Naples Dec to mid January 2025

We had a great stay at Treviso Bay and everything was great. Highly recommend. Naples isn't for everyone as its pricey and gated communities have their fair share of rules but for my family and my dogs it was perfect and great to get away from the snow and cold of Chicago. Gabrial was great as well super responsive.... the house was as advertised. In retrospect I wish the 3rd bedroom had a queen-sized bed instead of a trundle bed but that is personal choice and my family need.

Great Vacation

This was our first stay at Treviso Bay, but hopefully not the last. The house is set up perfectly. We had a great time in the house with pool and hot tub. In the evenings we often had BBQ at home. The staff at the Golf Clubhouse is welcoming and it was a great pleasure to play there. At the pool and tiki bar we enjoyed our time as well. Gabriel is a really professional, nice and pleasant owner. We hope to come back next year Birgit

Paradise Found

This was my third stay at Treviso Bay. The TPC golf course is top notch. As are the tennis courts and the tiki bar and pool. The staff at the Golf Clubhouse is welcoming and gracious. The tennis pro (Milos) is great. The house is set up perfectly. Just the right size. Having your own pool and hot tub is perfect for those times that you don't want to run down to the pool clubhouse. Gabriel the owner is incredibly responsive to your every need. I liked Treviso Bay so much that I just purchased a home there!

A Little Slice of Paradise

Treviso Bay is a little slice of paradise. The golf course is amazing. As are the tennis courts, pool, tiki bar and walking trails. The house was perfect. Great kitchen, great pool /hot tub and outdoor kitchen eating area. The owner was very responsive and took care of our every need. I would have stayed longer if I could have. Can't wait to come back again!

Superbe maison ou nous avons passés un excellent séjour en famille avec 2 ados. Tout est parfait, bonne situation, la villa est très confortable, bien aménagée avec de belles décorations, rien ne manque. les extérieurs dont la piscine sont très agréables pour profiter du soleil. La communauté est très calme et parfaitement entretenue. De plus Gabriel Kohn est attentif et disponible pour rendre le séjour optimal. A recommander sans soucis.

Great stay!!

This is the first time we have rented one of the kodei homes and we were really-really happy to stay at this property. The home is very well decorated and the furnishings and comfort exceeded our expectations. The home is very clean and very roomy. Mr Kohn was very pleasant, worked with us throughout our stay when we had any questions or needed anything. The Sunshine Daydream was definitely a dream come true...

The property was very clean and well-maintained. It is located in a beautiful community. The amenities are great. The clubhouse is beautiful, with an amazing large resort style pool. They provide drinks and lunch served at your lounge chair or if you prefer at the pool restaurant. This home is in a great location. It is only a couple of miles to downtown Naples and the ocean. The owner was very attentive and helpful, not only prior to booking but also upon arriving and departing. We would definitely recommend staying at this home and we would definitely rent here again.

Great New 2014 Community

The Veneto Community in Treviso Bay is beautifully landscaped and professionally maintained. This is a new house located in a quiet cul-de-sac in this community complete with comfortable furnishings and top of the line appliances. The walk to the nearby community center is very scenic with flowing fountains, royal palm trees, and abundant Florida birdlife exploring the waterways - a very relaxing experience. The community center includes a new and well-equipped fitness center, a large lagoon pool that is fun for all ages, and a comfortable outdoor grill. Treviso Bay is a great place for walking, running, and bike riding. The tennis, bocce, and golf facilities are all first class. The Florida winter weather certainly contributes to a wonderful experience at Treviso Bay - especially for anyone coming from the frigid North.
