Luxury Private Oasis!! Private Htd Pool w/ waterfall, Palm Trees, Pets, Grill

My husband and I own and manage this property We take excellent care of it. The same couple has been cleaning it for the last 6 years. I am a Physical Therapist and my husband is a computer programmer and web developer with his own business. My husband grew up in Commack, NY and I grew up in Bridgewater NJ. We met as young professionals and soon married and settled down to start a family. We have now been married for 9 years and have 3 wonderful boys ages 7, 4 and 20 months. We love North Myrtle Beach!! This condo has been a dream of ours since meeting in 2007. We really looked up and down the coast before deciding on this area of North Myrtle Beach. One reason we loved this section called Crescent Beach is the beach is very wide and beautiful. It is never crowded and very family and pet friendly. You are allowed to drive golf carts all over this area of the beach. You are also allowed to ride bikes on the beach. We are close to everything: Parks, Golf Courses, Fine Restaurants, Fantastic Shopping, Tennis Courts, Amusement Parks, Water Sports, Beach Shops, Shows and Entertainment, Marina's, Inlets to the Ocean, Gambling Boats, Deep Sea Fishing, etc....It is a great location!

Well first of all, I am extremely concerned about making sure that when you arrive that everything is clean and in great working order. I would never rent a property that I myself would not love. It takes good organization and planning to keep our property up to our standards. We are very fortunate to have found individuals to clean each property who understand what I expect and whom themselves are clean freaks. I try to pay them what they deserve for all their hard work. (I do not ever use a cleaning service). I stock the kitchen better than my own. I try to provide you with everything you will need when preparing meals for a large group. The covered porch boasts an obstructed view of the ocean.

I also provide a beach wagon, beach chairs and beach towels for your use. The beach is just a 3 minute walk from your front door. I also provide baby items such as a pack n' play, booster seat, high chair and stroller. A secure HS internet service and smart TVs in the living room and in each bedroom. There is also a new LG top loading washer and dryer. I think we strive to make your vacation as relaxing as possible! Please let us know if there is a special request and we will do our best to accommodate you! We do pick up beach wheel chairs for our guests and return them.
