With brand new furniture, We have spared no expense to make our amazing home available to rent, come enjoy!

Welcome to one of the most peaceful and safe neighborhoods in Los Angeles County! Our Gorgeous fully remodeled 2 story home is in the beautiful neighborhood of Old Agoura. Old Agoura is a small niche rural horse community, with hiking trails and is lovely to just take a walk around the block. This is not a track home community.
We designed our home for relaxation in this peaceful setting of mature oak trees and rolling hills. 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2000 square foot, brand new remodeled home. Every detail designed for relaxation and peace. Over 1000 square feet of decking, Sundance jacuzzi spa. Several Hammocks around the property to relax in (one of my favorite things to do to unwind). 2 California King Beds, 1 queen bed, twin pullout sofa. Sleeps 7 plus.

The Master Bedroom is a large room with gas fire place, walk in closet and spa style shower with three shower heads and a bench seat, double sink and vanity counter.
There is a second large bedroom as big as the master bedroom with a California King bed, making it like a second master bedroom. The blue couch in the photos is a pullout bed. This bedroom shares a bathroom with the 3rd smaller bedroom.
The 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed in it. Plus Washer/ Dryer in a separate room.

This is a 2 story home, the living area is upstairs and the bedrooms downstairs.

Our amazing neighborhood is one of the only areas in Los Angeles that is a horse community, it has a quaint old ranch California feeling while being extremely close to everything Los Angeles has to offer. Namely we are 15-20 minutes to Zuma Beach, Malibu Pier and many other Malibu Beaches. We are walking distance to Chesebro Canyon trails, and hiking area. Also Malibu Creek state park is 10 minutes away, with great walking/hiking areas. Santa Monica Pier is 35-40 minutes drive drive down the beautiful Pacific Coast Highway. The local supermarkets are 5 minutes away as well as Trader Joes! lots of local shopping in the area, for every shopper, including the Camarillo Outlets 25 minutes away!

One of the only communities in Los Angeles that you can see stars at night!

Great getaway

The house was just as advertised, plenty of space for four people. The hot tub was very relaxing. Plenty of towels, dishes, bathrooms, toiletries and extras for us to use. I would stay here again.

Beautiful views

It is a lovely property with views of the surrounding hills. Especially beautiful given all of the rain this past winter! The house was clean and well stocked. The perfect size for 5 of us.

Wonderful stay in a beautiful setting

The property was as advertised, the host Jeremy was extremely helpful and responsive. Its very quiet, with a well equipped kitchen. Not all that far from LA (esp if one can avoid rush hour) Beds, and bedrooms very comfortable. Nice neighbourhood for walking and several trails near by. Would definitely stay again if in LA in future.

Peaceful and Perfect!

We so enjoyed staying at this home! It was the perfect spot for us to unwind during the hectic week of my daughter's wedding! It is peaceful and perfectly decorated and equipped. We didn't want to leave! We will definitely rent this property again when we visit in the future. Great owners, easy to deal with, very accommodating and responsive, plus they had flowers and chocolates and a note waiting for us when we arrived, such a thoughtful welcome!

Great place, great location, great owners

My wife and I rented this house for 3 weeks in February/March of 2016. We are both cyclists and our primary objective was to have a comfortable place to stay and be close to all of the good riding - both road and mountain. The house delivered on all accounts - perfect location, comfortable bed, great hot tub, roll out your door to trails/road rides. We can't wait to go back! Jeremy was super responsive if there were any issues (only one - related to internet and it was promptly taken care of). We didn't cook much in the house, or even hang out outside that much - even though the house was setup for both activities.

Peaceful, indeed!

We rented this home for a weekend family gathering to celebrate my niece's wedding. Having spent a good part of my younger years living in the Thousand Oaks area it was fun to be back among the beautiful Oak trees, horse property, etc. We spent the first evening lounging on the back deck, listening to the dogs and coyotes with the sound of the local high school football game in the distance. The added touch of a hand written card, fresh flowers, and yummy chocolates was a warm welcome and appreciated. This home is in a wonderful location to make a trip to the beach, spend some time in the San Fernando Valley, or enjoy Westlake Village or some of the local surrounding areas. The home itself is comfortable and easily accommodated myself and husband, our 2 adult daughters, the boyfriend of one, as well as my mother. There are several areas on the property to enjoy solitude if that's what you want and my daughter and her boyfriend enjoyed the hot tub after a lot of dancing at the reception. Our stay was short, but this home can easily be enjoyed for an extended stay. Thank you Jeremy for being available for any questions. We truly enjoyed our stay in your lovely home.

