On the ground floor one large living room with a fireplace (80 sqm), a twin bedded room, a bath-room, a former wine-cellar and a kitchen also with a fireplace. On the first floor two twin bedded rooms, two double rooms (all with its own bath).The garden which overlooks the valley affords a nice view of the picturesque villages of Sermugnano.

Madonna delle Macchie is surrounded by a garden and has it’s own swimming-pool (10x5 meter) with a wonderful panoramic view, the barbecue and the wood fired oven.
The country-house has been recently restored preserving original materials, design and structures. It is furnished with old country furniture: Equipped with independent heating, hot running water, washing machine, the kitchen is equipped with kitchenware, gas cooker, oven, refrigerator, dishes machine towels, Sheets and blankets which will be changed once a week.
