Beautiful Home in Briarwood

We recently just stayed in this beautiful home for a little over a week. It accommodated our family of 6 perfectly and the pool and view were just an added bonus! This house had everything you could want for cooking, hanging out at the pool and even going to the beach. There was even a few sets of golf clubs to use. Neil and Tammy were a joy to deal with and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We will absolutely be coming back here for future stays in Naples.

Amazing house!

A stunning house, beautifully decorated & styled throughout. Fantastic pool area with amazing lake views - even the ducks came to visit. This house has everything you could possibly want & more during your stay in Naples. Has amazing little touches throughout & huge TV's in the lounge & pool areas. The master bathroom with the lake view is something very special! We just loved it & have booked again for 3 months next year. Thank you to Tammy & Neil for looking after us as always.

Can't wait to come back!

Great stay at a beautiful place! There was plenty of space, a great kitchen, and lots of useful extras for the beach and outdoor activities. We especially enjoyed eating and hanging out on the covered lanai. The neighborhood felt calm and private, while still being convenient for exploring Naples.

Couldn't be better

This was such a peaceful place to stay. Having coffee by the lake in the morning and relaxing beside the pool in the evening made the trip feel extra special. The home is bright, comfortable, and beautifully decorated without feeling too formal. Great spot for our whole family!

Naples Stay

We had a wonderful stay here. The house had plenty of room for everyone, and the open layout made it easy to relax and spend time together. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the whole home felt clean and well cared for. The pool and outdoor area were easily our favorite parts! We look forward to staying here again.

Great location

This is the second time we have rented this house. Great setup. Any problems we had were immediately addressed satisfactorily. However, is in need of some updating and maintenance. Thoroughly enjoyed the lake located behind the house. Lots of different birds to watch.

Cleanest rental I’ve ever had

The neighborhood is beautiful and the house Is spotless - super clean. I’ve rented a lot of houses on VRBO and this is by far the cleanest of any I’ve stayed at. I was pleasantly surprised at how well equipped this place was! We really appreciated the beach gear and the kids enjoyed using the volleyball at the community center. Lovely pool and yard setup. Close to everything! We were all over the place during our stay (beaches, downtown, Coastland Mall, the Mercato, North Naples, etc) and it seemed like from the house nothing was more than 20 minutes away. The beach was less than 15. Publix is close and Walmart not too far (about 20 mins). I highly recommend this place - we would not hesitate to rent again!

Great Naples Florida family home

This home turned out to be everything promised and more. The location proximity to the beach was very convenient. It was also very clean and well appointed. We took advantage of neighborhood tennis and basketball courts. This was possible because the homeowner provided all of the needed sports equipment. It was a great layout for all of our family. We would certainly love to stay here again. Tammy Novak handled our rental process and she was very responsive in providing all of the details we needed to enjoy the home.

Great Getaway

We had a great stay here. The house was very clean and in a great, friendly neighborhood. Central to all areas in Naples with most places within 15 minutes. Kids enjoyed the pool. Tammy made sure we got there ok and had what we needed. The house was well stocked essentials and gadgets. Found a library of books in the cabinet under the TV. Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Will certainly be back.

Pool Oriented

Property is just as the pictures show. Great room opens to the pool with a sliding glass wall. Great house for children who love pools. While the beach is 6 miles away, Naples traffic is light, so it's a 15 minute drive. Owner was very quick and responsive to resolve a hot water problem. House was clean and beds were comfortable.
