Ski In/Out Luxury! Best Location In Beaver Creek Village! Walk To Everything!

Our newly remodeled 5 bedroom, 6 bath town home offers the perfect location for convenient skiing and luxury. We bought this home for the ultimate in convenience for skiing with our family and friends. Skiing can be a pain in the butt if it is not convenient and you have to take a shuttle bus, deal with crowded parking lots or even worse walk with all of your ski gear for blocks just to get to the slopes. That is not the case with this location! It is right at the base of the ski slopes between the Centennial and Strawberry Park Ski Lifts and directly across the street from the famous Beaver Creek chapel. You can easily walk to everything in Beaver Creek Village or there is also a free dial a ride shuttle that can take you anywhere you need to go in BC. This home is very comfortable. There is a lot of room for everyone to spread out and have there own space. The home includes a garage as well as guest parking, ski storage, a giant downstairs bunk room with 6 beds, a full bath, a TV and electric recliner couch. The main floor includes a fabulous great room with stunning mountain views, 3 dining areas, a luxury kitchen, a full bar area, an additional sitting room and lovely powder room. 2 decks are also located on this level with a private hot tub. The next level up includes a large master bedroom with fantastic mountain/ski slope views, and two guest bedrooms each with there own full bath. On the top level is a loft bedroom that sleeps three with a TV, sitting area and full bath. Outdoor features include two decks with fantastic mountain views, one with a private hot tub and a BBQ. Less than one minute and your are on either of the two main base high speed lifts, and less than one minute and you are in Beaver Creek Village. Location does not get any better than this! ALSO INCLUDED-you will have use of all of the amenities at the Osprey Hotel that is just 20 steps from our front door. This includes an outdoor heated pool, hot tub, steam room, workout facilities as well as free coffee and hot chocolate. This home is great for couples, large groups and families!

Incredible Home

This home was everything advertised and more. Wonderfully equipped kitchen, two very comfortable seating areas, spacious bedrooms. Boot heaters were wonderful on cold mornings!

Amazing stay

Place was amazing. Perfect for our group of adults, young adults and teens. Clean, comfortable and the location is I think one of the best on the mountain.

Wonderful Property - Would stay here again and again.

This property is a really short walk to either Centennial or Strawberry. The heated garage is perfect for suiting up in the mornings complete with lots of gear hooks, helmet cubbies, ski/pole racks and a boot heater as a bonus. The bunk room is big enough for all the kid's gear and the upper loft is complete with an additional bathroom making it another bedroom suit. The master was roomy with a great bathroom complete with a steam shower. The other two upstairs suits were very comfortable and gave everyone their space. The kitchen and living area were great and we all spent lots of time preparing meals and enjoying each other's company. The kitchen was well stocked and all the appliances worked well. The hot tub was a nice treat after a long day on the slopes and the view was great. We were able to watch the full New Year's fireworks show from the living room window. The property manager was very responsive and easy to work with. Overall, this is one of our favorite units and we've been coming to BC for 10 years. If we've got a crowd, this property is first on our list to stay again. Thanks!

BC Perfection

My wife and 3 teenage boys shared this lovely condo with our good friends, also a family of 5. The BR layout was perfect for us. The common areas were gracious and perfect for all of us to hang out. The kitchen was updated and very well equipped and stocked with all those little things you don’t want to have to buy for 4 days. The ski in/ ski out location was as good as it gets with an easy walk to ski down to Centennial or a bit of a walk up the stairs behind to get to Strawberry. Skiing home was a breeze. Very convenient to the village. In short, it came at a price but this was perfection in Beaver Creek.

Wonderful Property

Photos do not due the property justice. It was roomy with space for everyone to spread out. The location is fantastic, only steps away from two chair lifts and the main resort area. Having use of the facilities, like the pool and spa, at the hotel next door was much appreciated as well.

Fantastic location & property

We were a family of 6 adults and 3 children and the space couldn't have worked out better! Right across the street from Beaver Creek Resort. Each bedroom is ensuite which was really a big plus. The kitchen and bath amenities were probably the best in all the VRBO's we've stayed in. I even requested a Christmas tree which was up when we arrived on the 21st. Thank you thank you!!! We definitely recommend this townhouse!!!

Terrific Location / Perfect setup

Property was as advertised and absolutely perfect for our 3 families. Our kids range from 7-13. Our group enjoyed being steps from everything including ; ski school, Beaver Creek village and lots of warm cookies . The large great room and hot tub were made for apres ski. The home is equipped with everything you could want, including great board games, puzzles and an excellent song playlist. Thank you Denver Jenny!

Outstanding home and close to Centennial ski lift!

The absolute best VRBO home we have rented. Very short walk to both ski lifts and Beaver Creek Village. All 11 family members had comfortable beds. Outstanding family room area for everyone to hang out after skiing. Everything was clean and upscale. All the bathrooms were updated. A perfect home for two families to share. We would definitely return and stay at this home again! Thank you Jennifer.

