Gorgeous Quiet South Lake Tahoe home, backs to miles of national forest with hot tub, Foosball table, and many other amenities.

Enjoy this gorgeous 2,199 plus square-foot home. There are four spacious bedrooms, two and a half baths, and has a Foosball table, video game, etc.

Amenities include a large deck, private outdoor hot tub, the master suite queen bed, two other bedrooms with 1 queen bed in each room, and the 4th bedroom (Huge room) has a 2 queen beds, a twin bunk bed (great for a family or kids). Kitchen with all top of the line appliances and cooking utensils supplied.

There is a large dining area with seating for 8. Staircase leads to upper floor bedrooms. The spacious master suite has a queen bed, master bathroom, large double sink vanity and walk-in closet. Netflix Smart TV, Wireless Internet and gas BBQ are also provided.

National Forest backs this property, offers great hiking.

Beautiful house exactly as advertised, host was communicative and check in was easy with very clear directions. The house was clean except for a few cobwebs on the window sill/bench in the master bedroom. The hot tub was great and easy to use. We didn’t go skiing but the house is reasonably close to the Heavenly ski lift.

Great Ski Weekend

Comfortable, clean house with all the space needed for a family ski trip. Owner was super responsive. Ability to park in garage was a huge plus in a raging snow storm and quick drive to Heavenly Cali base was nice too. Next time we'll bring snowshoes or skins to explore the forest service land behind the house. Make sure you bring extra towels for the hot tub if you don't want to use your bath towel for both!

Family friendly home

Communication with the property manager made the check-in and check-out process smooth. House was very clean and neighborhood is quiet and not a lot of traffic. My only suggestion is you need to bring your own bakeware if you plan to use the oven and extra cutlery for large groups. We had a great time and would stay here again!

Perfect location

Great location, backyard is the national forest so views from the back of the house were amazing.- we went in winter so walked outside for sleding, building snowman, snow shoe walking (or regular walking). It was cold but we even BBQd on the deck. All bedrooms upstairs, nice layout where people didnt feel on top of eachother.

Nice Place and Easy to Reach Host!

We had a wonderful time at Montgomery Estates. Nasrat was very easy to reach and responded to text questions very quickly. He was a very helpful host! The property is very nice and we loved the backyard area. We even had a bear sighting from the upstairs window one night when the motion sensor light went on! We did not have any issue with the neighbors as I have seen in a few other reviews, but our group was never too loud. We would love to come back again and stay here!

South Lake Tahoe Getaway

Overall we enjoyed this property a lot! It is located very close to a lot of great activities and yet still feels like a mountain retreat. Relaxing in the hot tub overlooking the forest was a great way to wind down at the end of the day. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful at night. Would definitely rent again.

Nice place

Well equipped, bathroom in kitchen (yes very odd place) had a faint urine odor. Mattresses seem older (very giving) so might be good to replace soon. Other than that nice comfortable place. Owner was very responsive to questions prior and during stay.

Great house great host

The house was wonderful and the host was awesome. The neighbors are uptight but nasrat was really understanding and helpful. We had a really good trip.

Delightful!!

We had a delightful stay. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. The backyard is picturesque. There are many small appliances such as a crock pot, can opener, two types of coffee machines and many pots and pans. If you plan on cooking during your vacation, everything you need is provided, including spices. The home is about 10 minutes from town and centrally located from various lakeside points of interest such as Camp Richardson. We enjoyed the home and the landlord was very gracious and helpful. We highly recommend this property.

My family and I had a wonderful time. We will cherish the family memories we made here.

The cabin is beautiful and well taken care of. We loved the spacious kitchen and enjoyed cooking family meals. The livingroom has a game table which the kids and adults enjoyed playing together. We all loved the backyard and hot tub area. All the bedrooms have comfortable beds and each room is decorated in a bear theme. We all loved the cabin beary much! Our family hopes to return again in the near future.

