Family vacation

This was our family's second stay at this townhouse. We love the location, and had more than enough room for our family of 6. Love the direct beach access, for frequent breaks for young children. Overall a great stay! However a more thorough cleaning overall would be more beneficial for families with allergies.

A mixed experience

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First the good:The unit itself is really nice and having access right on the beach is great. They provide some towels and toilet paper etc.The bad: They hound you multiple times able checking out to the point of it being obsessive compulsive. We received several texts from multiple numbers about it over and over as well as emails. When we got there we couldn't find the wifi password posted anywhere so we sent a text to the number they gave us. Instead of texting back with the password, they instead text us back and said "don't forget to be out by 10am or else we are charging you".This leads me to the biggest negative, at about 9:55am, we had our bags ready and we're headed out. My wife decided she needed to use the bathroom before we go, which is right by the front door. All of a sudden, the front door flies open and 2 cleaning ladies walk right in! They didn't knock or announce themselves in any way. My wife started screaming because she is in there with the door open using the facilities, thinking there was no reason to close it since we were the only 2 people there. The 2 ladies just look at us and freeze. It appeared they didn't speak English. I finally composed myself enough to tell them we need just a minute. The reason this is even more infuriating is that the assigned parking spot is literally in front of the door, and our car was clearly still parked there indicating we had not left yet. We grabbed our stuff and got out as fast as possible which was still about 3 minutes before check out time. I hate that some over zealous management company ruined our entire stay with their attempts to get the cleaning people in there as soon as the clock strikes 10, but that's what happened. Also, it's a like bonkers because most places have check out at 11am. Also they state that check in is at 4pm, but then put a caveat that the unit may or may not be ready by 4pm, and that it could be all the way until 7pm. Lastly, there are no beach chairs or umbre

Best location with quick easy beach access

Probably the best place we have stayed at compared to other trips we have made in the past. Ideal for families or small group who don’t need a pool but want quick access to the beach within a few minutes. Very, very clean and maintained. Definitely will return here

Beach Front!

One of the best places we have stayed. As soon as you step off the deck your feet are in the sand. Such a beautiful rental and exceptionally clean. Will for sure be staying here again.

Great rental

This property was great for our party of 5 adults. We loved direct access to the beach as well as the beautiful view. Unit felt fresh and clean, hosts were welcoming, and we had everything we needed.

Loved this town house!

This town house was so nice! I loved the location so much! We were right on the beach. There is an outside shower to wash the sand off when you come back from the beach and a Water-hose on the deck. A nice propane grill to cookout if you like. The bed rooms and bathrooms were nice. Lots of storage space. Tons of towels were provided. My only recommendations would be new baking sheets, pots and pans, they are kinda old and new smart TVs for the rooms. The TVs were outdated and we couldn’t download any apps.. I would for sure stay at this town house again and recommend anyone to stay here! 2 Bedrooms, 3 baths (1 is downstairs with a standup shower). Pull out bed downstairs and bunk beds upstairs in the hallway.

We were texted that the house was ready early and w was able to check in a few hours early which was nice because it was pouring rain that day and we wanted to get settled in. The home was very clean and well decorated. We accidentally locked ourselves out shortly after arrival because the front door automatically locks. The emergency phone service was very pleasant and helped us get back in. My only complaint was the lack of beach towels, chairs, canopy. I have rented lots of beach houses and those things were always available at the house. I had to pay extra to have them delivered to the house. Other than that, everything was perfect and very well maintained. Blue Swell is very helpful and attentive to your needs to be sure rental experience goes smoothly.
