Gulf Front Townhome on Quiet Beach near 30A

Location, location, location! The absolute BEST townhome in Ramsgate Harbour, hands down! This renovated 2 Bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhome is located close to 30A and all the attractions but still in a quiet area with no high rises and very little traffic. Enjoy expansive views of the beach and emerald waters while catching the sunrises and spectacular sunsets from your 2 beachside balconies. Beach Service is also provided with two chairs and an umbrella set up for you each morning. This unit boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms as well as dual shower heads in master bath. Ramsgate Harbour E11 is close to all the shopping and dining on 30A but still far enough away to be able to relax on a quiet beach. You can also enjoy your coffee in the mornings on a private balcony off the master bedroom overlooking the emerald waters of the gulf and dine in the evenings on the balcony off the living room.
Condo is equipped with free wifi, full kitchen, cable tv, community swimming pool, area to grill, and everything a family of up to 6 would need for a trip to the beach.

Our family of four absolutely loved our stay at this 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo in Ram’s Harbor. The location was ideal — close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. The views of the Gulf were absolutely incredible, and we really appreciated the included beach chairs for relaxing by the water. The condo itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing coastal retreat!

Our stay at this beach home was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the beach with breathtaking views and the sound of the waves right outside. We especially loved the cozy patio and how comfortable and welcoming the home felt from the moment we arrived. Perfect Location, Wonderful Host, Updated Accomodations

What a treat it was to stay at "Tequila Little Time"! We were looking for a quiet beach and comfortable home to spend the week as a family and it was perfect! Access to the beach was easy, down 2 flights of stairs and the beach was right there. The condo was beautifully decorated and clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed to cook in pretty much every night. Lots of little "extras" were a nice suprise...tons of beach towels provided in addition to all the regular linens, hand soap in all the bathrooms, cozy blankets for the sofa, to name a few. Having 2 chairs and an umbrella inluded in the rental and set up each day was a great treat as well! The furniture was all comfortable and clean - we ate dinner at the table on the patio every night with fabulous views of the sunset. Beds were comfortable and we were well rested for our long days on the beach. Communication was great - Heath was in touch beore we arrived and available for questions throughout our stay. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Awesome updated townhome

Had a great stay, albeit short with Hurricane Helene landing during our stay. Everything was good. Lots of nice touches you don’t get elsewhere like beach towels, hair ties, beach chairs, yeti drinkware and plenty of hot water. We will be back!

Our new favorite!

We really loved staying in this townhome. This is the 2nd year we've stayed at Ramsgate Harbour. This place had everything we needed vs the one we stayed in last year. We had a great family vacation. Our toddler loved the little bed under the stairs.

Awesome Property

My family and I (6 people; 4 adults, 1 teen, 1 child) stayed here for 5 nights. The townhouse was just the right size for us. The beds/mattresses were comfortable, plenty of storage for clothing in the rooms and several hangers in the closets. The master bath is great; huge shower and plenty of counter space. The other bathroom upstairs had enough room for what we needed. And the half bath downstairs was really convenient for my teen who stayed downstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, including storage containers for leftovers, which we have never seen at any of our other vacation rentals. Parking was convenient; we had 2 large vehicles that we parked under the unit. The views were amazing! The property is very close to the ocean, so there’s not a long tiresome walk to the water. We enjoyed the chairs and umbrella that are included with the unit. As a mom, I liked that there is a keypad entry to the beach. My son enjoyed the pool when there were double red flags and we couldn’t swim in the ocean. As for communication with the host, Heath was very proactive with check-in info and easy to communicate with. We had trouble getting the keypad to the unit to work (user error), Heath called us and walked us through the process. He welcomed us to contact him anytime we needed anything or had questions about the unit or area. Overall, we had a wonderful vacation in the property and hope to stay here again in the future.

Wonderful stay

This was our first-time at Ramsgate Harbour and we were very pleased. Parking was easy and close to, if not right under, the townhouse. Easy walk up the stairs (depending on the weight of your luggage) and you walk in and see that beautiful view of the water. Place was very clean and quiet. The chairs and umbrella that Heath provided (set up on the beach each morning) just made for perfection. The beach was never crowded. The townhouse setup is nice so my wife could sleep in upstairs and i could come down and sit on the deck or head out for an early morning stroll on the beach. We are planning our trip for next year.

Absolutely Amazing Condo!

Oh my goodness, this property was incredible! Starting with the decorations inside, it is beautifully decorated, with plenty of seating for my family of six. My younger children really loved the nook in the living room, that was a really cool touch. As for the location, you could not ask for a better spot, literally directly on the beach so anytime we wanted to swim or collect shells we could easily walk downstairs. The owner Heath was always available responded quickly to any questions we had. Would highly recommend!!

Great family Vacay!

Our family has been coming to ramsgate for years since I was a child and now I am bringing my own children here. We love the private beach access, the pool for the kids, and that it is tucked away but not too far of a drive to all the main restaurants. The condo was just as described. The owners communication is was excellent. We had a great stay!

Great vacation

We love this area, nice and quiet and not the rat race of Thomas Drive. We have been staying in this area for 30 years. Heath was great to communicate with and the property is fantastic!! We will be back.

Amazing!!

This property was absolutely beautiful. We LOVED the chairs on the balcony! The view was wonderful. But the inside of the condo was more than we could’ve imagined. Hands down, the nicest condo we’ve stayed in. The owners were very helpful and we had such a wonderful time!

Wonderful rental

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. We have been coming to Ramsgate Harbour for a few years now but this was our first stay in this specific rental. And it is by far our favorite one. What a lovely place to spend with my family. Such a beautifully decorated, light, open, peaceful space. Everything was very clean and the communication with the host was great. We are definitely hoping to come back to this condo in the future!!! Thank you for sharing your lovely space with us!

Great Condo

We’ve been going to Florida for years and this was easily our favorite condo. Everything was great. The patio furniture made it enjoyable to sit on the patio and watch the beach. The beds were very comfortable. We went the week of the 4th of July and expected a crowded beach. That wasn’t the case and we had plenty of room. We’ll definitely come back.

Absolute Paradise 🏝☀️

What a hidden gem this condo is! From the STUNNING ocean views to the easiest beach access, we loved everything about our stay! The condo was so clean, beautifully decorated, and made for the most amazing week! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook a meal at home, but we enjoyed eating at all the yummy restaurants! But I think the thing we loved the most was the location. The same beautiful beaches and 30A and PCB without the traffic! Even in the middle of June the beaches weren’t that crowded!! Thank you so much for a wonderful family vacation! We can’t wait to come back!!

My wife and I love the water. During the spring and summer we live on a 65ft Jamestowner boat and in the winters we live at our lovely condo Ramsgate Harbour E11. We find the area very peaceful and love being near the water at all times.