Beautiful house, full of amenities, great location

My friends and I loved our stay at Nasrat’s house. The common area was spacious and perfect for a big group to hang out. The foosball table and hot tub were great amenities to have. All of the bedrooms were very comfortable. I was surprised by how spacious and nice the bedroom with 2 queen beds and a bunk bed was. Nasrat was great to work with and answered all of my questions quickly.

Great!

Nasrat was extremely accommodating and his home was beautiful and the perfect size for me and my 11 other guests. The pictures didn't do the home justice. The downstairs space was more open than I originally expected and the backyard was extremely spacious and gorgeous. I would definitely rent this home again.

Christmas in Tahoe

We stayed here for Christmas and I just have to say that this home is beautiful! No need to bring anything for the kitchen as it is fully equipped. There was 11 of us and everyone had their own bed. The owner Nazrat was great to work with and even followed up with me when we arrived to make sure everything was okay. I will be booking this home again in the summer!

lovely vacation home

We really had a great vacation time at this lovely home. The kitchen is fully stocked with kitchen towel, soap, salt &pepper and cooking ware. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very nice and clean. The kids love to play at the backyard which is the quiet forest with lots of pine trees. We brought our hammock and tied up the pine trees. We love to use hot tub, bikes, and barbeque at the deck. Playing the table shuffleboard with family members is additional tip staying at the mountains. The distance to the lake is about 10 minutes and we really like a quiet neighborhood at the mountains. The only thing is wifi connection and all of us can't connect to the internet to look at our next plans and maps. We definitely come back to this lovely home next time.We had a cutie neighbor visitor "BRAMBLY" too.

Outstanding piece of property in a beautiful neighborhood.

For years my family have been visiting Lake Tahoe and this was the first time we took the initiative to rent a cabin. Montgomery Estates was decked out with everything you would need for a phenomenal experience. The kitchen was fully loaded. The washer and dryer were much appreciated! Cable TV internet Air hockey puzzles game boards galore. The outside jacuzzi was enchanting with a view of the outdoor backwoods. I thought the origami napkin tissues were adorable. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. We did not encounter any troubles or issues finding and getting settled into the home. The instructions that were emailed and left around the home were comprehensive and straightforward. Thank you for making this one time vacation something we can look forward to every year!

Great quiet stay! The rustling of wind and the fresh smell of pine was wonderful !

The home was great very spacious we were 9 and I know u could of easily slept another 3-5 people. The living room, dining area and kitchen were spacious and we were easily able to have large family meals. The patio lead out to a wonderful forest backdrop. The bedrooms were spacious and cool for the summer. The garage easily fit 2 cars at night and we always felt safe and comfortable. We were less than 10 minutes from everything but we still felt far away from it all. Mr. Ansari was quick to respond and answer all our questions. We willdefinitely come back to South Lake Tahoe! Thank you again for the wonderful time My family already misses it !

Great Family Vacation House

Just returned from a great Thanksgiving weekend at this home in S. Lake Tahoe. The house is very well maintained, nicely furnished and decorated in a warm and welcoming way. All the amenities described and more were available to us. The location is just a short drive from restaurants, shopping and lots of recreational activities. Our 5 and 7 year old grandsons loved having their own private bedroom with bunkbeds and playing in the back yard snow, where we could easily see them. The forest view from the back yard area where the deck and hot tub are located is beautiful. Last but definitely not least, the owner Nasrat Ansari, is very helpful and quickly responds to any questions you may have. We would not hesitate to vacation here again!

This is our second time renting this house.Thanks to Nasrat, my family and I had a great time. This home has plenty of space and comfortable beds. The air hockey table and board games in the closet entertained us while we were indoors during our stay. The hot tub looking out towards the National Forest was the cherry on top. Also, this home is so close to everything you need! WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BOOKING THIS HOME AGAIN FOR OUR NEXT LAKE TAHOE STAY AND RECOMMEND IT TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY.
