"This condo is offered for rent by an individual owner, not the Apple Valley Condo Association." Apple Valley is not in the condo renting business, and only a handful of owners choose to share their units with lucky guests, who return year after year!
Apple Sally's S-3 condo is located is a private, gated community conveniently located at the ENTRANCE TO LAKE CUMBERLAND STATE RESORT PARK!

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Park your car just steps from your front door! Very convenient location for loading and unloading. Only one small step and you're inside! We love that our condo offers room right out front to park your boat for a limited time to load and unload. Click SATELLITE on the map to see for yourself!
SORRY: NO Smoking in Condos or Balconies, and No Pets. Our Condo is 100% Smoke Free, and Apple Valley is 100% Pet Free! Not even Owners are allowed to bring their pets.
We are close to the pool, clubhouse, grilling shelter house, and playground. Our condo is located in the highest point of the resort, with balconies offering views of the resort and the surrounding hills.

Our condo SLEEPS 6 comfortably, with new queen size sofa sleeper (upgraded with wonderful cloud-like gel mattresses), and second bathroom and private balcony on the entry level.

KING MASTER SUITE with oversize 'white beach cottage' dresser and chest, 55ā Flat Screen TV, DVD Player, and private balcony with new "bistro" height table & chairs.
Bedroom 2~ Upper level
New in 2022! Wall-Mounted 43ā Smart TV. We added a window to overlook the wooded area, and completely separated the QUEEN GUEST BEDROOM from the Master Suite. Thereās a Jack nāJill shared bath, so you do not have to walk through your guest's space for bathroom access.
Both king and queen beds provide plush, pillowtop comfort!
We have also replaced and upgraded ALL interior (six panel) and exterior doors and windows, and added a window to the second bedroom, to maximize the spectacular views of the resort and the surrounding natural beauty of the Cumberlands.
LINENS AND TOWELS PROVIDED to accommodate six. Bring beach towels! There will be a starter amount of paper towels, toilet paper, soap products and trash bags for your convenience, but please be sure to bring more of these items if your'e staying more than just a weekend at Apple Valley.

Our condo is the best kept secret at Lake Cumberland!
APPLE VALLEY RESORT is a privately owned community with a security gate, and most owners choose NOT to rent their units, keeping them as family summer getaways. You will be asked to provide a completed GUEST REGISTRATION FORM to prevent unauthorized use of Apple Valley Resort's beautiful facilities. The security gate requires a code for entry.
Apple Sally's Condo is located on 72 wooded acres in Apple Valley Resort, 145 State Park Road, just after you turn at the big 'LAKE CUMBERLAND STATE RESORT PARK' sign off Route 127.
Apple Valley Resort adjoins the property of Lake Cumberland State Resort Park. The resort offers a large pool with a diving board and lots of chaise lounges and umbrella tables. There are lighted tennis courts and a basketball court. The laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers is located in the lower level of the clubhouse, right by the pool.
You will enjoy the covered picnic area (lights and paddle fans!) with family size stainless steel gas grills, located right next to the playground, pool and clubhouse. There's a CAMPFIRE RING too - and Rocking Chairs:)

You can hike to the lake and take a dip in the secluded cove if you are adventurous!

LAKE CUMBERLAND & BOAT LAUNCH RAMPS:
You can launch your boat at Lake Cumberland State Resort Park, or the newly updated facility at Wolf Creek Dam . They provide access to two completely different sections of Lake Cumberland. For kayaking, or a quick spot to jump in the lake, go to Rowena Ferry Road - less than 1/4 mile from our condo's Entrance, just off State Park Road!
Ski-boat, fishing boat, pontoon, and jet-ski rental are available for your family's fun time just down the road at the State Park Marina 1-888-782-8336 and, or at nearby Jamestown Marina 1-800-830-5131.
NOTE: Using Apple Valley Resort's facilities for charging batteries is not permitted.

LAKE CUMBERLAND STATE RESORT PARK:
We suggest that you visit the State Park lodge and pick up an activity/entertainment schedule. Most activities are free. They have just added a Disc Golf Course for your family's funtime - FREE!
Dining at the Lake Cumberland State Park Resort Lodge is a must.
The breakfast morning view from the Lodge is awesome. Do not forget to watch the sunset from the Lookout Point, a spectacular view of the lake, and just a short stroll from the lodge. You are sure to see deer if you drive around the State Park at dusk.
Enjoy preparing meals in the kitchen, or enjoy the friendly service and county cookin' at the local restaurants in Jamestown, or at the State Park. Lake Cumberland is no longer in a "dry" county, so you can enjoy all your favorite beverages as you dine out.
NEW TO THE AREA? Our condo has a 'Welcome Book' to guide you with activities and local restaurants. We even have a collection of menus to review before you go!
Most of our rentals come from referrals and our valued repeat customers. We love our condo, and you will too. Like family, you will feel very comfortable and right at home here. We only ask that you treat our condominium with the same respect that you treat your own home. We look forward to welcoming you back year after year. Apple Valley Resort not allow pets, and our condominium is absolutely SMOKE FREE. No smoking, e-cigarettes, or vapor products.
We do not rent to under age 25, unless with parents. You will need to provide a copy of your Driver's License with the signed Rental Agreement.

