Quiet 2 bedroom apartment situated in the tranquil bay of Cala Vadella.
Stunning views of the bay from the balcony & master bedroom.
My apartment is located within a quiet complex, shared by only around 70 other apartments.
The apartment is a 5 min walk to the beach down stairs or 10/15 min walk along the road.
There is a Kingsize bed in the master bedroom and 2 single beds in the other bedroom.
Both bedrooms have hot and cold air conditioning.
The twin room also has shutters which provide complete darkness (day & night) making it ideal for children.

This is out of my control.

In Peak Season I usually only rent from Saturday to Saturday for 7, 14 or 21 nights. Please contact me for different dates and i will try and help you out.

As my apartment is too far from the road I have satellite internet which is limited to 1gb a day. This is NOT suitable for constant online gaming/YouTube/Netflix etc.

Lovely apartment, perfect for our week in Ibiza

Stayed in Casa Jemsha for one week, firstly the communications with Jeremy were excellent, he has a wealth of knowledge about the island. Calla Vedella is a nice bay surrounded by a few restaurants and beach shops, we ate and drank in all of the establishments and happy to recommend all of them. It seems like a resort trying to smarten up and compete with other places a bit of civil engineering and tidying up wouldnā€™t go a miss in places. We visited the beaches at San Antonio, Cala Dā€™Hort (jellyfish that day), Ses Salines (great DJ at Jockey Club beach bar) and a fantastic day in Formentera (this may be our destination next year, the clean white sandy beach and clear water was like the Caribbean, well worth a trip) Parking at the villa no problem at the top of the complex, road from Sant Josep a bit challenging especially with impatient locals behind you....a hard shoulder would be nice also! Steps from the villa to the beach (140) not for the elderly or infirm, deffo take a torch with you. A great place to stay and explore the island.....thanks for letting us stay in your home.

SĆ©jour trĆØs agrĆ©able. La vue du balcon est trĆØs belle. La maison est trĆØs bien Ć©quipĆ©e. Les Ć©changes avec le propriĆ©taire ont Ć©tĆ© trĆØs sympa et il a Ć©tĆ© trĆØs rĆ©actif. Petit bĆ©mol: odeur dĆ©sagrĆ©able dans la salle de bain sans doute passagĆØre et du bruit le matin dans le village et des voisins bruyants.

Great Views

Great apartment in a quiet location. Apartment was spotless with good Wi-Fi and full Sky TV package. Great views over the bay 5 mins walk down the steps ( a bit rough in areas ) to the beach, a shop and several nice restaurants. Clear sand and clear sea. Bon Sol had the best pizzas + Santanra & Can Jaume weā€™re our favourites. Nice fresh ice cream bar opposite the Spar shop. We went to Blue Marlin and Cotton Beach which weā€™re not too far.

Mooi appartement met perfecte ligging!

Het appartement ligt prima t.o.v. IBIZA Airport, ook bij late aankomst goed te doen. (TIP! De gedetailleerde aan-reis info bleek in mijn spam-box te zitten..) Samen met de eigenaar direct kunnen schakelen en de sleutel gevonden! Wij bezochten het appartement in oktober/november. Omdat het koud was hadden we verwarming nodig en eigenlijk wat warmer gevend beddengoed. Voor deze tijd van het jaar zou dit dus beter kunnen. Meestal bezoek je Ibiza onder andere weersomstandigheden en dan is het een buitengewoon fraai gelegen appartement met schitterend uitzicht. We zouden het weer boeken. Het appartement is rustig gelegen en de drukkere gebieden zijn makkelijk te bereiken wanneer je hieraan behoefte hebt. Goede communicatie met de verhuurder, reageert prettig direct en hebben we als betrouwbaar ervaren.

Well equipped apartment with amazing views across the bay. A quick walk down some steep steps, but also easily accessible by road to a lovely sandy beach with some great restaurants. Jeremy always responded quickly with good information and was very accommodating with our late flight. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely well equipped appartment with amazing view

Had a lovely stay off season to do a few walks around ibiza. Weather was a bit hit and miss but we enjoyed our time dodging the showers seeing the lovely beaches and scenery. Hope to be back to have some beach time another time. The appartment is well equipped and had the best shower we have ever had in a self catering place :) Jeremy responded promptly when we had a problem I would recommend a stay here. There are also lots of friendly cats! Enjoy :)

Heerlijk appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien

Appartement met 2 slaapkamers en een woonkamer. Prachtig uitzicht over de baai vanuit het appartement. Communicatie met Jeremy verliep perfect. We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad op Ibiza! We waren er in december en dan kan het appartement wel wat koud zijn, aangezien er maar Ć©Ć©n kleine verwarming is.

