love to stay again

Love Love Love this Place!

This is our second time staying at this property and there will be a third. It’s a lovely house and property; beautiful pool with a gorgeous view; two really nice bedrooms with ensuites; comfortable beds and quiet air conditioning; a well equipped kitchen; lots of space for 4-5 people: many different places to sit outside. It’s about a 15 minute walk into town which we enjoy, but you can rent a golf cart if mobility is an issue. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this rental property.

Beautiful home

Enjoyed our stay. Host and staff were great. Only downside was A/C was only in bedrooms. It was hot, July, and we basically could not use main living area as it had no A/C. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful Relaxing Stay

We had 2 weeks in this beautiful spot. The home was great and fully equipped. We spent days exploring San Poncho but also a lot of time just lounging by the pool. The owners are responsive and answered any questions we had within minutes. There is a steep walk up to the home but we enjoyed this after dinner every night. If you have mobility issues you will want to rent a golf cart. We will be back!

Lovely stay in San Pancho

The house was clean and comfortable. The view and pool were incredible. Patricia was kind and easy to work with. We loved our week in San Pancho and hope to return next year. Renting the golf cart is a must!

I Travelled all of Mexico and San Pancho is my favorite place, it is clean, safe and what Mexico is really all about. The tourists are just starting to find this hidden jewel and therefore it is not crowded. The beaches are amazing and the restaurants fantastic.
