Welcome to beautiful Cuenca! This spacious 3 bedroom, 2 full washrooms condo is bright, airy and well -situated.

Enjoy the lovely mountain view and savour your morning bev. Bask in the sunlight and warmth that fills the during the day.

All bedrooms have double paned glass windows with the master containing floor to ceiling windows on one side. Each bedroom is equipped with queen sized beds, pillows, bedding and warm blankets, ensuring a restful night. All bedroom contain closets.

Two full, very modern washrooms with walk-in showers and relaxing rainfall shower heads. Great for the beginning or ending of an adventurous day in Cuenca!

Open concept dining/living area space gives way to accessible kitchen island from either side, makes cooking and entertaining simple. Stainless-steel appliances, 4 gas top burners, fridge, oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker. Lots of storage space.

Massive windows run the entire length of the kitchen/dining wall space on one side, making for a dining under the stars experience. Dining table seats 6.

Laundry is made simple, on site and compact. Stacked washer and dryer with a small sink.

Take deep and relaxing breaths of the crisp air that picturesque Cuenca has to offer you, with a slide of the balcony door, just off the kitchen. Your days and nights will thank you immensely.

This building has an elevator, 24 hour security/guard on site, underground parking garage, a pleasant lobby and is located on the fourth floor.

Once outside you'll notice a Supermaxi, for all your grocery needs, located conveniently across the building. The plaza itself contains a pizza shop, dessert place, italian restaurant, electronics, clothing stores etc., a variety of businesses all at your fingertips.

Transportation is made super easy with The TRANS VIA at your doorstep. OR go local with affordable cabs or buses to choose from throughout your stay.

In the mood for a stroll? Take a scenic 20 minute stroll to 'El Centro' where the aroma of fresh baked bread will gently lull you along your path. 'La Feria Libre' is a colourful outdoor flea market, located a short 15 minute walk from the condo. Here you will find just about anything from household items to clothing to a wide selection of wonderous new foods. It is quite the hustle and bustle experience, a definite must.

This was an excellent place to stay in Cuenca! Communication with the property owner was probably the best I've ever experienced and the property was safe, clean and very conveniently located. Great overall experience!

We enjoyed our stay. Comfortable open living quarters in a very quiet conveniently located apartment. Quiet kind neighbors. Right near a grocery store which FYI also has a great pizza place buy 1 pizza get the second free! Love Cuenca will stay here again I am sure!

Great place, great neighborhood we enjoyed our stay. We are a family of 6 and it was perfect. Centralized to every thing you need . The only thing we would recommend another night stand in the master bedroom.

Lovely condo, great option for families!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely and comfortable apartment. My husband and I traveled to Ecuador with our two young daughters (3 1/2 and 22 months) and needed a secure and comfortable place to come back to and relax in, and the condo met all of our needs. It was very clean and well taken care of, the full kitchen was wonderful and well stocked with dishes, pots/pans and utensils. We moved around quite a bit on our trip and it was so great to have the condo to come back to with the girls. There is a little park with a playground across the street and down the road that was great to take the kids to on days we were laying low.There was some construction going on in the street in front of the building, but it was still easy to get a taxi outside, and it's just about a 5 min ride to get to the center of Cuenca. You can walk a few minutes to the Super Maxi across the street for groceries or any basic necessity as well. Monica was great, attentive and quick to respond to emails. The property manager Miriam was lovely and very helpful. We arrived late (around 9PM) and Miriam and her husband took my husband to a store to get some groceries that night, which was wonderful since we did not know the area and not much was open at that time of night. Miriam was so kind and accommodating. The condo was affordable and offered so much more than a hotel or hostal could have as far as privacy, space and comfort. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it, especially to families with children.

Gorgeous Apartment located close to All, building is very secure, cable TV and Wi-fi available and Hot water. Easy to comunicate with Monica the owner. Miriam the property Manager is a wonderful and helpful person beyond my expectations, her husband gave us a free ride to the airport. I will definately come back and recommend this place.