Nice apartment and location

Stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks, no complaints. 5 minutes walk down the steps to the beach. Could also drive but parking was tight in July. The pool was not open when we were there but we got a discount as a result. Cala Vadella is a lovely quiet spot (by Ibiza standards) and a lovely beach, not overly crowded. One day there were jellyfish and my daughter got stung, otherwise it was fine. We also drove to other beaches. The restaurants in Cala Vadella that we ate in were all good, but not cheap. The Can Jaume tapas bar and the Vadella beach bar were the best value.

Perfect Apartment in Cala Vadella

Myself and my husband stayed for a week recently. Jeremy the owner is extremely helpful with anything you need to know beforehand. The apartment has everything you could possibly need. As long as you are mobile the walk to the beach via the steps is okay with care. If you are hiring a car, parking at the top road of the complex is no problem. The area is very quiet and a beautiful view from the balcony. Cala Vadella is a real gem. Thank you Jeremy

Unforgetable view!

This apartment is very comfortable,well equipped and extremely good value. Sitting on the balcony with that view of the bay is unforgetable. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and parasol, the nespresso machine in the mornings, the washing machine for sandy beach towels and the full package sky tv for the odd dark October evening (we have never had such a large choice of channels in Europe!) We hired a car and saw quite a bit of the island but Cala Vadella beach was our favourite. In this sheltered bay the sea is clear blue and warm for swimming and the sand soft and fine.The shops and restaurants are a little pricey and are closing for the winter in October (as is much of the island) but we like it quiter and found Ibiza an ideal pre winter half term break. The steps down to the beach are a little steep and broken in places but ok for the able bodied! (we did drive down a few times as there is no trouble free parking in October!) For a 50 Euro deposit you get your own key for the swimming pool which is a lovely and pretty large for the size of the complex. We had it entirely to ourselves during our stay! The complex itself is looking a little tired in places. Our daughter loved the cats which were friendly and did look healthy. Jeremy is a very helpful host and reply's very quickly to questions and goes out of his way to be helpful. We would recommend this apartment to family and friiends.

Very good.

An attractive apartment, spotlessly clean with many mod-cons including Sky T.V., video and Wi-Fi. Splendid views across the beach and bay. The owner supplied us with a comprehensive guide to reach the property from the airport and even contacted us whilst we were there to advise he had arranged for us to stay until our late afternoon flight home. We appreciated being given not only his personal contact details but also the telephone number of his property manager, which, in the event, proved to be unnecessary. This is clearly the "home" of the owner with many personal items on view and should be treated with the utmost respect. My only reservation is that this property would not be suitable for persons with walking difficulties or dependant on wheelchairs.

A great apartment perfect for a family of 4 with kids that are of school age. Great location

My family of four stayed here for two weeks, a lovely apartment well stocked with everything you need from a washing machine to beach beds and parasol to avoid you having to pay the ā‚¬10 for each bed, per day, on the beach. The swimming pool was practically exclusive to ourselves and a decent size. Both bedrooms were well furnished and thankfully air conditioned which was great in the evenings. Lots of gadgets, wifi, Sky TV, decent sound system to connect your I pad, ample USB chargers and GB plug sockets. I would not recommend the apartment for family's with toddlers or for the elderly due to the stepped access to the apartment from the road. On the plus side you can be on the beach in 5mins by foot. i would recommend this apartment as an excellent choice for those on a budget that cannot afford to hire a villa but still want to experience the delights of Ibiza, it is in a great location and Cala Vadella itself is beautiful and extremely family friendly, the sunsets are stunning. The balcony has stunning views of the bay and the med. It definitely felt like a home from home.

Best Relaxing Holiday Ever!!

The apartment was lovely, the views amazing, all mod cons with a Naspresso Machine. My children and i loved the beach which was a short walk. The beach had paddle boards, kayak's canoe's and a great beach club, with good food not over priced. This was so relaxing will deferentially be going back...I would hire a car as there are so many beautiful beaches and restaurants around the area. Thank you for a fab time!

