Welcome to Grand Valleyview - located at the Grand Traverse Resort and just minutes from East Bay beaches! Kick back and relax in this quiet & stylish space, with beautiful golf course and East Bay water views. Connected to the Grand Traverse Resort by lower-level hallways, you have access to all the restaurants, bars and shops of the resort. Just 7 minutes from Flintfields Horse Park or the private Grand Traverse Resort beach, 15 minutes to downtown Traverse City or Elk Rapids!

This top floor end unit - with elevator access - is completely updated, including brand new furniture. It features 1 bedroom, with a king size bed, and a new queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need to cook a warm meal during your stay. There is a large flat screen TV in the living room. The balcony is private and offers beautiful nature views.

We really enjoyed our stay, the host was fantastic. We received all the necessary information needed for our arrival in a very timely manner and didnā€™t have any issues with finding the condo or entry. It was very clean, the amenities were very nice and the location was beautiful. Stunning views of the lake and golf course. We always look forward to our stay in Traverse City, weā€™ll definitely look to book this location again!! 5 out of 5 stars for the host and location.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, nicely furnished and tastefully decorated. Kati provided everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. The views from the condo windows were beautiful. We appreciated the convenience of access to the ground floor tunnel leading to the hotel.

Snowshoe weekend

Beautiful condo with a great location. We especially like that there was a tunnel to take us to the main resort. This made it convenient and not having to walk outside was a plus. Would definitely stay here again.

Winter Getaway

Great spot!

We stayed here for the Horse Show and it was the perfect location. About 5 mins to the grounds, in a quiet area, and had all the things you could need. Exactly as described, nicely upgraded and decorated. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay again when we come back up to show.

Thanksgiving getaway

The condo was great. Great views, very clean. Katie was great to work with. Everything we needed in the condo was there. We have been renting through VRBO for over 20 years and never had a bed that was as comfortable as this one. It was great having the underground tunnel to get to the resort. We would stay there again.

Everything as described in listing. All of the little things such as plenty of towels, good pillows, paper goods, and things as simple as Kleenex tissues provided which makes a difference. Great property and close enough to everything in town. Great base for the whole area. Only thing, which is not a deal breaker at all, but would be nice to have a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Picky for sure as that is just something we have always had and are hot blooded by nature. On that note AC worked just fine though!

Five Star Stay!

This condo was beautifully remodled, spotless, well equiped, quiet and in a great location. Everything was just as described in the listing. We were close enough to all the highlights of Traverse City and Old Mission Peninsula, but far enough away for peaceful coffee/wine on the balcony. Very close to Flintfields Horse Park. The host was quick with replies and very helpful and we are already looking forward to returning next summer.

Weekend Getaway

We booked this condo for our relaxing trip away from our kiddos. It was absolutely perfect. It was spotless, quiet, and the views were great. The pictures were extremely accurate. The directions were spot on and we had no issue getting there or checking in. I've never stayed in a VRBO that provides so many additional items either, coffee, laundry detergent, and shampoo to name a few. We were also greeted with a lovely card. The host was very responsive to any questions before, during, and after our stay! The bed was a bit soft, but we enjoyed the softness & how it sucked you in at the end of the day. Would 100% recommend this property and we will stay here again in the future!

Beautiful Comfy Condo

I recently had a wonderful stay at Grand Valleyview Retreat. This 1BR Resort Condo offers a perfect blend of serenity and convenience, with stunning golf course and East Bay water views. The top-floor unit is beautifully updated and well-furnished, featuring a comfy king-size bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa. The fully equipped kitchen had everything you could imagine. The location is fantastic, with easy access to the Grand Traverse Resort's amenities and just a short drive to Flintfields Horse Park, Traverse City, Elk Rapids and Meijer grocery right around the corner. I highly recommend this property for a memorable stay in the Traverse City area.
