The view will take your breath awayand the best part is you can enjoy it all day long while swimming in the pool or relaxing in the hot tub. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and both have a king size bed, and the third, with a king size bed, and the forth bedroom, with two full beds, share a jack and jill bathroom.

Wonderful Experience and Lovely Home

We enjoyed our stay at this home in Marco Island with our family. It was very clean and spacious and the access to the open water off the dock was lovely to see each day. We saw dolphins swimming by and that was neat to enjoy! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Nice holiday visit!

The location is beautiful and we enjoyed the stay. The house is in need of some updating and since we stay at a lot of vacation rentals I think I was expecting a little more for the cost. The kitchen is amazing and we loved the hot tub! ( a true ā€œhot tubā€ not just a bubbler!) Very large house that easily accommodates guests having space but being together if they want. We did have one small maintenance issue and the person was their immediately. I would recommend this house. Thank you!

10 Day Fabulous Get Away

We had an incredible time here. The weather for the 10 days that we were there was absolutely incredible, we couldnā€™t have asked for any better. The view was amazing and seeing the dolphins swim and feed everyday was wonderful! The house layout was great, there was 2 living rooms which truthfully we never used as we were always outside, the kitchen was fully equipped with anything you could need, the bedrooms were spacious, the neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely recommend this home to everyone.

Great Vacation in a fabulous place

We enjoyed everything at this property. Location is great! We saw dolphins right by the dock every day. The guys caught a few fish off the dock too. The pool and hot tub were very clean and just the right temperature. We cooked our meals some days and ate at great restaurants on Marco Island. The weather was great!

Fantastic View!

We loved this property! The property manager, Craig, was great!! He was at the house in minutes whenever we called, even for the smallest of issues. The property itself could be summed up in one wordā€”location, location, location! And the view couldnā€™t be beat. Great place to relax an enjoy with family.

Great property!

Spacious home ā€“ with split floor plan, 4 bedrooms, 3 of which with king size beds, 1 twin bed bedroom - all having a bathroom of their own, nice feature. Great having the hot tub and heated pool overlooking the Marco River providing us with a spectacular view! Close to shopping and restaurants. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Marco Vacation

The views were great but unfortunately the property has not been kept up. The pool and hot tub also were cold for the first 4 days of our 8 day stay. Some of the screens around the pool had been pushed through and were broken. There were some fishing poles in the garage that my nephew wanted to use but only one worked. Bikes as well that were in bad repair. The worst part is the owner took a portion of our security deposit to fix what was already broken. BUYER BEWARE

Priceless View

Most of the properties you look into someone else dock and pool area, not this one. You get a view on open water with the bridge in the back ground. Not to mention the dolphins swimming by.

The location of this property was fabulous. The house was clean, but needed MANY updates. The house looked horrible from the street and needed painted. The carpet had many stains and the house was outdated. I will not be renting this property again.

One of the Best Views on Marco Island

My family & I enjoyed our stay in this home. It was fully furnished, had more than enough room, plenty of parking, wonderful view and an easy to work with owner. I just canā€™t think of anything negative to say, hope to rent it again soon.

Great location!

There was lots of space and the view was amazing! The sliding doors were VERY hard to open and shut and couldn't find light switches to turn on the lights in 2 of the bedrooms. A little disappointed that the spa tub in the master was broken and unusable and the jack and jill bathroom's bathtub, the only bath in the house, wouldn't plug to hold water. The dock was unusable after dark because there were no flood lights or any other sort of light out there.

"Best view on the island" is what my mom said about this place; was pretty nice, have to admit. Couple drawbacks was there wasn't handsoap in bathrooms, could have used more towels, some updating of the place, beds were not fantastic, tv didn't have a couple ncaa bball games we wanted to watch. Otherwise, quick internet, pool, hottub, space, bikes they had, location, were all solid and we'll likely stay here again.

Fantastic location and very lovely accommodations.We stayed here for 16 nights and enjoyed everything about this rental. The home was fully stocked with everything you could imagine or possibly need. We would have liked to rent a boat for the whole time we were there but because there is no boat lift it was too nerve-racking to leave a rental boat tied to the dock. Also not easy to get in and out of the boat. The lanai and a pool and hot tub are also amazing and we just enjoyed watching the dolphins leap around in the bay .
