To make your stay even more enjoyable, the home includes access to a paddle board, boat, and bicycles perfect for exploring the lake, cruising through the neighborhood, or heading to the beach in style.

For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

The photos were obviously taken in its earlier years. The inside and outside was clean, but the photos looked much better than it looks now. We did enjoy our trip there once they had maintenance over. It does need updating and fresh coats of paint. Overall we had a very nice vacation. It was spacious and good fit for 8 friends to stay the week. The area is beautiful!

Beautiful location house not up to listing

Location and view n was awesome. However vice grips for a shower cold water, bunk bed broke, 2nd bedroom had leak in ceiling dripping in the room, front balcony stairs were unstable, yard was not kept up, front balcony flooring mushy felt unsafe. Sliding door didnā€™t have locks used board to lock. Dishwasher doesnā€™t clean. Not worth $700 a night

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and views are great. However, due to construction on both sides of the house, this vacation home is overpriced, not relaxing and not worth your money. During the week, sitting on the deck or anywhere outside you are bombarded with the sounds of nail guns and construction workers. There is construction on both sides of the house and trash litters the area. The toilet was clogged our 2nd day there. It is disappointing the rental company does not tell you about the construction or offer a discount. For the money we paid to stay there, I feel ripped off. It is an older home, not well kept at all. The furniture and beds were fine. The deck and dock are in really bad shape. Screen doors are following apart. Do not rent this place unless you like noise and living in a construction zone.

Great location!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at All's Well. The property is in a prime spot for kayaking and beaching. The house was spacious and had great views. As the other reviewer's note, the property is older and has seen better days but it was the right price for us. Just know that going in. If you have $15k to spend on a house for a week, this probably won't come up on your search anyway.

Family Christmas Vacation 2023

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying on 30A. We have family with a home in Magnolia Cottages so booked based on location and proximity (a 5-7min drive) from your home. Unfortunately due to reconstruction of the Watersound Bridge it took over 30min to reroute to gather for meals or go between homes. It would have been nice to have known of this in advance. The home location and view is excellent, the home is a bit older and in need of some repairs and updates. It has plenty of space and easily accommodated our family, but we arrived and the heat was not working in the basement master bedroom level. Your maintenance team had it fixed it the next day, but we had to reconfigure sleeping the initial night to accommodate as it was in the upper 40's to 50's. Perhaps something that should be checked in advance during cooler weather. The home could use a deep clean. We are not extremely picky, but glassware, pans, dishes were not clean and were rather dusty. We tend to cook in more than many, and hosted our Christmas dinner and had a hard time with the oven maintaining a consistent heat for our standing rib roast. It is fine for quick meals or reheating not ideal for extensive cooking. We did enjoy having a large table and the patio screened in table to accommodate our guests so that was a plus. Again, the location alone is what is great about this place, its a bit rustic, but has amazing views of the lake and ocean and is on a quiet street with 2 beautiful beach access areas within 250-400 yards. A few upgrades, paint, replacement of some deck boards, will go a long way to improving the overall experience. We would possibly return for location alone.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Friends and family really enjoyed our stay at All's Well in the Seaside area. We had privacy, no neighbors on either side. We had a gorgeous view out the large front windows overlooking Eastern Lake, a fascinating dune lake with geological significance. Be sure and learn about these interesting lakes all along the panhandle. We had an easy one block walk to a lovely public beach access and to amazing sunset views. The house is older but with a real old Florida beach house charm. Plenty of room for groups of people. We loved it. We had an active fisherwoman in our group and she was able to catch a nice big Red Fish out of the lake, from her kayak! Made for a delicious supper one night. Enjoy All's Well. You won't be disappointed. Communications with the company was excellent.

Reviewer Comments: The location of this property is amazing, short walk to the beach, we caught several fish from the dock (Spanish mackerel, pompano, crabs, black snapper and tons of smaller fish Iā€™m not sure what was) the only downfall to the house was it needs some updates for example only a couple of the burners worked on the stove, the ice machine in the refrigerator only worked half way, the grill outside is filthy and only works halfway, blades broken in garbage disposal, furniture extremely outdated. Overall is a very nice house and we loved the stay.

We rented a Kayak with our complementary money for the lake out back. It was so much fun. The house is in an area that is great for bicycles.The problem with the house was the deteriorating decking it needs to be replaced all around the house. We could not even use the lookout tower because the deck was unsafe. There needs to be pans in the kitchen for larger families and we had to buy an 8x10 to bake brownies. Two of the stove eyes do not work properly. The sliding glass doors in the dining area and the master bedroom were very hard to open. The little desk for the kids were a nice bonus for them to have a place to color.With all of that being said, we had a wonderful vacation. The house is in a great location for shopping and dining. There are several good coffee, doughnut and smoothie shops near by. The house could use some updates, but the location cannot be beat.

Location was great !!!

Location was great and with that we may rent again however the property is in desperate need of updates. The Bones are great and so much potential but GREATLY DATED Kitchen counter has some cracks chips, microwave handle was taped on, ice/water component of fridge not working, heating elements of stove were not sitting in space and stove was all chipped, mattresses were yuky (some stained) Outdoor furniture could also be updated and cozy....we at the beach and wanna be cozy outside and sleep like a rock at night. We all agreed, location was fabulous!!! Besides the bones of the house (which really could be fabulous), donā€™t expect to much!! And remember Your at the beach ;)

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Great Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was older and could use updating. We were fine with that. Excellent view of the lake and a small view of the gulf. Close proximity to the beach via walking or watercraft. We loved the screened in porch and deck. Easy access to the water from the dock. Convenient storage for kayaks and paddle boards. Initially there was no wifi. Benchmark was quickly responsive but it took 3 visits to get consistent wifi. Mediacom came Friday to replace/update equipment as needed. Our only other issue was the housekeeping. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean. Even though the washable surfaces were clean there was a lot of dust on the mantle and window sills, dog hair around and under the sofas ( I realize this is a dog friendly house and we brought a dog) and under the porch table. The white railing going down stairs was dirty with use. Some of these things I might not have been so aware of if Benchmark hadn't alerted me to the extra efforts to clean and sanitize they were implementing because of the virus. Over all, everything was good. I compliment Benchmark in their prompt response to issues. We would stay here again.