Cala Vadella perfect location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in quiet Cala Vadella, lovely apartment, the owner was very helpful. If you are coming to Ibiza for the clubs, then this is not the right location, if you are looking for a beautiful beach and good restaurants, then it is. We even enjoyed the 200-ish steps down to the beach, however if you don't like steps then it is less than a minute's drive along the road.

Fantastic views and good apartment

Really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed. Cala Vadella is very beautiful and the beach was gorgeous. Make sure you check the complex pool out, we had it all to ourselves! The steps down to the beach are steep and eroded in places but we managed them ok. Thanks for letting us stay

Surprised

Apartment was lovely. Couldn't fault the view from the balcony. I read all the reviews before we booked but can't understand why no one mentioned the exhausting jaunt from the car park to the actual apartment. Lots of steps and when it rains these are slippy as I found out to my cost. Me and my husband are in our late 50's and having had a hip replacement a few months ago I wouldn't of booked here if I had known about the long trek from the car park. Apartment was stocked adequately for a self catering holiday with a toster, kettle and microwave. Also washing machine in the bathroom if you feel the need to freshen up towels etc. Very quiet area for a relaxing break. Double sofa bed in the living room not very comfy for adults but may be better suited for small children. We have holidays in Cala Vadella for many years and the area is beautiful. A safe bay for children and beautiful restaurants on the beach. The lasagne at Can Jaume restaurant and the hamburgers at Can Jaume snack bar are to die for. Marked property as a 3 star simply because of the accessibility.

Perfect apartment close to wonderful beach

The apartment is a good size for 3-4 people especially as in the summer you will be outside mostly. Thank heavens for aircon in the bedrooms as it gets very hot indeed. Jeremy has provided everything you could need even down to a lilo and parasol. The kitchen is equipped for basic cooking and there are plenty of glasses, mugs etc. The apartment is very clean and modern and the cleaner came and changed the linen during out 12 day stay. The wifi is very good also which is a major perk when looking up things to do on the internet and also to keep the teenager happy! Its great that you can arrive anytime as there is a key safe, but remember to take some water to drink or food if arriving late as nothing is open and we were parched. The beach is one of the most family friendly I've been to and has a jellyfish net so is ideal for safe swimming. The restaurants along the beach are really good, especially Bon Sol, the Italian restaurant which does authentic pizza and pasta and has a great ambience. The sunset from the beach is amazing. There are quite a few shallow steps on arrival to negotiate with suitcases and its a steep walk to and from the beach but as you will need a car it can be driven. My only reservation is not with the apartment or beach but just that there was a lot of driving involved to go anywhere else, a lot of events, Fiestas and music etc all seemed to be happening on the East side which took a good 40 minutes in the evening traffic.There is no night life in Cala Vadella and its a long cab ride to get anywhere. The coast however along from the apartment is chock full of more very lovely beaches so if you have a young family and are not looking to be out partying in the evening this place is ideal. Jeremy provides excellent customer service and responds quickly to queries.

Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The description of the apartment was very accurate and it was clean and well maintained. The apartment is very well equipped, even to the finest details, including lots of adaptor sockets, picnic and beach gear, games, a selection of DVDs and sky TV. The view from the balcony is very beautiful. On the grounds of the appartment there is very nice private swimming pool and a reception with staff who are very helpful. We found the owner to be very willing to advise with any queries we had when planning our stay and he also gave us a very detailed guide of the property and the resort, such as recommendations for restaurants, that was very useful. The beach is a short walk away and is very nice, with a great collection of restaurants, a small but well-stocked supermarket and even a little shop that sells home-made ice cream. There is also a boat you can get daily to Formentera, (a spectacularly beautiful island to hire bikes and cycle around). There was also, as very reliable and cheap bus service to Ibiza old town, also well worth a visit. In summary, we would recommend and would definitely go back.

I choose this property because I have been holidaying in Ibiza every year since 1990 and wanted to find somewhere in Ibiza that was suitable to bring my young family to. Cala Vadella is one of the best & safest beaches on the island but not too far away by car from Ibiza Town or San Antonio making the legendary Ibiza nightlife easily accessible.

I fell in love with this apartment, over the many others I viewed, because of the amazing views from the balcony and the master bedroom and it is only 5 mins walk down the steps to the beach.
