Alpine View Haus on Main is on the second floor of the popular River Park Building in the heart of Leavenworth. The condo offers the most incredible unobstructed views of the Enchantment Mountains that are available. It's just two blocks from the heart of the city where unique shopping and restaurants abound. It overlooks the Wenatchee River as well as Blackbird Island Park. Wine tasting is a popular activity in town and well known Wineries are gathered on the outskirts of the town.
Art in the Woods at the Sleeping Lady Resort and world class Rock Climbing offer a variety of fun. As does the new Roller Coaster on the side of a Mountain just as you enter Leavenworth.
(As far as housekeeping information: We have the only parking garage in Leavenworth and we have the convenience of an elevator. I have a second condo in the building in case you need to accommodate more family and friends.) Will & Penny

We cant begin to tell you how wonderful this place is!! It was absolutely gorgeous! It was very clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. The beds and bedding were so comfortable! We had tolietries in both bathrooms so I didnt even need to use mine. We loved it so much!! The only small downside was the fireplace was not working. A big part of why i rented this place was for the fireplace. We were dissapointed but the mountain views and the location made up for it by far!!! The location was within walking to the village and everything around. Loved this place!!!!! Highly recommended! It made our first Leavenworth experience amazing!!!!!!! Thank you Will!!!

The location was good. I wish there was more holiday cheer. The many codes and passwords was a little tricky to navigate. The outlets in the bedroom did not work very well. We did like the patio and the furniture on the patio.

Though we enjoyed the stay and visiting Leavenworth, I’m conflicted with all the cleaning that’s required when we are already charged a cleaning fee. Garbage, dishes, sheets, towels… Also I’ve stayed in a few of the other condos in this building and this was by far the lowest quality. Furniture wasn’t comfortable, things felt very worn down, water filter had a red light that indicated needed to be changed, and a the towels looked dirty.

The Condo was a lot bigger than expected also very quiet considering it was Oktoberfest. Master bath was huge! Location was excellent. Within a block or two of EVEYTHING, but not on the main street. The views of the mountains from the deck was fantastic! Would definitely stay there again!

Our 8th year staying in this condo. We love it. Great location. Always clean. We had a minor problem with parking-someone else was in our space ( parking garage with your own reserved space!!!) and Will took care of it right away. Will & Penny are wonderful to work with. Can’t wait to come again. One drawback that has nothing to do with the condo - Leavenworth’s parking situation. They installed parking meters everywhere a couple years ago & updated them this year. But they don’t accept Apple Pay. So we got a ticket. The payment app really should have the most up-to-date technology & be much more user friendly.

This stay was exactly what we were looking for! So close to town without trekking 1 million miles to get back to your bed. It was surprisingly quiet with neighbors & night life. We loved this place & can't wait to go again.

Fantastic location - right in the downtown area and also right by the river so walking trails and river access was easy. Aircon was extremely effective. Bedrooms comfy, liked having the deck and furniture to enjoy outside when it wasn’t too warm. Loved having parking downstairs as well. Hope to stay again.

Awesome condo, great location

Excellent, clean condo! We had a great stay! It was great to park the car in a secured garage and walk to everything! Very comfortable! It was very hot and the condo was nice and cool! The TV/Cable system is kind of confusing but the directions helped. There were some discrepancies in times for check-in (and instructions for check out) from the listing to the email received, and the book in the condo after we got there, BUT when I reached out to the owner she was quick to respond with the correct check in time and was very helpful!

The AC and Bathroom ceiling vents were FILTHY. No night like worked, the carpet was filthy, ONE Kleenex box in the living room. No screen door to the balcony, you could hear everyone upstairs and next door, the bedrooms were both located on the walk way to all walking traffic, and there was a very loud generator noise ALL night long. The living room coffee table was way beyond shabby sheek! And a 10am exit is not standard anywhere. And washing bedding is unacceptable - we take vacations to be pampered!! But not in this facility!!!!! Yes we have photos but do your own inspection!

Great view and location! Clean and comfortable condo

We were in Leavenworth for the International Accordion Celebration. It was great to stay in town within walking distance from the events in the Gazebo and Festhalle and also enjoyed morning walks at Waterfront Park. The unit was sparkling clean, the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the beautiful views from the deck. It was so convenient to park in the condo’s garage and easily walk around town. I would definitely stay here again!

Overall this was a lovely condo conveniently located in town. Be advised that there are multiple door/elevator codes to keep track of (and the elevator is sensitive about how you push the buttons, which can be frustrating until you get the hang of it). There are few homey conveniences in that there is absolutely nothing in the pantry, even non-perishables like seasoning, except a few teabags in one cabinet, nor spare toiletry items or anything (I don’t remember so much as a hair dryer, but I could be wrong about that) that I’m accustomed to having in a vacation rental. This may be different during the peak winter season?The property is advertised as having Queen beds, but it felt awfully small and may have actually been a Full/Double bed? The shower stall is also quite cramped with few places to put toiletries, which would be difficult to navigate if you are a larger person.There was a bit of a check-out to-do list compared to other stays: taking garbage down to dumpster, running dishwasher, stripping beds and starting a load of laundry.It was a nice place to stay on the whole on our short trip, but I probably would not choose it for a longer visit where I plan on cooking.

Nice time in Leavenworth

Great condo in ideal location! It is also very secure with codes necessary to run the elevator and doors. The combo lock to the unit is persnickety and took me a few times to open and lock each time. The parking garage is great but if you have an extra car like we did, parking could be a problem, so try to only bring one car. We enjoyed easy access to nice restaurants and fun shops. The balcony is a comfortable space for relaxing and people watching.

Fun fact, we both grew up vacationing in Leavenworth! We currently live in Poulsbo, Wash., aka, Little Norway. Our family loves Leavenworth and we consider it our second home!
