Relax and enjoy all the amenities this 3 Bedroom, 3 bath detached, single family home has to offer. The entry has soaring ceilings, with warm custom paint and beautiful tile throughout. Ceiling fans are installed in all the bedrooms, living room and patio. The carpeted Master bedroom with king size bed has a flat screen TV and includes an en-suite bath with Jacuzzi tub, double sinks and walk-in closet, and has direct access to backyard. Two more carpeted guest bedrooms each include a queen size bed, one of the rooms also has a flat screen TV. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite counter tops with seating for three at the bar. In the living room is a flat screen TV and surround sound.

Beautiful golf course and mountain views visible from the kitchen, dining and living room areas, as well as the master bedroom are hallmarks of this home. All of the above, plus you will find yourself so close to all that Indian Wells and La Quinta also have to offer in the way of entertainment, dining, shopping, and let's not forget golf, tennis, polo and hiking, just to name a few perks. You'll be so close to all of the amenities of the of the other nearby desert cities as well as the Coachella Valley Music Festival and Indian Wells Tennis Gardens Tennis tournaments.

Guests can walk out from the backyard onto the golf course and hit balls on the practice court, driving ranges and putting greens. The newly renovated Palm Desert Country Club offers additional amenities including a restaurant with bar featuring Friday and Saturday evening entertainment, weekly events such as Taco Tuesday and Pasta Thursdays for most of the year, and a golf shop. Also, walking distance to the local grocery store and additional restaurants.

This lovely house has all the conveniences of being 'home away from home' while giving you all of the opportunities to enjoy a true resort style Palm Springs vacation.

Just Perfect

The property was even better than we expected. Well maintained inside and out. The open layout kitchen (with pantry) & livingroom room was a hub for our family. Bonus, Friday evenings you could hear the band playing at the country club from the dining table or pool deck. The pool was heated and had many floaties. From the deck you could see golfers warming up for the round. With access to the practice area we introduced our young grandson to chipping. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms quiet for sleeping. And the big garaged housed all our bikes and golf gear.The Hosts were very communicative and a great resource. We would highly recommend this elegant property for an extended vacation.

Relaxing Vacation With Gorgeous Views

This property has a great mountain view with privacy. We enjoyed the open view in the backyard. We found the property very clean and supplied well. The location was convenient to everything we needed. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the spa. The hosts responded quickly to any concerns or questions we had. We had a very relaxing, quiet month in Palm Desert with a few rounds of golf.

Very nice home

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. My wife loved that big kitchen. Pool and hot tub were real bonus. Walking distance to great entertainment on weekends. Hosts were so friendly and helpful. Very fast to respond to any issues. Overall a great experience. Thanks and hope to stay again in the future.

Just perfect

Comfortable home

Loved the pool and spa!

Great stay in this lovely home for the month of March! Husband was able to work remotely from desk in guest bedroom, while I relaxed in pool. We appreciated the large kitchen island for meal prep and puzzles. Communication with owners was great. Hope to stay again in the future.

Welcome back golf and the incredible desert!

I had given up golf after back surgery and the convenience of walking through the back gate to a practice range allowed me to get back into the game! We loved the house, kitchen, hot tub and pool, ping pong table and nice neighbors. Carla and Craig were great! Can’t wait to come back!

Thanksgiving Retreat

Very cozy home

Home is much bigger then it looks in pictures. Every part of the home was very comfortable and homie. Owners were very attentive to all texts or inquires we may have had. Loved our stay.

The house was great for 3 couples!

The house was great and very clean! The home has all the amenities for cooking, laundry and hot tub. Grocery shopping is close by and the home is an easy drive to LaQuinta and El Paseo. Only thing is you have to text the host to turn the jacuzzi on remotely but they were very responsive and not a problem at all. I would definitely rent this house again!

Great house and location

Great place to stay!

