At our lovely vineyard estate you will enjoy a one of a kind experience, with spectacular views overlooking the Pala Mesa Golf Resort. We are a hilltop vineyard with a boutique tasting room just a few steps from the home. You can enjoy a relaxing dip in the pool or even walk over to the tasting room to enjoy our live music, wine tasting, and a bocce ball court. (live music weekends only) All our guests enjoy wine club pricing for the duration of your stay. The home is fenced and private.

Peaceful getaway tucked above the winery. Perfect close to home escape.

What a refreshing weekend! Only thing we needed was a few more days! The home and casitas were perfect for our girlfriend's getaway. The property was a comfortable fit for our 8 ladies and the recommendations of a private chef and masseuse topped off the weekend for a full pampering experience. Would definitely recommend the private chef, Chef Martin Corso from the M Group; great food, professional, catering and just a wonderful addition to our weekend!

Comfy Tuscan Home!

The Tuscan style and comfy feel of this home will transport you to the vineyard countryside of Italy! Huge master with ensuite is gorgeous. The guest casita is perfect for additional guest accommodations. And there's a wine tasting room steps outside the front door with delicious wines to experience. This is our 2nd time of reserving this home. Our friends and family raved about their stay! It's a Fallbrook jewel.

Simply Amazing

This estate was absolutely beautiful. Breathtaking views and peaceful area. The home was lovely inside and out. My family and I enjoyed the stay prior to the wedding. I could not have asked for anything more. Everything was perfect. The kitchen was fully equipped and the property manager was so accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the property. It was much better than staying at a hotel. Just fabulous.

Fantastic Property!

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Estate de Iachabelli for my daughters pre/post wedding. What a wonderful home....warm, inviting, well equipped and conveniently located. Sasha (property manager) was very accessible and so flexible and accommodating. The house location worked out great as the groom's family also rented a house through Sasha just down the road. We were able to get an Uber easily to Temecula Old Town for rehearsal dinner. Sasha took the time to put wine and flower petals on the bed of the newlyweds also. My only regret is that we didn't stay long enough to just relax and enjoy all the amenities. We are already talking about planning a longer trip for family again. Thank you!

Wedding Weekend

We were in town to celebrate our son & daughter in law's wedding which included hosting a Rehearsal Dinner. The Estate was a short distance to the wedding ceremony/reception and offered an outside pool deck large enough for ~ 50-60 person dinner event. The Rehearsal Dinner: Because we didn't want Guests to drive long distances, the Rehearsal Dinner was held on the Estate's pool deck. Sascha, the Estate Manager, was great to work with. Event packages were available for a reasonable fee that included set up/breakdown of a mix of round/rectangle table, chairs, linens, lighting, trash removal, etc. Everything was set up/broken down as agreed upon. Well kept outside restrooms were available as was a smoking gazebo if needed. Parking was available along the road past the Estate and parking signs were placed along the road to help direct Guest flow. An outside caterer, approved in advance by Sascha, was allowed to use the Kitchen to cater the dinner. The second kitchen, located in the pool house was a plus. The views from the pool deck were incredible as was the weather. The night could not have been prettier or gone smoother. The House Rental: Outside of a few electrical outlets not working it was a great 4 day/3night stay. The bedrooms and kitchen are very spacious, there is stereo system with piped in music throughout the house and outside areas. Although the Winery was open during the day to the public our stay was never impacted. Its was a magical wedding weekend-

Absolutely amazing stay! The location was incredible with stunning views of the city. The drive up to the estate was smooth, even our 25-person shuttle made it up with no problem. My guests and I absolutely loved the estate; it was spacious, beautiful, and perfect for our group. The host was fantastic, very accommodating and quick to respond whenever we needed anything.

Unique Family Getaway With it ALL!

As a former San Diego resident, I chose this location because it is the perfect in-between spot from Disneyland and San Diego. Flying into San Diego, we avoided the LA traffic. We were only about 1 hour from Disney and 45 minutes to San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park , Pacific Beach, etc. I can't forget to mention only 10-15 minutes to other wineries in Temecula. The property was clean and inviting. It had all necessary items to cook or grill on-site. We spent more time than expected at the fabulous pool because it was hard to leave the views! We had the opportunity to meet Sacha at the winery on Friday afternoon. Great wine, karaoke, and new friends. The resort down the road was great for late-night pizza runs, or a nice meal. Having the property to ourselves was like nothing we've experienced in our many travels . Baby friendly, teen approved, and grown-up heaven. Slept 7 very comfortably. We could have easily invited another couple with kids. I wish we had done so! We will be back!

