Hacienda Punta Vista is a one of a kind property central to all that Cabo has to offer. It is a 1/2-acre oasis boasting amazing views of the marina and downtown Cabo San Lucas. This spacious, open-concept villa is well maintained and includes your very own large walk-out patio with private pool, hot tub and grill. It has 3 bedrooms with 3 en-suite bathrooms, with two including ocean views from your super comfy king-size beds.
You will love all that the property has to offer; relaxing by the pool, enjoying happy hour, drinking your morning coffee, singing, dancing with the LED light karaoke machine, playing yard games, watching whales breaching, gazing at cruise ships in the bay, viewing Cabo city lights and fireworks. Many of our guests also enjoy poolside massages and private chef services.
The hacienda is CENTRALLY LOCATED WITHIN 5-10 MINUTES OF EVERYTHING CABO HAS TO OFFER. You can quickly and easily get to Costco, Wal-Mart, Fresco (grocery story), the famous Medano Beach, and the downtown marina tourist area. There are also at least 5 other beaches and adventure parks within 10-15 minutes of the hacienda, and nature and hiking trails just outside the property for those of you who like to adventure a little. There are also two convenience stores walking distance from the property.
The hacienda is ideal for anyone wanting high end accommodations with the comforts of home. It is enjoyed by couples or families travelling together, honeymooners, and girl/guy groups.
As an added bonus the rental includes the use of a Ford Explorer for use during your stay. Super convenient to explore Cabo and run errands to the surrounding stores. It can transport 7 people. Transportation from the airport to the house still has to be arranged separately.

Christmas with Family

Had a wonderful time. Amenities were great Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Having a car was awesome. Cesar was very helpful and attentive. The owners very responsive. Great memories made.

No views as advertised

The property was clean and great location. However, I was quite disappointed when we arrived and the view was NOT AT ALL as advertised. We booked this property because of the views so my expectations were high. There is a building under construction so there is no longer a view as advertised. Property manager stated emails were sent from both owner and himself to advise of the obstructed view however I never received any thing from either. So not sure if this was a bait and switch situation or genuine mishap. Otherwise stay was nice and the house chef was EXCELLENT!

Amazing Stay

The property was amazing , Cesar and Eduardo took care of our every need. Any questions I had they answered as quickly as they could. Eduardo provided excellent transportation around Cabo and good price. The view of the arch of Cabo from the house was the cherry on top, I would book this property again.

Beautiful Home and Great View

We have been coming to Cabo for over 12 years, this is as our first time in a private home and we could not have been more thankful. Upon arrival, the chef greeted us with delicious appetizers and margaritas. Caesar the property manager was exceptional! He arranged all our transportation from airport and to all our dinners in town. Would answer all my questions within minutes. Had a minor hiccup and he was on property within 20 and had the repair man there the same day. Five stars to Caesar! We will be back!

Beautiful yet not as expected

Thankful to have experienced Cabo’s beautiful weather, beaches, sunrises and sunsets. The communication between the property owner and property manager were prompt and friendly. Upon arriving to Cabo we were quickly transported to the home and greeted with fresh margaritas, chips and salsa. Unfortunately once we settled in we quickly realized the house was unclean. Sheets were dirty (blood on mattress pad, sheets and air mattress), kitchen had left over oil in stove, stove was dirty, dishes were dirty, leftover food was splattered on back splash of sink, and there was dust on all surfaces. Cesar did respond and had the cleaning service provide fresh linens and they proceeded to spend a half a day cleaning the kitchen. The most concerning portion of our trip was the overwhelming sewage smell that permeated the premises on and off the entire 10 days. Some nights we could not sleep in our rooms. We had only rented the bottom portion of the house, so Cesar did open up the upper level so we could sleep a couple nights in a different rooms. That worked for a night, however by the next day the sewage smell was throughout the entire property. There is construction occurring (day and night) immediately adjacent to the property. While this did not bother us it should be mentioned in the description of the house as trucks, heavy equipment, and construction noise occurred 7 days a week. Cabo is beautiful, however given the expense of the house and the multiple concerns we would not make a return to this property.

Even better the second time!!!

