Escape to RELAXING Waterwheel Resort Condominiums in beautiful New Braunfels, Texas. Our comfortable, relaxing and well-equipped POOLSIDE/ Hot Tub condominium is located on the banks of the Guadalupe River just 5 blocks from Schlitterbahn Water Park and the Comal River.

You will be amazed at all there is to do here. Imagine yourself relaxing in one of our 2 swimming pools or 4 hot tubs. There are picnic tables and BBQ grills located under the pecan trees next to the pool/hot tub area in a large, beautiful park-like setting. There are BBQ pits just outside your patio as well.

Our clean 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located on the 1st floor. You will enjoy a relaxing view from the gated poolside patio which can be accessed directly from the living room. It is a great place to enjoy a good book and a hot cup of coffee in the morning or a cold beverage in the afternoon or evening with friends and/or family members while you watch the kids swim in the pool.

Inside the living area you will find a very comfortable sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress, love seat and chair to relax on while you watch cable TV on the 42” flat screen LCD TV. In the fully stocked kitchen you will find everything you need. There is a Kuerig coffeemaker with pods as well as a drip coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, coffee, assorted creamers and sweeteners, dishwasher, microwave, full-size range, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, dishes/utensils and blender for those refreshing frozen concoctions you love to enjoy while on vacation.

In the master bedroom you will find a flat screen television. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed as well.
Both bedrooms have plenty of closet space with extra blankets and pillows. Washer and dryer are available for your use as well.

You will also enjoy have a reserved parking place just steps from the front door.
No stairs or elevator!

Now, more reasons why you should come to New Braunfels for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation. Literally blocks(walking distance) from Waterwheel Resort is the #1 waterpark in the country….Schlitterbahn!! New Braunfels is also home to great shopping and a couple of nearby wineries. If tubing or kayaking on the river and playing at Schlitterbahn are not enough, famous Gruene shopping, Gruene Dance Hall (Texas’ oldest dance hall) and delicious Gristmill Restaurant are just minutes away (3 miles) in Gruene, Texas.

The charming Texas hill country has an abundance of things to do as well. Fishing and water sports are also available at picturesque Canyon Lake. Still need more to do?

Besides delicious peaches, Fredericksburg is known for its wineries, German Biergartens and great shopping especially antiques. You will also find the President Lyndon Johnson home and ranch there. Austin is only 44 miles away and is home to the Texas State Capitol and the LBJ Presidential Museum.

And not to be forgotten is New Braunfels’ Wurstfest celebration, a 10 day salute to sausage every year at the first of November.