Beautiful home and surrounding area.

The home was very nicely kept; very clean and organized. The homeowner left very clear and detailed instructions for operating the television, spa, dishwasher, etc. We would definitely rent this home again when we visit Los Angeles again.

Great home, Great neighborhood

We stayed at this home in April and it was fantastic. The neighborhood is perfect for morning walks. Close to stores and restaurants. Owners very attentive during our stay. We didn't need anything fixed while we were there but they checked in several times just to make sure we didn't need anything. Hot tub is big. Very nice. I would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in the area.

ABSOLUTLY AMAZING

This beautiful home was absolutely more than we could have ever hoped for. My wife and I decided to take our 3 grandsons, son and daughter-in-law on a fun filled spring vacation to all the amusement parks. We were going to get two hotel rooms but I decided to check out some vacation homes as well, (something I had never done before.) This home came up in the search and looked almost too good to be true. Even after reading all of the positive reviews, I was still a little hesitant to put up all of the money up front on something I had never seen. Trust me folks, this house is absolutely beautiful, inside and out. If you could have heard the excitement from all of us when we opened the front door, it was breath-taking. The views from the huge patios were amazing. The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, all immaculate. I cannot express enough how amazing it was to work with the host, Jeremy Jenny. When I booked this home, I accidently booked the wrong week for the grandsons' spring break. Five months later, I called Jeremy and explained the situation and within an hour, he had everything fixed. Two weeks before arrival, I messaged him and asked if we could add an extra night, and again, within an hour, he messaged me that it was all set up. After reading many, many reviews on other homes, there are hosts that take days to even get back to you. Thank you, Jeremy, for making our vacation in your beautiful home very special. And, yes, he left us two bouquets of flowers and chocolates! You cannot go wrong with this home.

Wonderful home, perfect location!

My family and I spent four days and nights at this wonderful home. We had spent Christmas in Palm Springs and then wanted to be near friends who lived in nearby Westlake Village to celebrate the New Year with them. Jeremy was extremely responsive from the initial enquiry, throughout and after our stay. The house was lovely and immaculately presented. The personal touches like the welcome card, flowers and sweets made our stay that bit more special. The home had everything we needed although we didn't have the opportunity to cook in. It was very warm and comfortable. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was so peaceful that a good nights sleep was guaranteed. Sitting on the deck was a lovely way to pass the time and relax, the views were lovely and it was truly peaceful. The neighbourhood was a pleasure to walk/drive through everyday. Location was fantastic, close to shops and restaurants. We went to Malibu and drove a different way there and back with both journeys been very scenic and quick!! It was not far at all. We also took a trip to Santa Barbara and again it was not too far. I would highly recommend this home and would love to stay again. Jeremy was a wonderful host and our security deposit was returned immediately which is not always the case with some rentals. Thank you Jeremy for allowing us to experience your wonderful home.

Great family vacation home

This is a long overdue review for Jeremy's beautiful home in Agoura Hills. I took my 19 year old daughter and two of her friends for a week at the end of May and it was perfect for our group. The location is ideal; we spent a lot of time in Malibu and at Zuma Beach and the 20 minute drive from the house to these areas is so beautiful you enjoy the trip as much as the destination. I prefer quiet and solitude and this house was perfect. It is located on a peaceful, residential street, where the girls ran in the morning, stopping to greet the horses sprinkled throughout the nearby properties. I slept with the door open right next to the bed and heard nothing in the night except a breeze. The kitchen is well equipped; only negative comment I would have is the dishwasher is unbelievably loud, so we wouldn't run it if trying to watch a movie (of which there are many to choose from). The hot tub was a great place to wake up to - I enjoyed it on the quiet mornings with a book and the girls preferred late nights. I am a frequent VRBO traveler and I highly recommend this home.

Wonderful home for gathering of friends!

What a lovely home for a gathering of friends! The house is gorgeous - bright, airy, modern - and located in a serene neighborhood. Plenty of space for the six of us and we ended up spending most of our 4-day stay hanging out around the house, cooking, grilling, eating, playing board games, and using the hot tub. Jeremy was super responsive both before and during the weekend, even leaving us fresh flowers and chocolates when we arrived. Thanks Jeremy for making our stay so wonderful!

Wonderful home!