Our family travelled to Hacienda Punta Vista two years ago for the first time. Before we left Cabo last time and in the two years since, we decided if we were lucky enough to return it would only be to this house!! We have no desire to work with anyone other than Russell, Amy, Cesar and their team. Russell and Amy are the most gracious hosts. We didn't think it was possible, but Cesar was even more attentive and amazing. From start to finish, he handled everything not just with professionalism, but treated us as if we were decades long friends (family even!). We know he has many clients and properties to manage but we felt as if we were the only, most important ones. We also had Harry's delicious food twice and cannot recommend him and his staff enough. Always sad to leave, but grateful for another vacation at Hacienda Punta Vista full of wonderful memories for our family. Until next time!!!

Great place to stay

Loved the property! And Cesar was great with communication. My worries of safety were put at ease quickly. We paid for round trip services for a black car and only received a van and was rushed and charged for taking to long in a foreign grocery store. But every other accommodation that I asked for was prompt.

Beautiful Home in Cabo

Home was perfect for family of 4 looking to be away from crowds and having a beautiful location. The pool and spa were very nice. Cesar, the property manager, his team (Eduardo, Feliciano and Victor) we’re phenomenal!! Cesar had great suggestions and handled all of the arrangements. Eduardo and Feliciano prepared amazing meals (tapas and the best guacamole) upon arrival as well as a dinner and breakfast. The team was the best!!

Fantastic property and communication

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Hacienda Punta Vista. Everything was in great condition and perfectly working. No issues with the property. Beautiful location, fantastic views. Cesar, our main contact for the trip, was more than helpful in setting up activities and recommendations. His communication was immediate and thorough. His service throughout the trip was great. Definitely will be visiting this rental again!

We had a very nice stay

We had a very nice time at Russell and Amy's. The pool area was fun and the rooms were comfy. Cesar, the manager, was very friendly and helpful, arranging rides and even COVID tests for us. If you stay here make sure you write the address down, it isn't on google maps and our Ubers had a hard time figuring out where it was a couple of times.

Excellent location, Breathtaking View, Great Communication

When we arrived in Cabo we were picked up by round trip transportation (arranged by Cesar prior to us leaving). Our driver stopped at the grocery store for us on our way to the hacienda so we could pick up a few groceries. Once we arrived at the hacienda, we enjoyed appetizers provided by the chef. The pool and hot tub were heated so the kids (4 boys – ages 7 to 14 years) enjoyed both for several hours while we unpacked. We didn’t arrive until late afternoon and it was nice to arrive and be able to fully enjoy all the amenities that the house had to offer. Cesar and Russell answered all of my questions prior to us leaving and Cesar was quickly available each time I messaged him. I had read over the hacienda app prior to leaving and our family planned a hike to the antennas. My 13 year old said it was his “rose” or highlight of the trip. My 7 year old said it was his “thorn” or worst part of the trip. It was steep, but overall, our family very much enjoyed it and enjoyed eating lunch at the top of the mountain. Had it not been listed in the app then we would not have known about it. We had a couple of issues arise during our trip, but Cesar was quick to help us with the problems. On the last full day of our vacation, the chef was supposed to cook our family breakfast and dinner. Unfortunately, the chef never arrived for breakfast and we weren’t able to contact him. The kids were especially bummed since they had been looking forward to a “Mexican breakfast” all week with divorced eggs and avocado toast and we had emailed the chef our selection a week earlier before we left. It was ok, though. We cooked breakfast as a family and just enjoyed our NC breakfast that morning. Cesar was willing to arrange another chef that night and when we told him that we just wanted to eat out instead after spending the day at the beach – he recommended a restaurant and made the reservation for us once we said it looked good. We VERY much enjoyed having a car during our stay. We used it daily. I will highly recommend this hacienda to all of our family and friends. We had a great family vacation and very much enjoyed our time in Cabo.

Great Stay

We had the opportunity to vacation with our adult children. Plenty of space for the six of us. Cesar the property manager was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed two meals cooked by Harry the local chef. Heated pool and hot tub were great.

