Beautifully remodeled and furnished in a beach cabana style, this top floor condo offers fantastic western views of the long lake, fountains and famous Naples sunsets! Well appointed in every detail, you'll find all the conveniences of home in a bright cheerful atmosphere. The master suite offers a walk-in shower and spacious closet and the twin guest bedroom offers a roomy closet and convenient bath with tub. The kitchen features new appliances, granite tops and a lovely breakfast room. A full-size stackable washer dryer is located within the condo. Abbey on the Lake has a lakefront pool and spa plus tennis with-in walking distance. Imperial Golf Estates is located in North Naples convenient to shops, beaches, area attractions and the airport. 24-hour manned gate access. This offers the best in seasonal accommodations!

Naples fun

This by far the easiest check in and check out we have ever experienced. We were given the code to the lock box out front and that was it. Everything you could want on a vacation was there. You were simply asked to replace what you used. The unit was very clean and inviting. Our host provided us with a complimentary bottle of wine. All we were asked to do at check out was place the keys back in the lock box, no stripping the bed, no running the dish washer. For those looking for a truly carefree vacation , this is it

Perfect stay in paradise!!

Our stay in this condo was amazing! The location of the condo is perfect. So close to the beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The condo is beautifully decorated and immaculate! The condo overlooks a beautiful lake with a screened in porch. It is also well equipped with washer dryer, full kitchen, linens, and even beach chairs. The community has a beautiful pool as well. The owner is a pleasure to work with and is very helpful with local recommendations. I highly recommend staying in this beautiful condo!

Condo exceeded our expectations

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location. Short drive to JetBlue Park in Ft. Myers for spring training games and great sunsets at Bonita Beach each night. Condo was clean and immaculate. Equipped with all the amenities of home (wifi, cable, flat screen TVs, central air, beach chairs, towels and umbrella). Condo is very modern with comfortable furniture and beds. Appliances are first rate. Well equipped kitchen with a welcoming bottle of wine, k-cups, bottled water, ice maker and even a candy jar. Easy communicating with the owner, Mark, by phone or text, if needed. He was great to deal with. Would highly recommend and will gladly return in future. Thanks for a great trip.

Fabulous Naples property and wonderful owner!

My husband and I just returned from a week in Naples, staying at this lovely 2 bedroom/2 bath condo overlooking the Abbey lake. We've stayed in different properties over the years and can truly give this unit 5 stars, plus! True pride of ownership from the moment we unlocked the door. Mark was fabulous to work with in scheduling our stay at his condo; answering any questions, and making sure we felt welcome at his property. This condo was so comfortable and relaxing to stay in--as the beach-decor throughout is soothing, fun and spirited--complements the fountains in the "lake." It's ideally located in the complex, so you're looking out to the water and not into another condo--very nice!! Clean, clean, clean and comfortable furniture, too!! I couldn't get over how wonderful the master bed was--I kept calling it the marshmallow mattress, as it was so soft, that we had the most restful nights sleeping there. Truly a fabulous property. The only "problem" we had is that we couldn't stay for a longer vacation! Thank you, Mark!

Marks place was beautiful! Gorgeous view and tastefully decorated and well equipped.

The property is well maintained and has everything you need. After a short trip to Publix, we were set for the week. Naples is short trip South and is awesome town to visit. We'll be back next year:)

Relaxing Naplea

My family and I had the pleasure of staying here over the holidays. The condo was extremely neat and clean, the location is perfect and the view is relaxing. The decor is wonderful with a nice touch of the Florida lifestyle. The kitchen appliances seemed to be updated as well and it sleeps six comfortably. The outdoor living space gives the condo a more spacious feel. We highly recommend this rental for all ages.