This location is perfect!

Everything in the Beaver Creek village is within walking distance. We had rented a car but the location was so close to everything, we walked to restaurants, ski school and the slopes. The Strawberry park lift is just thru the lobby of the Ospey Hotel next to the condo. We also enjoyed the boot warmer station in the garage. The home was well kept and everything was in working order.

Fantastic experience! We would definitely stay here again!

The home is beautifully furnished and was extremely comfortable for our extended family gathering of 11 people. The common areas are large and welcoming and the bedrooms are very comfortable and inviting. We loved being just a few minute walk from everything we wanted to get to, whether it was the slopes, ski school, restaurants or shops in the village. The location was incredibly convenient, as was the entry/exit process from the house. We were glad to be able to use a code, rather than trying to distribute keys to our large party. We were also really happy with the ski storage arrangement in the garage. Everything was thought through at this property to smooth the kinks that can disrupt a trip to the mountains. And Jennifer, the owner, was a pleasure to communicate with! She promptly answered questions before our stay, while we were there, and even arranged for a bottle of wine and some sweet treats to be there on our arrival. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, sugar, and creamer, as well as spices, which was a really thoughtful touch. The home is beautifully decorated and the beds are incredibly comfortable. We had a terrific stay! We’ve rented many slopeside homes over the years and this was our best experience. We can’t recommend it more highly and look forward to returning.

Everything is right with this home!

We were a party of 13. It fit us comfortably. Three families with children ages 12-18. You are literally a five minute walk to anything in Beaver Creek Village. The owner of the home, Jen, is very responsive. The house was stocked with the "little things" such as plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, tissue, hand lotion, towels etc. We would highly recommend this home.

Unrivaled conveniece and comfort!

Being able to WALK to EVERYTHING is priceless...

We stayed at this Beaver Creek 3 story home with a group, and I can tell you it was absolutely wonderful. If you are like our family, we like to be able to enjoy a destination resort location, but keep everything "close" and conveniently keep people together, and that is never more important when you go skiing. Since this house is just steps from the lift, it is easy for the "group" to get going at slightly different times in the morning, but still easily connect at the slops by meeting at the lift between runs. And, at lunch time, everyone can just pop off their skis, and take a few steps back to the house for a meal and a "re-grouping" to plan who is going to ski the afternoon together. Yes, there are other places to stay in Beaver Creek, but if you really want to have an unforgettable "group" or "family" ski or mountain vacation, I really strongly recommend this rental. We will be back again in the future... I am not even going to look for an alternative. Nothing else could be as good (I already scouted the entire area by walking Beaver Creek Village). BTW: The place is completely remodeled... but I am sure you can read about that in the other posts. We really loved the "boot warmer" in the garage. Nothing like putting on warm boots in the morning or after lunch.

This place has it all! Superior location, extreme comfort, very nicely decorated, and a wonderful environment for a large family/families or groups of 10 - 12 to gather and enjoy the incredible Beaver Creek area and resort. Having skied & snowboard much of the Western Sierra Mtns.and Rocky Mtn area resorts, one would be hard pressed to find a place to stay that is as warm, convenient, and offers as much as this home does in such a great location and resort. Comes highly recommended and Beaver Creek is an awsome resort with great people!!

Doesn't get much Better than this at Beaver Creek!

We get together with 10 friends for this weekend in February for a three day ski trip annually. The house is right across from chair 6 and Strawberry Park. The four stories made spreading out 10 guys awesome. The front balcony looks straight up the slopes. We were a 2 minute walk to the village. We enjoyed the space so much we decided to cook dinner each night. It's our fourth year staying here . . . .

Fabulous rental!!!

Our family had a fantastic time while renting this fabulous home. It is very clean, modern, well stocked, beautifully decorated and comfortable and very convenient. Walking distance to everything in beaver creek. Would love to rent it again. The location made our vacation with three small children very easy.

Great BC townhome

Our 3 families enjoyed a great weekend at Beaver Creek in this town home. Perfect location to the village and two lifts. You can get here, park the car and be done. Plenty of room for 3 families and our 5 kids with some room to spare. The only problem we had was garage doesn't hold an extended SUV like suburban/escalade but could park outside. Would definitely want to stay here again next ski season.

Great location, remodeled, and plenty of room for families

We stayed in this beautiful townhouse for a Beaver Creek ski trip... parked the car when we arrived and never moved it until we packed up to go home. We walked to lifts (right across the street) and the village for dining. Cooked a nice mean for the group one night in the brand new gourmet kitchen, and enjoyed the meal together in the large family kitchen dining area. Clean, nice, new, everything works. Great place to stay.

Amazing Place!

Wonderful location for skiing and other fun winter activities. Shops, rentals, restaurants only steps away. The home is beautiful with sleeping accommodations for all your guests. I can't wait to go back in Summer/Fall for fishing and riding!
