One of the villa's strengths is its flexible layout. The accommodation is arranged over two floors, with separate access to the upper floor, making it particularly suitable for larger groups who appreciate having both shared living areas and a little independence.

On the lower floor, a self-contained suite at one end of the house can be separated from the rest of the accommodation by closing a door in the corridor.
