Enjoy a peaceful and private retreat in this spacious 1800 sq ft home, nestled in a serene cul-de-sac. With two master suites, each featuring walk-in closets and private bathrooms, this home comfortably accommodates up to four guests. The open and airy interior includes a large family room, separate living room, and a dedicated office space with a desk. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need for a relaxing stay, and the dining table seats six with three additional bar stools.
The main master bedroom has a king size bed and patio doors that open to the backyard patio. The 2nd master bedroom has a queen size bed. There is also a powder room, living room, family room with Smart flat screen HD T.V., fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with office & desk area and garage with parking for 1 car. The large private backyard has a full length covered patio with patio furniture that seats 8, gas grill and a charcoal grill . WiFi and antenna T.V. that includes streaming for Prime Video and over 50 antenna TV channels. You are able to use any of your streaming subscriptions on the T.V. by logging in to your personal account on the app.

Our home borders three other Country Clubs with championship golf courses and many outstanding pools and amenities for your use.

**VRBO shows a no cancellation policy, but our personal contract will show refundable up to 90 days before check-in date May through October.

Optional use of the country club facilities, pools. $250 for 2 people paid to the HOA upon arrival:
The Cottonwood/Palo Verde Club House is located blocks from our home and includes a large pool and jacuzzi along with an outstanding restaurant. Palo Verde has a par 62 executive golf course and Cottonwood has a par 72 championship golf course. There is a lap pool and 3 swimming pools within our community. Pickleball, Racquetball courts, community park with bocce ball course, a nine hole putting green, horseshoes, pickleball court and a Ramada to name some of the activities available. Walking path surround the many beautiful lakes in both neighborhoods. There are also many classes available. This will be paid by the renters when they go to the HOA office to get their passes and is NOT collected through VRBO.

We border the Chandler area that also offers wonderful amenities and have major Metropolitan areas with Scottsdale and Phoenix close at hand. The Phoenix airport (PHX) is 25 miles (30 minutes) away.

*To keep our rates low the rent listed is for 2 adult guests and up to 2 additional adults (maximum of 4 total overnight adults at anytime) for an additional fee. HOA has limitations on the amount of days children can stay overnight in the home. Before booking, please let us know if you have plans for grandchildren to visit during your stay and their ages. Older grand children for a night or 2 is acceptable. Please make us aware of it. The home is not childproofed.

*To keep our rates low the rent listed is for 2 adult guests. An additional fee will be added for up to 2 additional people at $20 per night or $350 a month for the couple. The rates will be manually adjusted once the reservation in accepted and before payment is made.

*We have a separate home rental contract that will be signed by both guest and the owner once the home is rented through VRBO. This contract will include a 120 cancellation policy for the winter months and 90 days for off season.

*We recently built a Casita and 1 car garage along the Northside of the yard. It is 8'-20' away from the house along the side of the kitchen and family room. This may occasionally be used by the owners when guests are in the main house. The expansive backyard adds privacy from neighbors and the casita.

*There are 4 outside perimeter security cameras located on the property. 2 in the front and 2 in the back.
