SUMMER AND FALL RATES---Stay longer than 3 nights minimum and get one night free!
This two bedroom with 1.25 baths is a perfect spot for your mountain vacation. There are 2 bedrooms (1queen bed and 1 double bed plus a sleeper sofa) with linens provided. Cozy up to the wood burning fireplace (wood provided) after a fun day on the slopes or one of the many activities at Angel Fire. Our condo is located on the first floor so not too many steps to climb. Lots of windows make it light and airy. There are two outside decks to relax and enjoy a beverage. The condo has all the amenities you will need--dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, DVD player and internet service. Bring your cell phone since no phone is provided. There are several good restaurants within easy walking distance from our centrally located condo.You will be a short two blocks from ski lifts and there is a pick-up/drop-off shuttle right out the door. There are many local activities to consider. Some of the nearby attractions are-
Eagle Nest and Eagle Nest Lake (10 mi.)
Taos (30 min.)
Sante Fe (2 hours)
Local restaurants (Great food!!)
Red River (shopping, sight seeing-30 min)
Enchanted Circle-scenic 84 mile drive
Monte Verde Lake(2 Mi.) fishing and boating

This cozy condo is way better than pictured. It’s small but is the perfect size,The hosts are very nice and considerate. They do provide toiletries, extra bedding, and extra towels. There were Kleenex available as well. They give detailed instructions on arrival and departure. It’s true it’s a very very short walk to the slopes. You can grab a shuttle that passes every 15 min. The Tv is great with all streaming channels. The fireplace is beautiful. We used it 3 times and they left all the necessary items to start the fire. Thank you hosts. You have a lovely property. It’s a gem.

Great rental and hosts

Great property, close enough to slopes to walk easily but shuttles were reliable during our stay. Warm and cozy condo, hosts were very responsive. Would rent again.

Great location

We thought the place was great and in a great location. The communication with the owners was easy and helpful. It was easy to find and to access to the unit was easy as well. The use of the shuttle is the way to go. We’d definitely return.

Amazing condo in a perfect location

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. The location is great, it’s a short walk to the lifts and close to all the restaurants and shopping in Angel Fire. We have two young kids and they loved being able to play outside next to the condo in the snow. We will definitely want to stay here next time we come back.

Second time visitors

This was our families second time visiting this condo. We had a great time and it was again perfect for our family. No complaints at all. Looking forward to visiting again next time we go skiing in Angel Fire.

Memorable vacation

This was my first ski experience with my 8 yr old twins and this condo turned out to be perfect for it. Literally a minutes drive to the resort, plus the shuttle pickup is right up front so there was no issues getting to the adventure, regardless of the weather/road conditions. The amenities were as good as advertised and we really enjoyed the coziness and warmth. Would love to stay again, on our next ski trip!

Bike park visit

Great condo within walking/riding distance of lift. The condo was neatly decorated, well supplied, and in great shape. Owners were very responsive and super nice as well. Highly recommend.

Great place in Angel Fire!

This condo was perfect for our family of four with two young first-time skiiers. The place was cozy with just the right amount of space, and you couldn't beat the location - a quick shuttle bus ride to the ski resort, or an easy short walk if you're not carrying any gear. The kitchen had every utensil or tool we needed, and the entire place was well-stocked with firewood, bathroom supplies, and other amenities. This place will definitely be at the top of our list when we visit Angel Fire again.

Excellent hosts!

This condo was well prepared by the hosts. Thoughtfully set up and supplied, and no cheap furniture. Everything was comfortable. The shuttle picks up at the end of the driveway every fifteen minutes. This condo is very excellent and comfortable.

Nice, comfortable, close to slopes

the condo was very comfortable. we had an issue with the baseboard heater in the livingn room and the owner was very responsive getting someone to look at it. The beds had electric blankets which kept us nice and warm.

Cozy Condo!

It is a cozy little condo with a great location and owners who have done everything possible to make staying here enjoyable and convenient. For those who like to cook, it has a well-stocked kitchen with everything you might need to make a tasty meal, including an array of yummy seasonings. It also has a nice wood-burning fireplace, which adds to its charm. The owners are responsive and genuinely care about the quality of their guests' experience, which is evident in their communication, and all the little touches provided.

The condo was perfect for our vacation. It came well equipped. Very clean and beds were comfortable. We appreciated having wood and a fireplace, we enjoyed making a fire every night! The shuttle stop was right in front of it or you could walk to resort. We will return!

Perfect for our family!

It was the best way to house my family of 6. We put 3 kids in one room and the baby in a room with us. Cooked 99% of our meals at the condo. Spent the entire week around the Angel Fire area hiking, exploring, fishing, kids rock climbing, roasted smores on the community grill at the condo, and rode the ski lift. Got through the whole week for under $1K!! Made some great memories.

Spring Break Perfection

The condo was perfect for our family spring break ski vacation! The condo was very clean, easy to access, and perfectly located. We enjoyed the “ski cabin” feel and put the fire place to good use each evening with the provided firewood. The reclining sofa was perfect to put our feet up after a long day of skiing. The shuttle pick up right outside made getting to the slopes a breeze. Even during spring break, we never waited more than a few minutes to get on the shuttle to or from the ski area. Our kids loved exploring and sledding in the woods just behind the condo. I was a little concerned about not having a washer and dryer, but we were able to dry the few things we really needed near the fireplace and all was well! Tom and Marcia were super responsive and I highly recommend their wonderful slope side home.

We vacationed here in August of 2013 and fell in love with the area. The climate was refreshingly cool with low humidity and no bothersome insects. We came again during spring break to ski in 2014 with our grandson and enjoyed beautiful weather and no lift lines!
We were so impressed with Angel Fire we purchased our condo in April. We love it!!!

The condo was fully furnished and we have made needed repairs and decorative touches. The front and back decks are delightful outdoor places to relax. The condo has windows all across the front from the living room through the kitchen area. The fireplace was a added bonus.