ABSOLUTELY PERFECT

The property is beautiful, roomy and very well maintained. The view was stunning, and we were able to watch the ships coming in and going out of port. The swimming pool and hot tub were amazing along with the courtyard area where we could enjoy playing cornhole. The use of the vehicle was an added bonus and was very much appreciated. The location was very convenient to town and shopping. If you like to walk, the bus stop was within 10 minutes to catch the 7-minute ride into town. I would definitely, without a doubt stay at this property again and also would recommend it to family and friends. Thank you Russel, Amy, and Cesar for this wonderful escape!!

Everything & More

We were a party of 6 women celebrating our 25th year anniversary of sisterhood and friendship. For the majority of us, this was our first trip to Mexico. We all were pleasantly surprised with this property choice. The grounds were well maintained, the property looks exactly like the pictures, the rooms were spacious, and the availability of the 3 bathrooms with 6 women was perfect! The view from the property looking at the water was amazing. We all loved the privacy aspect of the property and the access to the vehicle came in handy. The most valuable aspect of the property, without question was CESAR! HE WAS AMZAING...Attention to detail, quick responses (before, during, and after our trip). Cesar was great in his recommendations for everything we needed: Transportation, local restaurants, and service needs for the property. Second in line was chef Harry! We used the private chef services 4 of the 7 days we were there and was not disappointed. Adelita's mobile Spa services was top notch! Everything about her service was amazing. The 6 of us enjoyed pool side 90 minute services. Adelita and her service team created the best spa environment. I personally recommend the Sports Massage, the best massage of my life! During our trip we also requested a photographer. While we appreciated the recommendation for this service and we had a few great photos, for future, a more experienced photographer, would have been preferable. Overall, we had a PHENOMENAL trip to Cabo! I personally will be coming back with my family and would not think of any other place to stay! Cesar, chef Harry, and Ms Adelita are all family now! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Caesar was very accommodating and efficient with replying. Adele’s travel spa was fantastic - the massage therapists were very good. Pricing was reasonable and the owner Adele comes with the therapists to ensure we were pleased with the service. We liked it so much , we booked another massage just before we left.

Fantastic Vacation!!

My husband and I traveled to Cabo with another couple and shared this home for 7 days. The home has plenty of space with all the necessary amenities. The outdoor living space is amazing. So nice to have your own private pool and hot tub with an amazing outdoor living area. Amy and Russell were great to work with prior to arriving. Cesar, the property manager was the best!! Cesar arranged our transportation to and from the airport. He suggested and made reservations for some amazing dinners. He also helped us arrange two in home dinners with Chef Harry who served the most delicious fried ice cream. Thank you Harry!! Cesar also helped arrange for in home massages by the pool by Adele's Mobile Spa. Probably the best massage that I have ever had. We will definitely be returning and taking advantage of all these fine services again.

Wonderful location, home and view!

Beautiful home with plenty of room. The transportation was on time for both coming and going and very polite. We were greeted with wonderful tapas and margaritas to die for! YUM! Cesar helped arrange in home massages and an at home dinner one evening - thank you Mr Harry and your staff Jackie and Omar! Cesar and the owners were on top of communications both before and during our stay with anything we needed or questions we had. Would definitely recommend!

Spectacular ocean view

This place is perfect!! From communication, to the great reception of margaritas and food was a great touch. Amazing View and Property

The property, view and hosts were wonderful. The property has a direct view of the Arch. The house was spacious, clean and well equipped. The owners Russell and Amy were highly responsive to any of my questions and our host Cesar was attentive to any needs once we arrived at the property. We were met by chefs who had margaritas and tapas ready for us upon our arrival. They also cooked dinner for us a couple times. The food was awesome. Cesar also seamlessly set up our covid tests. The nurse arrived promptly at our chosen day and time and conducted the test quickly with immediate results given to us. Use of the vehicle was an added plus. It was great fun to freely explore Cabo and San Jose del Cabo. The pool and hot tub overlooking the Arch were amazing. We spent our mornings drinking coffee under the huge shaded porch area and our evenings also had an equally beautiful view of the city lights and stars. The property is only about 10 minutes from downtown, but far enough way to be completely private and quiet. We loved our vacation and plan to return again.