A wonderful estate comfortable, clean and easily accommodated our family in town for sons wedding

The estate was beautiful. We held our som’s rehearsal dinner, catered by a local Italian restaurant and it was more than expected. We dined poolside with 35 of our family and friends. It made for a fabulous event in a beautiful setting.

We loved the facility!

We had a 50th Wedding Anniversary gathering of all our immediate family. Sascha made our visit run like clockwork including a live guitarist for background music during our wine tasting. The venue added greatly to the success of our gathering. We would recommend the facility to any group planning a special event. Royce Worden

This is a lovely estate. We hosted an event here in conjunction with our stay and it worked out great. The accommodations are spacious and all our needs were met. We also enjoyed the wine tasting at the winery.

Beautiful property in a great location.

We stayed here the weekend of our son's wedding. They were married at a nearby venue in Fallbrook. The estate was lovely with comfortable rooms for everyone and stunning views all around. It was fun having the tasting room next door and we enjoyed sampling some wine and being serenaded by an amazing tenor who sang opera to us (thanks Anton!). There were a few minor maintenance issues, but nothing terribly wrong. We did have to go buy our own firewood which was an easy drive to a market down the road. The pool would have been nice if the weather was warmer and we wished it had a hot tub. Nevertheless, I still gave this review 5 stars because it is a great place to stay.

Beautiful property, great for larger gatherings

What a hidden gem!

This home was the perfect accommodation for our executive board group! Comfortable, clean, quality furnishings and well stocked kitchen with all the basics you need for eating and cooking. Having the restaurant, bar and deck of Pala Mesa Resort within walking distance was another plus. The winery tasting room is another treat to have on site. Perfect spot! Sasha was wonderful at coordinating everything for our stay. We will be renting this home again in September for family & friends who will attending our anniversary reunion celebration. Highly recommend!

Stunning property. Perfect for a family gathering.

We rented this home for a rehearsal dinner/Thanksgiving gathering. It was perfect in every way. It is private with awesome views and a hiking trail steps away. Sascha the property manager was a huge help in planning our party and providing extra tables and chairs. Our guests got a round of golf in on Thanksgiving morning and hiking after the meal. There was plenty of room to spread out both inside and outside the property. We really enjoyed the bocci court. The pool is not heated but that did not stop our 6 year old . (We grow 'em tough in Ohio! )The flowering azaleas, roses, tangerine trees, and humming birds were just a bonus to our magical time here.

Fabulous!!

Very accommodating and beautiful. We felt like we were in a high end resort. Sasha was wonderful and very friendly which made it more special. It was so convenient to the resort for our neice's wedding. The casino and shopping is very convenient. We toured it with our family in the area and they are looking at staying in the future. Small party

We had a wonderful stay at the winery. We rented it for a small party (16 people), and some of our friends stayed overnight as did we (2 nights). The views are great, he rooms well equipped and appointed, and it's a real bonus having the winery and tasting room on the property. Our friends all loved the place and would all consider renting it as well. Sasha, the manager, was very personable, and we felt well taken care of, including the free miniconcert she have at the tastin room Saturday afternoon. We were looking for a romantic weekend and an original venue for an anniversary party, and this place worked out very well. An additional bonus: having the resort down the hill. We had breakfast there.

Owners purchased the home and property to plant a vineyard and open a boutique winery which is their retirement project. They currently reside in Michigan, and travel frequently to California to run their winery and other businesses.

Ron and Lisa have travelled all over world. However they fell in love with the Fallbrook area which reminds Ron of the Italian countryside where he spent his summers on his grandfathers farm. Their plan is to retire in Fallbrook, they have another home just down the street, and run the vineyard and winery.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The spectacular views are breathtaking both day and night. The privacy of the gated courtyard, the beautiful walking trails make you think you are miles away in the country. However just at the bottom of the hill is the Pala Mesa Golf Resort with it's AquaTerra restaurant and all its amenities.
We sleep 8 in beds and allow up to two extra guests on our pull out sofa located in the living room of the casita.
We allow small events under 60 people. Please inquire with property manager to get your event paid and approved.