We spent January and February this year in Carla and Craig's home and it was wonderful. It is in a great location - close to everything. The house is really well laid out with the master bedroom and bath on one end of the house and the two guest rooms and bath on the other. We had company for two weeks and we all enjoyed the privacy this layout provided. The kitchen is very nice - granite counters, killer gas stove, and plenty of central bar area for my husband to put his giant puzzles together on while still leaving plenty of room for us to have appetizers and snacks there while I fixed dinner. The living room has a large comfortable couch with a huge two person lounging chair. Since it got dark pretty early while there we only enjoyed the outdoor table at lunch but it can seat 8 easily and we would've used it more if it had been warmer in the evening. The dining table in the house comfortably seats 6. The back yard has a fabulous view of the mountains and is right on the putting and pitching greens. There really is no driving range, just a driving cage but it's the short game that wins so we took lots of advantage of that area every day. The golf course behind the house is a nice course and very affordable. We played it several times a week. If you only want to play 9 holes get a tee time after 2 pm and for $30 you play golf with cart and get a free beer or wine in the bar afterwards. The house has a very nice swimming pool and hot tub. Because of the outside temps we did not use them other than to dangle our feet in from time to time but we still enjoyed the waterfall from the hot tub into the pool which is on from 8-3 daily. The pool people and gardeners are their every week to keep things nice. If you like music the country club behind the house has music on its patio every Friday and Saturday night from 6:30 to 9:30 pm. The type of music played changes from week to week from rock to country to blues to jazz. They have a big outdoor fire pit there and you can eat dinner if you want or just enjoy a drink and listen. You can even hear the music at the house and lots of the neighbors sit on their patios and enjoy it from home. The best part of this house are Carla and Craig. They are so nice to work with and very attentive to detail. The kitchen is well stocked, the washer and dryer new and very efficient, and if you have any issue they are on top of it right away. They are definitely the folks to rent from!

Final Family get away for 2017

Really nice house right by the golf coarse which was nice. My son loved being able to hit some golf balls right outside the house. The kitchen was open and spacious especially for entertaining. Everyone enjoyed themselves and the owners were very nice and prompt in responding.

Beautiful house! Very well kept.

We loved our stay here over the weekend. The owners are so amazing! The house is huge and so well kept. They have everything you can possibly need. Beautiful clean sparkling pool. Great quiet location. Right on the Palm Desert country club. Full access to the golf course from the back yard. The kids had so much fun running around and playing golf. Great location and accommodations for festival weekend

Stayed at this property for weekend 1 of Coachella with five other guests. The house was wonderful, and very easy to access from the major roads. The bedrooms were all well sized, the kitchen was huge and a great place to start the day, and the view from the back porch and pool patio was amazing. Felt like you were in a country club without the hassle of going through a gate every time to get in. The only hassle was having to contact the owner to turn on the jacuzzi, which normally would not have been a problem if cell phone coverage at the festival wasn't so terrible and if I didn't feel bad about texting the owners late, but I figured it was probably necessary to keep heating costs down. Whenever I did have to get in touch with Carla or her husband, they were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend for anyone in the Palm Desert area. Thanks guys!

Great place! Great month there!

Beautiful home, well appointed, very comfortable. Palm Desert Country Club is a challenging and well manicured golf course, really great to play. House well situated to the course. Enjoyed their live entertainment every weekend from the patio.

Terrific winter escape destination!

Two couples had a wonderful month in Craig & Carla's home. It was roomy and clean & well appointed. Pretty much everything we look for in a rental! The other major plus was efficient and helpful communications with Craig and Carla. They were terrific hosts.

Palm Desert Gem

This home is the most comfortable we have ever booked on VRBO. It is in a great location near #10 tee on Palm Desert Golf Course. The beds and linens (which I am frankly fussy about) were great. This home was spotless and the owners were quick when answering inquiries. If you like to hike and golf this place is perfect. Oh and the weather, 29 straight days of sunny (February) and between 80-90 degrees.