We just came back from a wonderful visit to Agoura Hills. This home was the perfect place for us to use to visit family. The pictures don't do the home justice. It is beautiful and so spacious. We loved sitting on the deck and soaking in the beautiful scenery and weather. It was great to have horses in the neighborhood. It certainly added to the ambience. The home is perfect with 3 separate bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Everyone had their own space to get ready for the day of fun. Everything was close too. The owner left suggestions for restaurants and activities which was a big help. We visited the Getty Museum, Zuma Beach and Paramount Ranch. The home is in the perfect location for all of the fun. Thanks for the beautiful flowers and chocolate upon arrival. Nice touch! We highly recommend and I hope to stay here again next time we visit.

Wonderful House

We were very pleased with the house and location! It is in a very quiet and pretty horse community, but close and convenient to the highway. The house was very clean and updated. There were six in our group and we were very comfortable with space to spread out. I highly recommend this rental! The owners were very welcoming and organized. They also checked in with us to make sure our stay was going well and to see if we needed anything. Quality home and owners!!

Beautiful, peaceful and CLEAN!ll

A retreat for our kids and grandkids for a holiday weekend. Just perfect. All enjoyed the hot tub and the openness of the floor plan was perfect. Seeing horses from either of the two decks was a special treat for our granddaughters. Fresh flowers and chocolates welcomes us and everything worked! Highly recommended. Jeremy was responsive to our pre-trip inquireys and we had nothing that did not meet or exceed our expectations. We will stay again.

Great Cycyling Home Base...and so much more!!

What a great place to stay for a visit to such a wonderful area! We stayed for 6 nights and there are no complaints! The location was great, private, quiet yet close to everything. Each day we would take off our road bikes for a great ride in the mountains to come back and relax in the hot tub. This is a great place for a group with ample room and privacy. Jeremy was very welcoming; he took the time to ensure we were acquainted with the house. I would highly recommend staying at here and I would stay here again and again!

Peaceful roomy and comfy home

Agaoura Hills Rental

Jeremy and Moriko are consummate hosts. Fresh flowers, a nice greeting card, and a beautiful property that was all it was advertised as being. Great natural light, newly remodeled, nice artwork and furnishings, cool bathrooms, comfortable beds, interesting books, all light switches labeled, entertainment center, and a comprehensive house manual. It's all there. The neighborhood was quiet but a short ride to the highway (no road noise). The yard and the decks were a nice addition. Private, quiet, with a nice view. We heard an owl nearby Saturday night. Jeremy contacted me after the first day to make sure all our needs were being met, and there was a system in place to address any issues that may have arisen. Luckily for us, none did. I can see why these hosts have consistently excellent reviews. They approach it very professionally and it shows.

Perfect home for family holiday!

When we decided that LA was the only place our family, stretched from coast to coast, could all be together for the holidays, we looked for a place with a large kitchen and dining area, lots of space for everyone to relax and a convenient location. Jeremy's house more than fit the bill. From our arrival (5 hours late due to a cancelled flight - thank you Shifra for coming out on Saturday evening to greet us!) where we found Christmas lights and stockings hung by the fireplace, fresh flowers and chocolates awaiting us, everything was wonderful and carefully thought out for the guests' comfort. The house is even more spacious than it appears online, more than comfortable for the 5 of us staying there and for two holiday family dinners we hosted there for 10 people. The kitchen was very well equipped, even for large gatherings, and the house had everything necessary to make our stay most relaxing and comfortable. Jeremy left excellent suggestions for local restaurants, and the location means that there are lots of local, "non-chain" options within a very short drive. Walking the neighborhood was also delightful. It was easy to forget we were in LA! The Malibu beach was a scenic drive away, easily accessible and close. None of us have anything but raves for Jeremy and this lovely home. He checked in with us mid-stay, just to make sure all was well, and we truly felt that our comfort and delight was his priority. We will definitely hope to return to this spot during future trips to LA, even if we don't have such a large group next time. It's a real gem!

We were looking for an area that would work for both of us. I like to be in the tranquil hills, while being close to the ocean, my wife loves running into the city at a moments notice. We fell in love with the trees, Mature Valley Oaks, Live Oaks, Sycamores as well as other California favorites. This property is magical, as well as extremely private, we have 1 neighbor on the left of the property. All of the properties in Old Agoura are 1/2 an acre to over 10 acres. Lots of open space, and mountain bike/horse/hiking trails right from our property.