Great place to stay
This is a great place to stay while at the lake. The property is well maintained with many amenities surrounded by beautiful views. The owner was easy to work with and made our stay comfortable.

Weekend Getaway
We had a great time at Apple Valley! The pool was very nice also! We rented a pontoon from the state dock which was easy and convenient. Would definitely stay again!

Our pool is one of my grandchildren's favorites. You can rarely find a pool in a resort that offers a diving board! Renting a pontoon is the best way to see Lake Cumberland! I hope you explored the many waterfalls that are hidden in the rocky coves! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay, and told others about Apple Sally's Lake Cumberland Condo. Thank you!

Old faithful
I've rented this property multiple times a day will continue to do so. It's the perfect location for what we do and has been tastefully updated. Everything about the condo is easy, booking, checking in and out and plenty of room.

Another wonderful week!
Love every time I can get a week at Apple Valley S3! It's the perfect place to relax and recharge. The condo is beautiful and totally comfortable with everything we need.

"We Had Plenty of Space and Privacy."
The condo was perfect for us. The location was convenient. We had plenty of space and privacy for 4 adults and 1 child. My 6-year-old nephew especially loved the pool and playground area and is already talking about coming back next summer.

Our oversized master bedrooms on the second floor are really spacious, along with the cathedral ceilings. Glad you enjoyed your stay, and we look forward to your return to S3/S4 Apple Valley Resort.

Nice get away
We had an awesome time at Apple valley in lake Cumberland the condo was great the owner was very accommodating and helpful . I would defiantly recommend staying here . I know we will be back soon !

We will be returning to S...
We will be returning to S3 for our 3rd weekly stay. Every year our children look forward to our vacation there.
If you are looking for an affordable, very clean and comfortable place to stay - this is it.

APPLE VALLEY IS A GEM
The condo was wonderful! Tastefully decorated, clean, and exactly what we needed for a weekend away! Loved the playground and pool for the kids:) We can't wait to come back!

Thank you so much for your 5 star review. Boat parking overnight is conveniently located just past the pool and bathhouse. We love that we can park our boat right out front of S3 for up to 15 minutes to load and unload - but even owners cannot park there overnight!

Our family has had a love affair with Lake Cumberland since we were very small. We used to stay at the Pumpkin Creek Lodge when it was only $18/night! We did not even know Apple Valley existed until we met another family at one of the State Park activities and they told us they were staying in a privately owned condo at Apple Valley Resort. That was the last time we stayed at the State Park Lodge. Apple Valley was the best of both worlds for us. Close to Lake Cumberland State Park and all the free activities, but peaceful and secluded in a beautiful wooded a security gate for our family's safety. So our family rented an Apple Valley condo for years. Then one unseasonably warm March Saturday Mom and Dad decided to drive down to the lake just for the day. On the way home they stopped at Ralph Roy Realty to see if they ever had any for sale, and what-do-you-know, Ralph Roy himself owned one and it was for sale - The rest is history! Now at least four of our former renters are now owners, and part of the Apple Valley Family! You WILL fall in love with Apple Valley too. We now refer to our S-3 unit as APPLE SALLY'S CONDO :).

Apple Valley is the only place we ever considered. We had rented there for years, spending every holiday and a week's summer vacation at Apple Valley. We loved the convenient location of our condo as it is rarely crowded and so easy to load and unload the car and the boat. We enjoy spending quality time with our children and grandchildren at Apple Valley. Relaxing around the campfire (there is a fire ring surrounded by chairs) and roasting marshmallows in the evening is a special treat for the children. It is so nice to relax and unwind under the stars and away from the city lights. The pool is rarely crowded and the playground, tennis courts, and basketball courts are right there too. Kids run around and parents watch, smile, and RELAX! We also enjoy a hike through the woods. Of course we always wind up at the lake and let the kids jump right in Apple Valley's secluded cove!

The Core of Engineers recently constructed a fantastic picnic area and along a rocky beach area at Wolf Creek Dam. (5 miles from condo!)
Covered grilling area with million dollar lake view! Restroom facilities.
Let the kids play in the lake and explore the shoreline while you relax under the shade of the many trees lining the pathway to the park benches and picnic tables. This is our new go-to spot! Our boat is too small when our entire family decides to come all at once, so we take turns on the boat, with easy switching out of passengers at the waters edge. Bring your floats and enjoy the clear wild waters of Lake Cumberland! Great fishing spots here too!

Browse through our many antique, craft, and specialty shops in downtown Russell Springs and Jamestown. You are guaranteed to find the perfect treasure!
