Amazing!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay at this property! The house was spacious, spotless, and had every amenity we could possibly think of. Mark and Debra were very friendly and accessible for any questions. Our stay here definitely enhanced our Cooperstown experience!

Better than I imagined!

Could not have chosen a better house for four couples! Every room had it's own spacious/clean full bathroom. Kitchen space was large enough so that people were not stepping over each other. Basement was large to keep the boys entertained. Just a great layout!! Will stay here again, for sure!!

Perfect place for our week at dreams park

This house was perfect for our group of 5 families and definitely made our week in town for Dreams park a wonderful experience. The house was clean and had everything we needed and more. The basement was perfect for the older siblings while the bathrooms for each bedroom gave everyone plenty of privacy and convenience. The grounds were also perfect. With the pool, the basketball court, ping pong, fire pit and volleyball there was nothing else that we wanted or needed. A huge thanks to Mark and Debra for being great hosts! Some of us are returning next year and hope we can rent this house again. 10/10

Loved the property!

Wonderful house, pool, and property. Perfect for our group of baseball friends, parents, and grandparents. Private, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Lots of open space in the basement and outside—we used it all: patio, pool, fire pit, basketball, volleyball, and more. Clean house and awesome owners! We would return in a heartbeat!

Cooperstown dream

Highly recommend this home for baseball families. We had 4 families. Each had their own bedroom with bathroom inside. The pool was amazing, massive backyard with basketball hoop. 10 mins away from dreams. 4 other families stayed across the street. It was everything and more. Highly recommend this property. Everything was absolutely perfect. Magical week in Cooperstown! Thank you!

Great for Families!

Beautiful property, exceptionally managed, and great for groups/families. Our Chicago crew rented two houses of Debbie & Mark’s and we loved them. We had a memorable Cooperstown experience, in large part because of these great homes. The views are amazing, the pool is great, and the owners thought of everything!

Family vacation at Estates II

We have rented lots of houses through Home Away/VRBO and this home took the top spot. The house was immaculate when we arrived and were greeted by mark and Debbie. The four grandkids ranging from 2 to 12 took over the family room in the basement as their playroom — lots of room to run around as well as outdoors. They had a blast. With COVID-19 upon us we mostly stayed put around the house but had plenty of fun things to do although we did make a trip to Fly Creek Cider Mill which was great. We definitely would like to stay there again as the house and amenities met for all our family’s needs and wants but were told they only rent to the baseball groups. We were lucky to be able to rent this house only because the baseball tournaments were cancelled for this year because of COVID-19. Thank you Debbie and Mark for letting us book your place this year.

Fantastic home away from home!!

We absolutely loved this house and the location. A quick drive to the Dreams park. The owners were extremely quick to answer all questions but the house, pool, basketball court, volleyball court and the amazing front porch just spoke for themselves.

Perfect house close to Dreams Park and Cooperstown

We had a wonderful week in cooperstown. We loved that each bedroom had it’s own bathroom. The house was clean, large and Debbie and Mark are super responsive. For families attending Dreams Park this is the perfect location!!

Perfect House for our Cooperstown experience!!!

Our team rented 3 of the McGoey's properties, Estates II, III & IV - all of the properties were immaculate!! The house has everything you could possibly need and much more. Cooperstown Dreams Park is a short drive away, as well as downtown Cooperstown. We will be returning in 2019 and look forward to renting these houses again! The BEST place to stay in Cooperstown!

I am so glad I booked and stayed at this house! It was wonderful! The house is well maintained, super clean, lots of room for everyone to spread out. It is perfect for a bunch of families visiting Cooperstown. We had five families stay in the house and we all had plenty of room. Each room has its own private bathroom! The view, house and grounds are beautiful. The basement was recently finished and provides more room to spread out. The owners are excellent! They are great people, stopped by to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed, responded to phone calls and emails right away, returned the security deposit quickly. I cannot say enough good things about this property and the one next door. If I was going back next year I would book this house again. You cannot go wrong booking one of these properties.

Better than expected!!!

We traveled to Cooperstown to attend the tournament at Dreams Park with 3 other families. Our home away from home made the trip!! Debbie and Mark built this home with families like us in mind! The fact that every spacious bedroom had its own bathroom and the open floor plan and huge basement allowed us all to be in the house without feeling like we were invading each others' space. The home is equipped with every amenity that you can think of... pool, ping pong table, basketball court and televisions in every room. Our boys looked forward to coming back to the house from the barracks at every chance they got. All of the appliances were spotless and easy to use. All of the communication with the owners was easy. At the end of our stay we had a key mishap and we were not able to leave by checkout time. Debbie and Mark arrived to check the house while I was in a panic looking for our lost keys. They could not have been nicer. Mark offered to drive me to Oneonta to the closest car dealership to have a new car key made. Fortunately, we found the missing car keys just before leaving. We truly appreciate the kindness of Debbie and Mark and their friend who called the dealership. I highly recommend this property and its owners to anyone looking to stay in Cooperstown. It is perfect for a group. You will NOT be disappointed!!!! Thank you again Debbie and Mark!!!!!

Perfect Rental for Cooperstown Week

Our baseball team rented the 3 Sunrise Estate homes from Mark and Debbie for our week in Cooperstown and couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. The homes are situated close to each other and each have a pool for the kids to swim. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms and you don't feel like you're in each other's space. We BBQ'd together and would rotate houses for dinners and breakfasts. Debbie and Mark were super helpful with all our needs. We will definitely use them again for our next Cooperstown trip. Thank you!

Perfect House

Stayed with three other families while ours sons played at Cooperstown Dreams Park . The house was perfect for us, close to the fields, great size, clean and the owners couldn't have been more accommodating. Great Accomodiations

We stayed at this property in July 2016 for the Cooperstown Dreams Park Baseball Tournament. This property was highly recommended from a team that stayed here the previous year. All year I had heard how much we were going to love our stay there from the team that recommended it to us. As much hype it had received, we were blown away. It was actually better than advertised. It literally was a home away from home. My family was on a long road trip with a stay in a hotel in Kentucky the week previous with my youngest son's baseball tournament. When we arrived in Cooperstown, we were already ready to be home and sleep in our own bed. This property had that feel of being home. It was a great experience. We played basketball, swam, roasted smores and had a team gathering for a cookout. Its very close and convenient to Dreams Park which really was nice. We would highly recommend this property as well as a few other properties this owner has next door and across the street. I will be coming back to Cooperstown in 2 years with my youngest son and will make sure I get this property again.

Awesome house!!! This is a must!!!!

Words cannot express how beautiful this home is...the setting,the views ,the pool ,basketball court etc..this house has everything you could possibly need everything is very high end and in perfect condition( even the grill was spotless!) We cannot say enough about Mark and Debbie!!! They are amazing people and if there is anything that you need ,they are willing to help. This was our first trip to cooperstown,we will make it clear to our baseball organization that this is the place to stay! We plan on renting again next year for our youngest son. WORTH EVERY DIME SPENT!!!!!! we feel so blessed to have had such an amazing experience here!!! THANK YOU MARK AND DEBBIE!!

What a great House!!

This was a great house to rent while in Cooperstown. It was a quick drive to Dreams Park and the accommodations were amazing. We rented this house with three other couples. It was nice that each bedroom had the privacy of it's own bathroom. The house was very clean and well kept. The kitchen had all the dishes and utensils we needed to cook our meals. The owner Mark is very friendly and available to answer any questions we had. Thank you for a great week!