Lovely Condo in Beautiful Cuenca

We were delighted with our stay in this condo. We were a party of four adults and we found the condo to be spacious, comfortable, clean, quiet and well-equipped. It was wonderful to be so close to a large supermarket (5 minute walk) and many small shops. We spent most of our time in the city centre (Old Town). Old Town was about a 30 minute walk from the Condo, but usually we took a taxi which was very inexpensive. Monica, the owner, was a terrific source of information. Before we left on our trip, we communicated very often by email, and she very patiently answered all our questions. She helped us plan our flights, suggested clothing to bring and things to do while in Cuenca; also, she directed us to excellent markets and restaurants. The manager of the condo was very friendly, helpful and reliable. We would definitely recommend this affordable condo to our friends and family and would enjoy renting it again if we have a chance to visit the beautiful city of Cuenca in the future.

Amazing Experience

This was our first time in Ecuador. First off, what a wonderful country! We spent time in Quito and Guayaquil before heading to Cuenca. By the way, if you're going to Cuenca from Guayaquil, take a bus or shuttle through Cajas National Park. It was an incredible experience. Anyway, the condo. It felt like home. Before we left Phoenix, Monica emailed us all of the details about the condo and a ton of great info about the area and Cuenca in general. I communicated with Monica before and during the trip and she is so helpful and welcoming. It all just added to this incredible experience. We met Miriam and her husband to show us the condo. They are also so helpful and courteous. Interestingly enough we ran into them in the center of Cuenca and it was just like meeting old friends. The entire experience we had was just incredible. They are great people, very welcoming and accommodating. We had absolutely no problems whatsoever but I'm sure had we had any, everyone would have gone out of our way to help us. The condo is perfect for a group of four-six people. Very comfortable. It has all of the features of your own home, just in this amazing colonial city. Modern appliances and fixtures and stable wifi. It's in a beautiful building with elevator. Beautiful views of the Cuenca area. Very quiet neighborhood and building. It's super close to all of the attractions and only like a $1.50 taxi ride right to the center of gorgeous Cuenca. The Tranvia (light rail or tram car) is going up right next to the building. It will offer even more convenient transport anywhere you need to go. There's a Supermaxi grocery store right across the street. Very convenient to pick up groceries. But I found it much more interesting (and cheaper) to head into the center of town and buy fresh fruit, vegetables, and beautiful fresh flowers at the mercado. I really cannot say enough about this condo and our amazing hosts. My trip to Ecuador was incredible. And by a large part because of the hospitality extended to us in Cuenca. I appreciate it immensely. We will definitely return. Thanks again for everything!

One of Cuenca's best

4 of us shared this beautiful condo for 11 days in April. We found it to be just as the listing states, centrally located, close to busses, markets restaurants, the airport and there are lots of taxis for getting around town. It is new, clean, very spacious and comfortable. We didn't cook much, but it seems to have everything one would need to do so. You can easily walk to Park Calderon or across the River to the open market if you are in reasonably good shape. This market is an adventure in itself, so wear comfortable shoes and carry a tote as you are bound to find bargains. We tried most of the restaurants recommended by the owners and found them to be quite good. The pizza restaurant near the Super Maxi was good as was the chocolate waffle from the cart near the entrance to the restaurant. Despite the fact that we don't speak much Spanish and the owner's representative (such a sweet person) does not speak much English, we managed to communicate and all our needs were met. Thanks for helping us arrange transport to Guayaquil. Our driver knew the best places for us to stop for pictures and to eat. This made our adventure even more memorable. We would love to stay here again when we return to Cuenca.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

We looked high and low before purchasing this quiet and comfortable space. It has all the space we need for our visiting children and grandchildren when they travel to Ecuador.

The apartment is modern with lots of natural light and a fantastic view of the mountains. We really like the fact that's it's walking distance to just about anywhere, we are seniors and need the wonderful exercise.

The building itself is quiet and the people who work here are always super helpful and friendly. There's enough bedrooms and washrooms to house our family comfortably. Oh yes, and there's a Supermaxi right across the street. Makes grocery shopping very simple.
