This is a custom built home on the northeast side of Burt Lake. Located near the tip of Greenman's Point, o on you will have some of the most spectacular sunsets the lake has to offer. The 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home has an open floor plan featuring a large gourmet kitchen, perfect for family gatherings and entertaining. The windows surrounding the home make it feel as though you are sleeping on top of the water. Views of the lake can be seen from almost every room in the home.

Just 15 minutes from Burt Lake State Park, 30 minutes from Petoskey and 20 minutes from Mackinaw City. The house is located a few minutes from the North Central State Trail (“rail trail”), which is an excellent biking/hiking trail. Area ski hills are just a half an hour away.

12 Maximum Guests. Both main floor bedrooms have privacy bathrooms. Upstairs bath is a three room bath, separating the toilet, shower, and main sink so all can be used at once. A fully equipped kitchen comes complete with all of the amenities needed for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner: gas range and oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, drip coffee maker and bean grinder, toaster oven, and an assortment of pots and pans. A gas grill is also available for your outdoor cooking needs. Utility room has front loading washer and dryer. Fire pit for your evening, lakeside fires. Free WiFi.


**Personal watercraft of any kind may NOT be moored in the water nor tied to the dock. All boats and PWC must be trailered in and out as needed or docked overnight at an offsite location (nearby marina, etc...) If you plan to bring your own boat, you MUST notify us prior to confirm understanding of these rules.
